I have brought an airtel secure plan and paying for it every month just to secure my mobile phone from any accident.

On 21/02/2018 i met an accident and got broken screen of my phone, i tried to raise the claim on the next day (22/02/2018) using airtel android mobile app and there is a validation required where we need to put pin-code in confirm your address section, but due to the bug in the airtel android app i could not raise the claim and got delayed.

Now, because of the technical bug which was from airtel side and delayed, airtel has refused to process against my request.

It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel.

Hoping to hearing from you soon.

    We have a network coverage issue at my residence. Address: glr layout, opp road to oldage home, mayuri nagar, nizampet, hyderabad 500090.

    Additional details: always 4g network is showing 2 pts and there is always a network shift from 4g to 3g which makes the calls cut down. We are able to receive the calls but due to the continuous shift in network from 4g to 3g and e, we are not able to hear the calling person's voice.

    Last friday dt. 2 nd march 2018 my phone no. [protected] circle coimbatore port out from postpaid to prepaid, on 3 rd march phone incoming call was activeted but till now out going call is not active, i please check and complain rectify as soon as possible .

      Airtel networks are so pathetic in my area that at times i don't even get 2g cellular networks to make call. No internet works. 4g availability is zero. Very poor service.

      A residential society with numerous airtel customers facing same issues and airtel do not have any solution for us. This is the worst network.

      Situation is getting worse day by day and gradually people are opting for other networks since even affer repeatitive complaints no action has been taken by airtel yet.

      Airtel just calls and says network is good in your area issue is at your home. We will take your issues for future purposes and issue is resolved.
      So like i should wait for future to do my work as per airtel.

      And future is not even defined.
      This is the worst experience ever with any telecom service provider.

      Services of airtel have worsened over time.

          Call drop & poor 4G internet speed issue
          @ Anayara, Kallummoodu for the past 5 months. Informed customer care about the issue and it will work fine for 2-3 days and back to same situation.complained the same about 2-3 times a month at beginning. Now 4 months passed worser than before. Now to connecting to customer care is another task. Email service to customercare has stopped. Customer care numbers changed.

          In April i called the open network 12118 complaint regarding the same. They informed, By April 30 the issue will be solved as the tower upgrade will be finished. Now June 3rd i called up again raising the same complaint they say there is good coverage shown in there database. It keeps switching from 4G+ -> 4G -> H+ -> H -> E. After 1 - 2 Min back to 4G or 4G+ with very low speed. Call drops often.
          For the last 3 recharges of 448 the around 9 months situation is the same at my House, Pincode(695029). Changed phone, still no use. One of my friend residing @ chakka, Enchakkal ported mobile no from DoCoMo to Airtel (as i suggested Airtel call clarity is good, and offers stable connectivity & internet) got really ### for last 6 months with call drop & no signal.
          Recently same issue at Kovalam (695527) office. 4G dead slow. even shift phone 2G network finds it hard to keep up the signals during calls.

          Airtel is becoming very poor in service and charges high rates as before for this poor service...

            Recently i raised port request from bsnl to airtel, and it’s almost 4 days bsnl service disconnected and my new airtel sim struck in “no service” mode and i really struck up in middle of knowhere since that is my primary number and all business and otp activities are connected to that number, please help me out to get back “[protected]@yahoo.com”

            Even i visited many times to airtel relationship center kd road, mysore but it was of no use and nobody willing to help me out of this issue..
            So i’m bringing up my issue here, so that atleast it can be addressed by airtel so that i can get back my primary number

              Hi,

              I am using Airtel postpaid from January 2016 having relationship number [protected]. Recently I migrated from postpaid to prepaid. Today, 12-March-2018 around 04:00 PM IST, they did shut down my postpaid sim and I inserted the prepaid sim card as instructed earlier. From then even after 6 hours, I am not able to activate the sim. The customer care is not picking up the call. Once they picked up and said you details are not updated. Visit the store again for the same. If the details are not there, then why did airtel did shut down my postpaid connection! Now they are not even responding. I am out of my primary number. Please take exemplary steps for this organisation. I am feeling like cheated.

                Each time I open any webpage airtel redirects to one.airtel.in/rcconf/... what is this??? we are recharging with an high ammount to use internet and u are going to redirect it sucks... my contact no. is [protected]. i[censored] will not solve the issue within 12 hrs. I will surely port the number to another service provider.

                  I am using airtel network and my prepaid plan is unlimited my home network is kolkata but from the last december 2017 i m in vapi gajarat and facing a lots of problem during called if i have to call a number than have to dailed at least 10 to 15 times and if i have to call a jio number than its not possible. they challanged indias best network at this time they are the worst and if calling there customer care to solve the network problem they said your sim circle is kolkata you have to complaint to kolkata circle we can accept your complain t in gujarat circle than why they all offering roaming facility what is the meaning to remove zero from starting

                    I have recharged Rs93 on my airtel no. [protected] with facility 1gb net and unlimited local calls for 1 month. I input my airtel sim in 1st slot of my 4g smartphone. But after recharge the highest speed was 2kbps though 4g network is available here. I complained 2 times but don't get any solution. And now I have to face a problem - At the time of outgoing call network shows "no service" and after disconnected full network is shown as usual. What a system of airtel to income..

                      I have been sent a bill by airtel amounting to 34000 rupees, whilst on international roaming in iran.

                      The network available there was 2g, that too super slow. As per my phone data records, i have used around 40 mb, whilst the customer service is telling different data amounts every time, 40 gb, 4 gb. First time they called and told me i have been billed 4 lac rupees, and its discounted to 34000.
                      After that only the guy for recovery is calling me regularly, whilst the airtel customer care guy is himsel[censored]nclear about data billed, and on every call telling vague numbers.
                      If such a big company is doing such kind of cheating and fraud, the only recluse might be the consumer courts and to sue them for 10 times of the amount billed, and the mental agony caused.

                          With due regards, i may bring to your kind attention that my "airtel money" account with the aforesaid number has been blocked unexpectedly since last 4 months due to which i am unable access my account through the website as well as the application. After entering the mobile number for login the otp (Required to login) not getting delivered to the number.

                          Currently, i am in a business trip in yanbu, saudi arabia and need to refill my airtel account to activate the international roaming service required to to make incoming/outgoing calls which is very much essential for uninterrupted communication.

                            Dear sir/man
                            This is just to inform you that i am getting call from international number. This sim card is on my brother's name. So i got a call before some days so i received, but when i got to know that it's wrong number i disconnected that. And after that +441 +361 no, again i got from these 2 numbers. I avoided 2-3 times. Yesterday n ight i got messege in my watsapp also with number [protected]. So i tried to talk in coustomer care and inform them but i couldn't. Hoping for your response.

                              Hello,
                              I am not getting airtel signal at my home and lodged a complaint with airtel
                              The service request is put on hold as per the status i see in the app. Nobody from airtel bothers to update status or brief me on what is happening.
                              I myself have done multiple follow up calls, but no use.
                              I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of attitude from airtel and will definitely terminate the connection

                                I am pankaj from bangalore, i went to airtel store on 1st march 2018 to port my airtel sim ([protected]). One of the staff told me that it will take 3-4 days on but after 7th working day still its not working showing no service.

                                I went again airtel store he gave me many excuses not solution, the concern person told me it will take 4 hours but still i am facing same issue.
                                I felt worst service from airtel, and this is very bad.. I got fed up from airtel service because i
                                Am using this number since last 4 years, and all of my family, friends and collegue are trying to contact but due to sim issue they are unable to
                                Reach me.

                                So kindly go through the detail and resolve the issue as soon as possible and i don't want the excuses again please.

                                  I ahave a airtel personal phone with number [protected]. I have been complaining about net work not working. After my few calls thay asked me to change the sim which i did.
                                  Even now the net work is not working.
                                  I have another no. Which is corporate [protected] where it is working fine.
                                  I went to the airtel show room in adyar chennai, nobody is attending after standing for 30 minutes i came back to my office.
                                  I have no other option than changing my operator and i will complain the same to my corporate.

                                    I deposited 10000 in my airtel payment wallet. After deposit when i tried to use the amount then it was showing you cannot debit this amount account is freezed. So i contacted customer care they asked for my aadhar card and pan card and bank statement of my transaction. I sent all then they said your dob is not correct in our record so we cannot unfreeze your account until you converted your account in airtel payments bank saving account and to convert into saving account i need to verify my kyc via aadhar which is not available as aadhar canceled airtel license. So i cannot use my money. I am waiting since 50days. But no resolution happen. Please unfreeze my account as i am giving all proof of my dob.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am a resident of paras seasons, sector 168, noida.

                                      I had purchased airtel broadband connection on 10th march 2018 by paying advance 6 months amount (As the dealer insisted that by paying advance amount for longer period, it will cost me lesser monthly rental). I had paid rs. 5428/- (Caf number:[protected], the dealer had promised that the connection will be activated either same day in evening or latest by next day morning (I. E. 11th march 2018). However they kept delaying it, and i kept calling them up to get it activated, and they kept saying it will be done. This wasted my entire weekend as i kept waiting for their representative to come and activate the connection. I also requested them to return my money so that i could get the connection through some other service provider but they are not even ready to return my money.
                                      This is complete harassment, they could have clearly told me that this will not happen so i would not have wasted my 2 days chasing them. I kept waiting for them to resolve this till late night of 12th march as they said it will happen today but ultimately they stopped taking my calls and neither they came for activating my account.
                                      Please help me to get my money back and take proper action against the service provider and dealer so that they can not harass other customers in future.

                                      I applied broadband service from airtel and paid Rs.500 as installation charges but as the promised pack speed was not upto par so i cancelled before installation, but i was not paid back the installation charges afterward and i'm not even able to contact the person in charge.
                                      I have ported my [protected] number into another network but it's not changed to that network.

                                        My airtel number was of delhi circle and i requested for porting to karnataka circle on 3rd march 2018. They did aadhar verification also. I received the confirmation message on the 8th march. At 10pm my old sim was deactivated and new sim did not work. It said 'network not available'.
                                        After this, i made so so many calls to customer care and they said they had no information regarding this number n i should contact the airtel store where i had forwarded the request.
                                        I went again to the store to get my sim activated. They gave me a new sim n said it will be activated in next two days. They have applied for processing! And when i check with customer care, they still have no information!! And want me to re visit the store. And when i check with store, they have no response received yet from the back end.

                                        Where do i go now?! That number of mine is the registered number at all legal places and my day to day life is stuck!!
                                        I escalated the matter to higher official too.. But no response still!!
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have recently shifted my network circle from Delhi to Karnataka, everything works fine but registering my SIM on 4G network.
                                        called customer care a multiple times but no help.
                                        I was using Jio before this & I must say the customer service & product are much better.
                                        Sir i have recharge my mobile number [protected] an amount of rs226 but till now balance is credited in my said mobile number as amount is deducted from my account
