Have tried recharging my airtel number from their own website, First time it was unsuccessful and 647 rs refunded, Second time again tried after a hour, then also unsuccessful and refunded, Third time tried in the evening, again unsucessful but not refunded.

I Have tried approaching customer care, No one is responding. its been a week i have not got the money back .

I am from rajasthan my airtel data is not working. It's speed is very slow when i recharge it is very fast and afresh some days it's speed is getting slow and i am not using it so please work on it and well do my data my worked has stop ed if you don't do anything then i bought jio sim and say to all that airtel data is worsted thanks if you want that your work is not stopped then do my airtel speed well. I got my airtel ported recently from postpaid to prepaid. I'm unable to recharge it. Recharge got failed multiple times through paytm, freecharge, phonepe and whatever possible ways. Tried all the options and still have the same problem. i'm Unable to understand the exact problem....

I am using airtel 4g almost a year now.
