I switched from aircel postpatd to airtel postpaid.I received message for televerification by dialing 59059 from Airtel. I inserted sim and tried severa times in basic as well as android mobiles swithching trays and but the network is not activated and it is showing "emergency call only". i have removed the sim and checked many times, also tired manual network search, but it is showing all other network apart from airtel. but it been 3 days i have been messaged for activation, still there is no tower at all. Everytime when i concact to the airtel person they are saying it will get rectified and but no result. I am really frustrated and disapppointed choosing airtel. I feel Airtel is not dependable and i should have better selected other networks. Really pathetic.

    As per your cashback offer on airtel payment wallet 01st-31mar18, i had made transaction for 175.00from my wallet acct [protected] for recharge of airtel prepaid no on 05mar18 and 236.00 for postpaid bill on 09mar18.
    In spite of my repeated reminders the due cashback not yet credited to my account. The same was brought to the notice of airtel grievances officer and principal nodal officer but no resolution given as of date.
    This is most unfortunate as per customer service id concerned. Hope
    I would get a urgent redressal.

      I have not activated any service even though my currency have been deducted. It's been 3 days since the currency have been started to deduct. And the airtel customer care is also not responding properly. Please let me get a solution for this as soon as possible. I need refund as it's a huge amount. I have been using airtel since a very long time this never happened before. Please make sure sure the problem gets solved soon and please refund it.

        I wanted to upgrade my sim to 4g, so had ordered a 4g sim online and recieved it on 08/03/2018 (Thursday).

        After receiving the sim, i sent the new sim number to 121. I got a message that sim will be activated shortly.

        Since then, both the sims (Old and new) are not working. Its been 6 days and i am not able to make a call. I am really irritated. This not the way to serve your customer.

        Please help me on this.

        Today at 12:55pm Rs.35/- has deducted as VEMES charges from balance mobile no [protected] as these services is not activated my me so please refund the same and apply DND
        My Airtel Bank accounts mpin has been blocked since 3 weeks . Tried to reset with Name on Aadhar Card but its saying Invalid .

        It asked me to Visit Airtel Banking point . When I visit 3 points they are saying they don’t know how to ublock my Account.

        Please help me.

          This is just to inform you that i am getting call from international number. This sim card is on my brother's name. So i got a call before some days so i received, but when i got to know that it's wrong number i disconnected that. And after that +441 +361 no, again i got from these 2 numbers. I avoided 2-3 times. Yesterday n ight i got messege in my watsapp also with number [protected]. So i tried to talk in coustomer care and inform them but i couldn't. Hoping for your response

          Airtel broadband service is not provided in the aadrsh nagar region why i dont know as i have 5 airtel connections of cellphone but no broadband why ?

            I just recharged 219rs through airtel.in website which is said to offer 1.4gb/d for 28 days. And i got an sms showing i got the offer. Then i check my net balance and it shows nothing at all. I contacted customer care executive he forward call to a senior lady all i get in response was send my complaints to an email id. And she said email id while i was talking. Please respond to this issue asap and my phone number is [protected].

              I used to have a number "[protected]" on my name a year back. I have ported that number out of airtel to vodafone and later i disconnected that number 6 months back.
              Now am getting calls from that number to all my contacts. There's a female voice on the other end and she's calling all my relatives and disturbing them. I need to get some immediate actions taken for that phone number as the owner is using my personal details to contact people.

              I'm not satisfied with outlet service...
              Today I went to airtel outlet for duplicate SIM card charge is Rs.25 but they are taking Rs200 per SIM card why they are charge extra Rs75
              I ask them give me Rs200 bill which I'll paiy they won't give

              Sim not working till last 10 hours ago n i m take a action against airtel Frustrated with no response to your complaints. Companies/Businesses not paying attention to your complaints.

                This is fayyaz nakhawa using an airtel number - [protected].
                As i wanted to travel to tehran in mth o dec, was looking for an international roaming pack. Airtel had activated a 2999/- pack but this did not have the desired country. I was assured by the backend team in case of no service area i will not be able to use it there but were ever connectivity is available there should not be a problem. Now after 3 mths i get a bill of 30k and i am being told that there is no service available at all what kind of service is this. Airtel has duped me, completely misguided, false promises made and now due to their blunder why do i suffer this is certainly not at all acceptable. I have been chasing around to get a resolution but no luck at all.

                All the time different story and false promises, this is leading no where. I am facing business loss, harassed n tortured constantly for payments. Unable to get a resolution, all airtel is interested is that i should pay for their mistake.

                I strongly oppose this and want an immediate resolution and complete wavier for wrong charges placed.

                Airtel customer support is notified about the complain but what happens afer that? Is this forum checking for what happens afetr they have intimated the complain to the write department. If that is all this forum is to do then there is no point in giving services.

                Hope you guys can understand that the we as a consumer do first connect with the department / service provider were the issue is but only when things are not sorted look out for other sources were this can be resolved but you guys are of no help if all you shall do is forward the complain.

                We are still stuck with the issue were it all started from and we certainly want this matter to be resolved ASAP

                  I was called over phone by few people, from airtel broad band line connection for installation.
                  I accepted to upgrade from ll [protected]. There were couple of people who called continuously and check my address around 30 times and no one has come installation.
                  There was a threat from airtel people. As on request i didn't give any complaint and they have removed the connection. Its almost four months now they are sending rs.1500 amount due.

                  Can i know the amount claiming is right, i would launch official complaint on this as they abruptly remove connection in middle of month and claiming the amount.
                  I would like to know whether i have to pay all amount and keep quiet or shall i fight

                    I have already raised several complaint about network issues in my area. But, i don't see any improvement in quality of network signal yet.

                    There are lots of call drops. I am not able to use data. And there is voice break as well.
                    But, there is no compensation provided for such pathetic services.

                    I am now forced to switch on to some other network. And, yes i won't be paying any due amount for this month as i am not able to avail your services.

                    I raised a network related complaint around 3 months back. There was a complaint registered as well. But, I don't see any improvement at all. This is to inform you that I will not be in a state to pay any single dime for this pathetic service.

                    Moreover, your call drops have drastically increased. If this is how you are improving your network then it's better to switch to some other cheap network at least I won't have to pay around 500 every month.
                    As per your service engineer feedback 4g not coming my room.
                    So I request to you please your valuable service stop on my no [protected].
                    In my first Airtel bill[protected] it is showing international SMS 22 times to same number[protected] with charges Rs. 5 per SMS. I dont know what is this but it is shocking and ridiculous. Please resolve this issue

                      I have brought an airtel secure plan and paying for it every month just to secure my mobile phone from any accident.

                      On 21/02/2018 i met an accident and got broken screen of my phone, i tried to raise the claim on the next day (22/02/2018) using airtel android mobile app and there is a validation required where we need to put pin-code in confirm your address section, but due to the bug in the airtel android app i could not raise the claim and got delayed.

                      Now, because of the technical bug which was from airtel side and delayed, airtel has refused to process against my request.

                      It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel.

                      Hoping to hearing from you soon.

                        We have a network coverage issue at my residence. Address: glr layout, opp road to oldage home, mayuri nagar, nizampet, hyderabad 500090.

                        Additional details: always 4g network is showing 2 pts and there is always a network shift from 4g to 3g which makes the calls cut down. We are able to receive the calls but due to the continuous shift in network from 4g to 3g and e, we are not able to hear the calling person's voice.

                          Airtel networks are so pathetic in my area that at times i don't even get 2g cellular networks to make call. No internet works. 4g availability is zero. Very poor service.

                          A residential society with numerous airtel customers facing same issues and airtel do not have any solution for us. This is the worst network.

                          Situation is getting worse day by day and gradually people are opting for other networks since even affer repeatitive complaints no action has been taken by airtel yet.

                          Airtel just calls and says network is good in your area issue is at your home. We will take your issues for future purposes and issue is resolved.
                          So like i should wait for future to do my work as per airtel.

                          And future is not even defined.
                          This is the worst experience ever with any telecom service provider.

                          Services of airtel have worsened over time.

                              Call drop & poor 4G internet speed issue
                              @ Anayara, Kallummoodu for the past 5 months. Informed customer care about the issue and it will work fine for 2-3 days and back to same situation.complained the same about 2-3 times a month at beginning. Now 4 months passed worser than before. Now to connecting to customer care is another task. Email service to customercare has stopped. Customer care numbers changed.

                              In April i called the open network 12118 complaint regarding the same. They informed, By April 30 the issue will be solved as the tower upgrade will be finished. Now June 3rd i called up again raising the same complaint they say there is good coverage shown in there database. It keeps switching from 4G+ -> 4G -> H+ -> H -> E. After 1 - 2 Min back to 4G or 4G+ with very low speed. Call drops often.
                              For the last 3 recharges of 448 the around 9 months situation is the same at my House, Pincode(695029). Changed phone, still no use. One of my friend residing @ chakka, Enchakkal ported mobile no from DoCoMo to Airtel (as i suggested Airtel call clarity is good, and offers stable connectivity & internet) got really ### for last 6 months with call drop & no signal.
                              Recently same issue at Kovalam (695527) office. 4G dead slow. even shift phone 2G network finds it hard to keep up the signals during calls.

                              Airtel is becoming very poor in service and charges high rates as before for this poor service...

                                Recently i raised port request from bsnl to airtel, and it’s almost 4 days bsnl service disconnected and my new airtel sim struck in “no service” mode and i really struck up in middle of knowhere since that is my primary number and all business and otp activities are connected to that number, please help me out to get back “[protected]@yahoo.com”

                                Even i visited many times to airtel relationship center kd road, mysore but it was of no use and nobody willing to help me out of this issue..
                                So i’m bringing up my issue here, so that atleast it can be addressed by airtel so that i can get back my primary number

                                  I am using Airtel postpaid from January 2016 having relationship number [protected]. Recently I migrated from postpaid to prepaid. Today, 12-March-2018 around 04:00 PM IST, they did shut down my postpaid sim and I inserted the prepaid sim card as instructed earlier. From then even after 6 hours, I am not able to activate the sim. The customer care is not picking up the call. Once they picked up and said you details are not updated. Visit the store again for the same. If the details are not there, then why did airtel did shut down my postpaid connection! Now they are not even responding. I am out of my primary number. Please take exemplary steps for this organisation. I am feeling like cheated.

                                      I am using airtel network and my prepaid plan is unlimited my home network is kolkata but from the last december 2017 i m in vapi gajarat and facing a lots of problem during called if i have to call a number than have to dailed at least 10 to 15 times and if i have to call a jio number than its not possible. they challanged indias best network at this time they are the worst and if calling there customer care to solve the network problem they said your sim circle is kolkata you have to complaint to kolkata circle we can accept your complain t in gujarat circle than why they all offering roaming facility what is the meaning to remove zero from starting

                                        I have recharged Rs93 on my airtel no. [protected] with facility 1gb net and unlimited local calls for 1 month. I input my airtel sim in 1st slot of my 4g smartphone. But after recharge the highest speed was 2kbps though 4g network is available here. I complained 2 times but don't get any solution. And now I have to face a problem - At the time of outgoing call network shows "no service" and after disconnected full network is shown as usual. What a system of airtel to income..
