I had raised a request for new connection on 9th february'18 through the customer care and i was informed to receive a call back within 24 hours which i never got until today.
I have been daily giving a call to the customer care in this regards, but even after multiple escalations, no revert received.
I am losing all hopes of receiving a new connection of broadband in pune.

Several requests has been sent for last six months to provide only one consolidated bill for my primary no.[protected] & also to my add on no.[protected], but till date no action has been taken up nor there's no proper response for airtel team

I have ported from idea to airtel bcoz of service problems & now here we are facing same problems with airtel and team is also not active and they dont bother to resolve the issue at all....

I faced airtel payment issue today and went to check the same with airtel store. As per the representative all the airtel payment bank account is currently blocked, because of some ongoing legal issue. The same will be activated after 31st march, 2018. You can only channelize airtel money after that. The fraud is there is no notification regarding this issue in website and you can add money without any hassle which in turn is getting blocked.br...

This happened only after instaling and using airtel money bank drom 3-4 days after.
I made 2 succesfull transaction from airtel money bank then as i went to pay my electricity bill my transaction failed and my money got deducted through my bank account though it is credited in my wallet so back then my total balance of wallet was rs 1100.09 and still its the same because after that i was unable to make any transaction and they froze...

However sometimes my internet works very slowly or not at all. This leads to a wastage of half the data i pay for. My friends with airtel dont face this problem.

Hi i recharge my prepaid account of 349/- by netbanking it showed transaction failed by after few minutes i recharge through paytm was successful. But after few hours i see my money deduct from my card also where it says recharge successful. My money is deducted from card. I need my money back. Please do something for one recharge y will i pay twice....

This contact number [protected] has been constantly calling and using abusive words i am unaware of this person, my parents did talk on call but he started abusing them as well and talking words about rape etc. Even my husband tried to talk to him but, its not working. He has been using bad words on me and my family and threatening my parents about sexually abusing me....

I had took airtel digital tv connection november 2017. Technician came from airtel and gave the connection to already existing dish which belonged to another customer and left our dish with us. We were not available during installation (My mother was available). Now the other customer had moved out from house. There is no dish for our connection.

I have ported my 2 numbers to airtel since then i m not getting network coverage in vishrantwadi pune. They have pla to upgrade towers here. I have asked them to send technician on feb 14th so far no action taken from them. I'm unable to use internet as it's not working due to network issue. I agree network issues will be there in few areas but my question is why they are not sending technician to home address for connecting booster or repeater....

I have complained many times that no network in munnekolala area 560037 in bangalore. They said would resolve but no response from them.
Recently also i complained the guy told go for port and we cant do anything that they agreed no network in homes in your area.
As i am using airtel more than 10 years.
Sometimes rudely they speak.
Very bad network airtel now a days they dont even respond...

I have received special offer of about 199 and 399 rupees.. I already have 409 rupees as my balance amount in my mobile. But i cant recharge those offer from my main account.. It is fully cheating.. Now a days no one is use their main account balance for voice call, sms, etc. Only use it from special monthly unlimited call sms packs.. So all my 409 rupees will going to useless.. Thats the technique of airtel to cheat their own customer......

Post sim swap, my new airtel 4g sim was active for few minutes but it soon became inactive and my phone is showing server error. Check your network and try again.
