Dear team

Very good morning to all

This is veerendranath d. I was ported my mobile number from jio to airtel
And i submitted all require documnets on the 19/02/2018 and and i got a message from air tel your services is activated and reset your phone i did all this things, but there is no response from airtel, i started the follow up customer care and whos issued the sim from the store. There is no proper response from any one, and again they new sim on 26/02/2018 due sim problem. They said with in 4 hrs it will be done. Still now there is no reply from any one.

And i am suffering from lot of services will be stopped due to negligence of airtel employees.

Airtel customer service people of dwarka sector 4 new delhi are too rude and not courteous. They have name sake queue system. They charge money for quick service of which no receipt is provided. Its corruption and unethical. The manager of airtel shop told me do what you want to do and i have to pay extra for the service. The senior management must look into this matter. We want India corruption free.

    Airtel is a worst network of india. He says that india's fastest 4g network but fact is that its a poor quality network in 4g internet as well as voice calling. When i called to anyone suddenly network goes down wards and cant talk clearly on call. Voice calling problem, sound echo problem, net surfing problem its a bunch of many problem.in my opinion trai blacklist this type of nonsense companies they are cheated with the customers.

        I had given airtel postpaid to prepaid conversion by monday (19th feb) and my postpaid got disconnected the immediate next day. When i call customer helpline numbers, i am asked to visit the store in person for any information.

        • my number is down for last 7 days
        • for everything i am asked to visit the store in person (The people at the store are lethargic in service and they don’t have any direct number to reach them), i have visited the store at least 4 times till now
        • asked for extension of time, more than 5 times with false promises
        • converted from postpaid to prepaid once, then swapped the sim once and now being asked to swap the sim once again.
        • customer helpline numbers says, they don't have any information regarding this and so i have to contact the store (In person)
        • the store people says that they have already submitted the request and are following up, that's all they could do, but till now there has been no solutions.

        I got in touch with the airtel representative named “sowmya” and the store manager named “syed” of ramamurthy nagar branch, bangalore and i am frustrated by the service they have given me so far.

        Please help me in getting my number ([protected]) activated immediately.

            Sorry to inform that i was operated the number [protected]. This was given to aadhaar also. How it was happened? Due to my ill-health unable to recharge. I request to allot the same number since i have given the same number for all purposes. Immediate reply is requested. Since, i was approached to the airtel dealers it was informed that my number allotted to someone. It is clearly shows inability carelessness of the airtel.

              The same thing happened to me, a year ago i added some rs 1500 to my airtel bank account which i use for paying bills for our airtel post-paid mobile accounts. Recently i started getting an error and the customer service at airtel told me that my account is in 'debit freeze' and asked me to submit proof of id and address proof which i did, now they are asking for aadhar card number which i as a nri cannot get, in fact indian govt has prohibited nris (Foreign citizens) from getting an aadhar card since it subsidizes certain payments for indians. Now airtel, one of the biggest telecom company in india has left me high and dry, basically its daylight robbery if they are going to keep my money as a basis of not having aadhar card, its all a scam since they should have asked for all such id information before opening a bank account, even now the scam continues since they will allow me to deposit money in this account, but will not allow me to use the same for debit transactions such as paying bills that will benefit their own company.

              I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. The number is [protected]. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per KYC norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting. My wallet is not even a month old. And got a lot of balance, and now they have blocked it. They are now asking me to send to them the sender's bank account statement. Is it even logical? Why on earth will the sender share the bank a/c statement and as we know these details are very sensitive and confidential. Airtel assured me number of times for a proper resolution. But this aint a resolution even. I run the account, the account is in my name, i am the authorized person, i have submitted my verification documents. But when the company is here to loot me, how can i save my back? IF YOU ARE READING THIS, I EARNESTLY REQUEST YOU, NEVER EVER TO USE AIRTEL MONEY. ITS A BIG SCAM

                H airtel excutive ki tarf se aur balance deduct ker diya jata h.

                2. Call kerne pe excutive ka behave kafi kharab hota h. Hum customer h na ki aap logo se bhik maang rahe hai. Mera balance deduct hua uske regarding call ki but moni naam ki ladki ka baat kerne ka thang kafi bekar tha.

                3. Service hi poor ker di h aap logo ne. Network bekar h rangpuri mahipalpur me.

                Kafi log aisi bad service aur poor network ki wajha se other network me switch kerte h...

                I never excepted this kind of service from airtel

                  Horrible airtel. Last 2 days there is no network at all. And all the solutions online suggests to make calls. Airtle is to torture customers and suck money. Airtel do not solve any network issues and never provide solutions which work.
                  And this is not the 1st time it is happening anf airtel don't even provide any kind of online solution, online chat, email complaints systems as well. Horrible.

                    On my airtel prepaid services, add on services are activated without my knowledge. On asking to customer care, they simply tell me that you have activated. Many times this happened. Every time they (Customer care) assure me that next time it will not be activated. Why this activity is done. Should i go for legal proceedings or you will stop such activity.

                      Right now am in auburn hills, michigan, usa. I have been regulary recharging my mobile and making out going calls as well. But since 8 th of feb there is no coverage.                           Hi,

                          I have applied for airtel broad band on 7th feb, 2018 and have been asked to pay installation charges rs 500/- and promised to install within 72 hrs. Even after multiple follow up, no installation has done. We cant able to contact customer care if we do not have an airtel phone num. Even i got one num from customer care that we can call from non airtel network for the status but the num is not working.

                          Atlast i have mailed to customer care about the issue and has been promised to payback the amount within 5 days but not paid yet. Again, i have raised, they told it will be done in again 3 days. Those 3 days are also finished.

                          These people are making the customers to suffer and are not keeping their promise.

                          I want the money back and want to take suitable action against the.
                          I have all proofs regarding this. Let me know if you need any info from my side.

                            I see some international sms charges on my postpaid bill for 72xxxxxx01. I did not send these sms.

                            Please reverse these fraudulent charges along with gst thereon.

                            I had similar charges in the earlier months too but they were very small. Now the charges are increasing. This seems like a scam to me.

                              It shows debit card for this account is not allowed and i have my money stuck in airtel wallet and i'm unable to use it either send back my money back to the bank account from which i added or make my airtel bank debit card fully functional.                               I really need my that's stuck in your bank account and if not resolved i'm going to take this to court and sue your company for a greater price so make my account fully functional including debit card or return the money to bank account from which i added or else i'm going to send legal notice at your door step for fraud from airtel payments bank.                                 Sir the outgoing calls of my prepaid sim card are blocked. I complained almost 4-5 times in your laxminagar branch. But no further actions were taken. I just got only one answer that my complaint is registered and further proceedings will be done. But its already been 15 days of the continuity of problem. Sir please solve my problem of my sim [protected] or i am gonna throw this sim as i am fedup enough of complaining.

                                  I have an airtel postpaid connection since 2005, now that there are so many offers in market, i thought of switching to prepaid as my current bill is nowhere less than rs 1, 000 a month. I have been visiting airtel express showroom for the past 2 months but all they say is that they do not have a sim card for this series.

                                  Airtel is not only costly but is not willing to retain its loyal customers. Airtel will for sure loose its customer base.

Moreover, I would like to bring to everybody's knowledge that 4G service is not equivalent to bsnl 3G .. Bsnl 3g data service is best in comparison.

                                    Guys this is mohit. I request you people to please don’t ever try to port your number in airtel. Because airtel will simply make you you fool. You will receive a text from airtel that your current service provider will stop today, and airtel will start.
                                    But guys you will be in loss, because your current service provider will stop working, but airtel will take atleast 1 week to start there services.
                                    If you think that you can live without your number working. That’s your call.

                                      Airtel activated some service called videopindw and started charging 30rs per week. I realized it 3 weeks later and deactivated it immediately. Airtel executives does not give any info what that is. They just say it is some third party app. When i search the google store, i don't find any app related to that.
                                      On my phone also, i did not install any app related to that.

                                      1. I haven't sent any international SMS to[protected] and when checked in Google, I found that few people have already registered a complaint saying it's a fraud number.
                                      2. Airtel has started charging on toll free numbers.

                                      I'm unable to download the mobile payment Receipt for Jan 2018 .
                                      Postpaid Mobile No. [protected]

                                      Pl .arrange to mail it at [protected]@titan.co.in

                                      Also pl arrange to mail the receipt copy on a monthly basis
                                      My mobile doesn't connect to internet even when I have enough data balance. When I try contacting the customer care IVRS received the call and says I have entered an incorrect data and reached maximum amount of tries even when I don't press anything. My contact number is [protected].
                                      I have used Airtel wallet ( first transaction) to pay for recharge of 448₹ plan for 82 days. It was promised that there would be a cashback of 100₹ which will be credited into the Airtel wallet after the payment is made. This was done on 16th of February at 10:45 PM .
                                      My problem is that my data is completing within 10minutes without using it

All are function except Vedeo (i.e. Audio . channels nos. are function i.e. visible . But The Video not(picture) not function. please be take care. j

                                        In my area there is lot of trouble during access of net, i can say 2g network speed is also very poor and the distance between my area and the tower is approx. 3 km. So the speed is very hazardous.
                                        So kindly visit in my area
                                        Please consider on my issue as soon as possible

                                        आज 25 feb 2017 के न्यूज़पेपर मे बोहोत बड़ी गलती पाई गई आज मैंने 2 दैनिक भास्कर को चेक किया तोह दोनों पेपर मे अलग अलग न्यूज़ थी। पहली थी की एक पेपर मे श्रीदेवी के निधन की न्यूज़ थी और दूसरे पेपर मे ये न्यूज़ ही नही थी । और दूसरी गलती स्पोर्ट्स न्यूज़ मे न्यूज़ ही अलग अलग थी दोनों पेपर में यह कितनी बड़ी गलती है।

                                        I recharged through my Airtel app. The app showed me if it is a first recharge through app you will get a Max of 100 rupees cash back.I recharged with 399 rupees offer. Help me to get cahback please.
                                        Since 2009 on wards am using following [protected] this airtel prepaid no, now am in abroad. Suddenly they disconnect my sim from network.
                                        Hopefully requested to get back the same no.
                                        I am not able to send MNP SMS from my mobile number

                                        I subscibed to night cashback plan a few days ago, have'nt got any since then. I also received a msg confirming that is activated.but i have not received it. Please resolve it asap.
