I had given airtel postpaid to prepaid conversion by monday (19th feb) and my postpaid got disconnected the immediate next day. When i call customer helpline numbers, i am asked to visit the store in person for any information.
• my number is down for last 7 days
• for everything i am asked to visit the store in person (The people at the store are lethargic in service and they don’t have any direct number to reach them), i have visited the store at least 4 times till now
• asked for extension of time, more than 5 times with false promises
• converted from postpaid to prepaid once, then swapped the sim once and now being asked to swap the sim once again.
• customer helpline numbers says, they don't have any information regarding this and so i have to contact the store (In person)
• the store people says that they have already submitted the request and are following up, that's all they could do, but till now there has been no solutions.
I got in touch with the airtel representative named “sowmya” and the store manager named “syed” of ramamurthy nagar branch, bangalore and i am frustrated by the service they have given me so far.
Please help me in getting my number ([protected]) activated immediately.
