On december 2017 reliance company stopped its working and they ported there company to airtel 4g but after that till i'm not get accessing to sim card it says "invalid sim" but we contacted many times this service provider and they says we are still working on this issue untill now but no response on the issue so by that i have lost more business contracts by this number my phone number is [protected] it is under my fathers name so please take an action on this company and fix the issue immediately with grand request

    According to tv ads airtel is providing 4g service in forests, himalayas and even unknown places in india but while we talk about 4g network in ghazipur city (Up), airtel says we can't provide 4g internet there.
    Before recharging my account, airtel customer care suggested me to recharge my account and i will get all services including 4g as well. But now airtel is saying we can't provide 4g internet service at your current location.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My sim isn’t providing network for 10 hours now. No service is being shown. I have tried everything. Switched on and off my phone, put it in airplane mode, did everything. Please resolve the issue. Mobile no-[protected]
    Earlier I was on Rs. 499 plan but effective 06/02/2018 I changed my plan to Rs. 399/- . In addition, starting 09/02/2018 I was granted Rs. 100/- discount on monthly rent. Still my February Bill is as high as Rs. 540/-, which is beyond my understanding. You are requested to send the bill break up to me at the earliest.
    Plz unsubscribe/deactiveate my airtel tv, monthly they r detacting 199rs. Am not using this airtel tv app. So, plz deactiveate my airtel tv.
    We have so many airtel customers in my village but there is no sufficient network coverage . Even couldn't connect normal call . If any emergency we have to go so far from village to make call.
    I'm not getting the network please Install the tower near my house I have the space if you want to install the tower
    Called customer service. Complained on Twitter. Cannot deal with this connection anymore.

      Dear team - we are living in himachal pradesh, dist-hamirpur, city-kangoo (With in 2 k. M area), we are facing so much difficulty of network, we cant listen voice, cant operate 3g/4g internet services. So totaly mess with this network. So please do the needful make this atleast 90% signal strenght in this area,

      I have created request on 1-March and still my request is pending. I called to your customer care more than 15 time and also related officials. Yet they're not responding on my request.

      I have suffered loss in my business because of it.

      We belong to Mahuli singramau .all villagers are face network issue from last 4 years and from 4 years we have complaint about request of tower installation in area Udaipur Mahuli (singramau Jaunpur area) where same we have requested to Airtel open network but yet no response from Airtel regarding Tower installation.we are waiting for same from 4y
      I cant make outgoing calls from my new postpaid airtel no. To any other no. Even not coustmer care what to do

        On dec 23rd there was a debit from my credit card for my airtel number [protected]. It is a corporate number and hence i wanted the refund so that my organization can pay the due amount instead of me.
        The customer care executives claimed that they had done the refund and hence revoked the payment. But, after multiple follow-up calls and emails, i still could not make the customer care executives understand that i have not received the amount. Neither my organization did. Every other day a new person gives a call, tries to understand the problem and send a mail as closure. First and foremost there is no one person tracking the issue. Every other executive have their own resolution, make me send multiple information/details etc and then every time it ends with no resolution.
        Till date none of your customer care executive could share the transaction details for the refund. Although i have submitted my credit card statements showing the payment.
        I have been following up for 3 months. Nothing is more frustrating then requesting over and over again for your own money.

        I am using the airtel no i.e.[protected] I want to port out my airtel no. but when i am generating UPC ( unique porting code ) they are not providing me the UPC code & the error which is coming

        My airtel sim not receiving mesage whats app veryfing code friends mesage etc i not receiving any single mesage in my airtel no i hope this problem solve as soon as possible

          I have bought airtel secure plan on 25th jan, on 12th feb somehow i slipped & my screen get broken but they are saying your screen was broken before the plan & trying to avoid & close the complain, when i asked with them do u guys provide damage handset insurance they denied.. Now they are not refunding neither giving the services please help me how can i get the services

          Every month due amoun increases any reason im not used the outgoing mobile phone call only incoming call recevied that [censored] [censored] the company.
          Sir, I Kailash Newar Customer of airtel prepaid No [protected] which is broken and lost. So then I went airtel store on 03 Mar 2018 and and get replacement SIM No[protected]U. But not active till date.
          So therefore I request to you activat the SIM as soon as possible.

          Every Month Due month Cost Increases Airtel Baster Company Fake.

            For the reason portability problem (Due to insufficient portability for the new connections) i am not able to contact even in airtel network single time attend. I am very hesitate in this type of disturb for the above said complaints. So you are got my money to activate up to coming 20th march. I am ready to filled case against you for lack of customer service. Even customer care number also not one proper. Just 5 minutes before try to speak customer relation ship manager no one way to reach by 121. So you are only booming your name by advertisement not by service. Finally asking the answers for you are ready to given best service? Because of i am lost my money rs.250/- for your booming advertisement words best services. So that i am raising coming words" as per scheduled (Till date you are not given good services. From the good service starting date even today also accepted) coming 28 days given up to april 4th or else publicity your network status by lawful action?

            after that also they have disconneted my call. and there is no reply at all from airtell
            they are cheating a customer...

I m n otherstate i cant change my sim and i have visited airtel store also they didn’t gave me proper solution. So please take action on complete airtel network.                   My name is riaz holding airtel prepaid no [protected].
                  I am currently in mexico for the 2 weeks so i recharged with 3997 pack but i m unable to make any outgoing calls.

                  I even email about the issue to customer care executive twice, they said it will be resolved in 72 hours. I am facing this issue for last 4 days.

                  My current network is telcel provided by airtel

                  Request your help in getting outgoing calls activated.

                    I have done one transaction at 06th march 2018 of rs 14, 000 from airtel payement bank upi app actually the transaction held and balance deducted but not credited in recipient’s accounti. I have already reported there and i got the status like payment is transfered but the disputed: resolved - credited into payee's account. Neither the the money was credited to beneficiary's account nor in my account. I have sended screenshot of transaction details about upi id and bank transaction details. Please help me to find my money sir because airtel payment bank was not at all giving any type of attentions. Complaint no:-1643721. I hope you will help me... Sir

There is no problem with setting as i could my message but could not send it.. U have even recharge sms pack worth 34 but it was not working.                         I have recharge net pack 1gb per day, but can't use it... I want to inform you that i can't use single mb of 1 gb. I'm using 4g handset "samsung j2 pro" but the custo meri support told me that your handset is not supportable... And refuse to help...
                        I'm so disappointed of your service.
                        Because i have use "jio" in my handset and always supportable with and got 4g speed.
                        So, i've a request to see over my issue and solve my problem... And if you will not solve my problem than i should destroy or not use it any more.

                            It has become the worst network. From last two months they are charging me wrong bill and without any intimation they have stopped my outgoing. After visiting to the airtel store they have started the services and told me they will change my plan from family to individual but nothing happened as such. They have changed my plan to individual basic and stopped my internet services and now no plan can be changed on my phone as plan can be changed once in a billing cycle.

                                Hi, since my old sim card got damaged i went to the near by airtel office and collected a new sim replacing it, they asked me to wait for 4 hrs and i have waited and i have not got the sim activation . when i called the customer care and asked they said there was no activation request they received from the airtel office . because of this i have wasted my time and must have missed a lot of important calls. i am seriously disappointed by the service i have got . i have to go to the airtel office once again for this

                                  Hello,

                                  I am using airtel digital connection with Account [protected]-001. In october I have updated my package to 1 year HD which includes all the channels.

                                  Recently I have noticed that I was charged 45 INR per month for Gemini HD separately from the month of October. I called customer care on 4th of March 2018 and informed the same. They said very sorry for the inconvenience and mentioned some package activated by mistake. They deactivated the same and promised that my money will be credited back to my account within 24 hrs.

                                  Its been more than 48 hrs and my money is not credited. When I called Customer care again they say it is my mistake I didnt notice. So, they cant credit back my money.

                                  Im platinum customer of airtel from 2007 (Mob: [protected]).. I feel I am cheated? I am not bothered about my 300 INR. I am concerned about the values and ethics. They are cheating the customers.

                                  Kindly help to credit back my money
