Updated by Priyan S I cant accept the complaint was notified by Airtel. Because still my problem was not rectified. I was charged Rs.30 for new SIM on Saturday 12:50 pm as they have told. In the outlet they told the SIM will be activated in 4 Hours, but still the number was not been activated. I have visited the Outlet several times and they told the process from their side all done and it shows as EB pending. I called the customer care from a Colleague's no they told the forms were not been attached, but the outlet employee used bio-metric reader to access my Adhaar. End of the result,
1) I was so suffered with no Connection of Mobile number, Data Access for 6 days,
2) I was Charged Rs. 30,
3) I spent money for Petrol to visit the outlet about 5 times,
4) I lost my Primary time to work,
5) I lost my Allowed permissions in Office,
6) To contact Customer Care I begged Each to give their Phone to call Customer care from their Airtel No,
7) I was totally depressed
For Choosing Airtel I got all the above and still counting... :'(
