Dear sir,

I want to tell you that my airtel net problem is not resovle by your airtel team member. I have many times contact your airtel team member and also go your service centre airtel model town.
Address: plot no 4, mch property no 39, model town, near dabra chowk,, hisar, haryana 125001

There is no response yet.

Very poor service airtel net problem in previous 6 to 8 month.
If you are not resolved my problem i'll be changed my sim other operator.

    Sir, i had given complaint regarding airtel postpaid unstable internet 4g connection and frequent disconnection.. On 26 th feb, 2018.. That was closed without my notice. And on 28 th feb again i had given a complaint.. Till date not rectified and not resolved. And i also spoked with an airtel supervisor but he said he cannot rectify and give me the stable connection in near future and asked me to pay the whole amount.. Even though without getting service.. Airtel cheated me with advertisements and hoarding by saying all india uninterrupted services.. By seeing them i trusted and shifted to airtel services by changing my port. But airtel is incapable to provide service in many areas like my place.. Then why they are advertising false statements.. Is really have to pay total amount to airtel without getting service?... Beside that i faced a lot of inconvenience, mental tension due to service problem during bill payments. Please ask the concerned to resolve my complaint and give amount deduction in this month bill payment for not providing proper internet service. And i would like to change my port to other services.. Ask them to provide clearence without queries.

      Airtel is one of the most horrible service providers in india.

      I took an international roaming sim before i left india last year. I had to pay extra inorder to get quick sim activation.
      But, the sim never worked thereafter even for 1 sec (After i left india). Every month last year, i received the bills which were more than basic rental amount. Still, i kept on paying my bills every month with the hope of the sim working when i land in india.
      Last month when i went to india, the sim did not work. Thanks to airtel.

      The customer support team was never helpful in resolving my problem, instead asked me to pay additional amount to close the account.

      Every time i called the help desk, they just kept my call forwarding.

      Huge dissatisfaction!!!

        Already 10 days are passed since i applied for porting from aircel to airtel and still no signal.
        Even if i check status in mnp website, getting result as not found.
        Even if i call to customer care of airtel their replay is the worst you can expect that is no information is available in the status or go and apply it again.
        Once they are saying your request got cancelled so ask in airtel store, if there i am asking they just to wait for some more days max of 1 week but it's already 10 days and no signal or information on alternative number.

          I am unable to recharge my airtel number online through paytm or by my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

            I have requested to move from postpaid to prepaid in airtel network. On the same day i got a message saying it will be activated within 24 hours. Now my postpaid sim tower got disconnected and in new prepaid sim still no tower. I don’t have another no to use. I don’t know how airtel is so irresponsible in customer service. When i called airtel customer care from my landline they are telling we cannot do anything with your issue go and ask the showroom where you bought the sim.

              My name is naresh kumar gupta and my number is [protected]. I have applied mnp from aircel on 22nd feb 2018 and paid rs. 300 for the same. I have receipt for the same. Then after rigrous follow up again some o[censored]r person came to my officeon 9th march 2018 and took all the proofs again with my finger prints and handed over new sim and told it will get activated in 3 days. But still now nothing has happened. Is this the service u provide to ur new customers. I think u should sort it and help me out in this case.

                This happened today, when i checked my sms inbox, i saw a message stating. "thank you for activating glamourzone service, you have been charged rupees 15 for 3 days". What is glamourzone service?? I have no idea about this, i did not activate this, and i've immediately send sms to stop services. I need an explanation for this and i need a refund. Now i get and sms stating that my request could not be processed

                  I have been using airtel mobile since past 10 years and including all my family members and friends. There is a total black out of signal in this area sector 68 mohali punjab. I have complained on 14 march 2018 but no response from airtel. No team has visited. Please resolve the issue or else we will have to surrender all the numbers of airtel in this area and switch to other company. Further i am not going to pay the bill due to no service /poor service. Hope you will resolve speedily. Airtel service had no problem in past was very reliable, only now past one month this problem has been experienced

                    My mobile number is [protected] of kolkata sim given at thakurpukur airtel office for postpaid to prepaid on 5th march 2018 but still remains inactive. I am now at karnataka belgaum and mate several airtel stores but in vain. Now this is my complain that in 2018 technology so developed but still i am facing absolute harassment. Please look into the matter and solve earliest

                    I submitted my documents to changeover my postpaid mobile number [protected]
                    To prepaid to thakurpukur airtel store on 5th march 2018 but most unfortunately it is still inactive. Now i am in karnataka but my sim of kolkata. My alternate number is [protected]. You are requested to solve my problem at your earliest and make free from absolute harrasment.in 2018 when technology is advanced but it is most surprising that i am facing this type of problem

                    I got ported up my Aircel sim 10 day's before. They said it will get activated after a week.. But the sim was not yet activated And That's my personal sim all my contacts are based only by that number. What do i do now

                      Sir, my number is [protected]. I ported it on march 2nd 2018 and after 2days i called on ur mnp helpline number and they said that ur document is not matching. I go to airtel store they said don't worry, ur number vil b activated automatically, yesterday (15 march) i got a sms on my alternate number that "your number [protected] is ready for activation, please call 59058 for tele-verification. I called on that number and done my verification. They said your number will be activated in 11days. I had been already waiting for 16days and now i have to wait more 11days. Today i again got that sms for tele-verification but when i call on 59058. It gets disconnected, even i tried alot
                      What the hell is this...
                      Please help me...

                        I ported from Vodafone to airtel and paid RS.520 for free calls, sms and internet for 80 days. I'm not able to send messages and make calls. It says that I don't have sufficient balance. I hardly talk too. There's isn't even an option to talk to customer care executive. My phone number is [protected]. Make sure it is sorted asap.

                        I went to the store to fix it. They recharged to the wrong number. I had to made them check again and get it solved. Service from airtel is always worse.

                          I applied for two consecutive land line + broadband. Already made the payment for 6 months. Airtel executive (+91-[protected], +91- [protected]) make me choose the phone number as[protected], 98 on the basis of which i made the payment through kotak bank cheque amounting rs. 10, 860 for two sets

                          But provide different number (Even we don't know numbers yet) and hand set not received yet, please help

                          Broadband alloted - [protected]_dsl and [protected]_dsl

                          I m really disappointed, please if possible get my money refund and cancel the connection, which of no use without handsets and my choice nos.

                          Please look into the matter, i will be highly thankful to you.

                            Hi,

                            I have loaded 10000 to my airtel payments bank account. But i could not able to transfer amounts to my bank accounts. I called customer care and complained, they said rbi rule you can not transfer amount to other bank accounts until rbi release new order for airtel. I asked refund amount through mail, they did not response for complaint mail.

                            Please do not load any cash to airtel payments bank account, once you loaded you can not transfer to any bank accounts, you can use it for only recharge your mobiles recharge, gas, electric, datacard, dth, payments. But you can not utilise 10000 for those payments.

                            Important note to airtel: in electricity payments list won't show "tamilnadu electricity board", and you can not pay eb bills for tamilnadu eb.

                            Requesting all not to load any cash in airtel payments bank and struggle for refund amounts.

                              I have airtel dongo internet at home, i am paying rs.1200 every month for it but i received msg fro airtel on my registered phone no. Everyday to you consumed data over, but i am not at home for 3 months and my internet device is far away from anybody touched it. Nobody used the internet at my home but data consumed every day and my security systems stop to work when internet speed down. I have complained few times but they never care it.

                              I have complain Airtel Prepaid coustomercare several time but my problem is not solved.
                              Airtel / Masti Pack — deducting money without asking
                              Rs. 49/- deducted from my prepaid talktime balance against MASTIPACK without my consent.
                              I request AIRTEL to deactivate this service and return my Rs. 49/-

                                Services from airsep is getting activated to my mobile... Obvoiusly without my consent or any input... Tried to deactivate... Done twice and again they have activate new services... Untill unless my balance goes zero... They activate those service...

                                I am a guy who used to rechange atleast 333 at a time and sit back... Recharging only rs 5... Bcoz it will deduct my money... Even i m scared bcoz it can deduct that amount too before i disconnect my call...

                                I have been an airtel user since 2006.
                                Thank you airtel for this amazing experience... You left me no choice but... Throw the sim...

                                As my no is too old... Going for porting. Thanks again.

                                  As i was getting every time message to update my sim card for pre paid no..[protected] from 3g to 4 g yesterday i updated my sim card that is taken new sim card.

                                  On 1.2.2018 i paid rs.509.00 for 90 days top-up with free unlimited call and sms free day up to 100 with net data.
                                  But is to inform you that since yesterday night i am not able to send single sms to any one with this number [protected] and also not getting what up in my phone.

                                  Your airtel office is taking sufficient amount and not given proper service. I called 12118 and take with customer care but they have not given proper reply, it is very bad.

                                  I request kindly rectify the same and allow me to send the sms as it is urgently required for official purpose.

                                    On 5th of feb, 18 at 1.27 pm, i made an online rechage of rs. 500 of my number on airtel.in portal. Amount got deducted from my account but rechage got failed and now its more than a month but i have not got my refund amount til date.
                                    I talked to so many representatives from airtel about this matter but nothing happened till date.
                                    What kind of rubbish service is this.

                                      This is really worst service provided by airtel payment bank. I have add 3000thousand in my airtel account and want to transfer amount in my saving ac but airtel is showing error this service is temporarlly not available.. What the hell is this.. I need the money.. Bt i am not able to transfer my money.. Is this the way to provide the service to customers.. Kindly resolve it on priority.. Because i need the money right now
