Hi airtel team,

I had submitted a request to change airtel number from post paid to pre paid on 6th february 2018 but still there is no information shared to the another supported number given in the application form. It has been 4 days since i gave request.

Number to be moved from post paid to pre paid : [protected].

I expect immediate reply from you.

    I have already written to airtel team and no response has come from their side.

    This is how you treat your customers. Shame on airtel.

    No one is ready to help also. I tried calling them several times everyone is giving different options and no one is actually helping out.

    They cheat on users fooling them that the plan would give u free access of everything but here i am not able to use any such facility.

    Niether i am able to use the amazon prime that comes free with airtel.

    I am using a plan of 799.

    Its been already one month passed by and no response has come from their side.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Same happened with me also. I was not given prime after the payment nor the refund.
    There is a problem with the new airtel tv app 1.8.0. Download an old version of airtel tv 1.7.1 from any website using google. It will show you the amazon prime banner and will surely work. It has worked for me today.

    Same has had happened with me.. not able to locate and trying google it and find this page .
    Really shame on airtel brand and they act as customer content in every aspects however ignore such remarks of customer .
    Guyz, who are not able to get the amazon prime membership banner on airtel tv, please downgrade airtel app to 1.7.1. Use below link to download apk file.

    Install it->Reboot the phone->launch airtel tv app->register->wait for 2-4 minutes->banner appears on top->click on that and enjoy. Later once done->uninstall this version and download the latest one.

    Even this didn't work for me
    Really disgusting service I also upgrade my plan to 499 but nothing get over Airtel tv app like banner Amazon prime I call sevral time over 121 but didn't get any response just saying customer care officer it's take a time 4 days 2 days 24 hr everyone have different wording really shameful thing for you Airtel Bharti even my complain no is (SR 31-[protected]) still showing open and didn't get a single call from the team.just now I am thinking to port the number from Airtel to other carrier

    I am not able to open Airtel TV App and when I sent an email they are responding, We would like to inform you that you will only be able to use Airtel TV app while connecting to your Airtel data connectivity.

    What kind of rules are these for the customers?
    No Amazon prime banner. What a waste of time & Money.

      keeping phone number in safe custody

      I am airtel prepaid customer from last 5 years.

      I am travelling abroad and kept my international roaming active.

      I missed one recharge on 2 feb 2018 and within one day i noticed that my sim is not working.
      Immediately i tried recharging my number but it was showing that i am no longer airtel customer. I contacted customer service and they replied that due to no activity last three months it is disconnected...

      A value add service named super store has been activated in my mobile balance has been deducted accordingly without my confirmation.

      I have contacted the customer care and they are telling this has been activated through clicking some third party url's. I'm sure that i haven't done such activities.

      I have been refused a refund upon cancellation of the said service on my no [protected].

        I had to change my prepaid sim card i hyderabad though acquired at bangalore, since it currently got damaged and doesn't get recognised in mobile devices.

        However i have been misguided by customer support and airtel stores on fixing this issue which wasted my time, energy and money.
        Eg., made me transit between airtel stores, prepaid team promised to connect me to the next authority but transferred my line to post paid team, guve me outdated/invalid mobile number to contact bangalore team, at last given a replacement sim which is not activated for last 6 days and there is no update on the same. Till now, my issue is not fixed.

          My sim card got deactivated without any prior notice. I stay in pune but my sim card is registered in valsad. So, they told it cannot be done anything in pune. My all the important details bank account, office work and other important work are registered with same number. I cannot do anything and airtel is not understanding problem and not helping me.

          I am unable to use my data services.when I open any browser it shows "the site can't be reached" please check it.However when I connect my device with any other Wi-Fi. It works normally.             Hi team,

            I tried to maintain my airtel broadband connection in safe custody mode from past 5months. But airtel customer care is not responding. Instead, they are generating bill every month perfectly and taking my salary. I already raised an issue to customer care, which they were unable to process unfortunately. Now all of sudden, my airtel account number is showing as incorrect. Dont know still what miracles are going to happen. My humble request to disconnect airtel broadband connection permanently, so that i won't opt for airtel in my life..

              I didn't subscribe airtel movies n music. And airtel now flash on 09/02/2018. But it was subscribed to my airtel number [protected] and charged 90 rs for 30 days.
              You also subscribed nexgtv service on my airtel number without my permission and charged 60 rupees.
              I request for stopping the service on 09/02/2018 and thank you for stopping the service on same day.
              Now pls refund my money as soon as possible... Because i didn't use this service...

              I didn't subscribe Airtel MOVIES N MUSIC, NEXGTV And AIRTEL NOW FLASH services on 09/02/2018. But it was subscribed to my airtel no. [protected] and charged 150 Rs for 30 days.
              I request for stopping the service on 09/02/2018 and thank you for stopping the service on same day.
              Now Pls refund my money as soon as possible...because I did not use this service even a single day..

                I came to know about amazon prime offer i am trying to claim it but i couldn't
                Able to claim. I got the information that airtel tv app will facilitates to claim that.
                But there is no option available on my airtel app. I have tried all the options to activate this offer but no use.

                Airtel trying to caught the customer by giving a false offer please don't fool the customers

                Yeah I agree. Even I faced the same issue today. I have taken up new broadband plan yesterday and I also have a post paid number and yet they refused to activate Amazon prime. False promises as they are not able to compete with Jio I guess.

                I have been using Airtel Broadband Rs.999 since May 2017 and looks like Amazon Prime offer has been introduced since Jan 2018. Till now I have not got any notification about this. I happen to notice in My Airtel app where it shows Airtel TV free and one year Amazon Prime Subscription. I am trying to download Airtel TV app but getting "This item is not available in your country". I tried reaching customer care and have not got proper response. Many people are not aware of this plan and Airtel is trying to cheat it's customers. They have published this in news and hasn't intimated it's customers properly to avail this offer.
                I recharged my prepaid Sim with Rs.699 plan (3GB/DAY) + 56 days prime membership, But unable to activate it on my Airtel Thanks App. The logo is Blurred(claim button) I called many times to the customer care but they didn't have any resolution.

                  My mob. No. Is [protected]. I am living in jalandhar city & daily go to banga city & near villages (Distt. Nawanshahr) punjab. I am facing the problem from last 2 months that most of times call drops or sometimes i receive a message from airtel that someone was calling me but my no. Was out of coverage area. My friend tried calling me sitting in front of me, full range is in my mobile handset, even then your system is saying that my mobile is switch off or out of coverage area. I am very much annoyed... Please solve this...

                    I m from surat. And in my number no one scheme is activated and i want as is it, i doesn't want to activat any scheme from your side and how ever 90 inr are deduced from my balance, please recheck it, because i m not interested to activate any scheme like whatsmob, it is my mistake that i prefer airtel, solve this problem and contact me as soon as possible, otherwise i claim against your compny.

                      I am sending port sms since one month iam getting reply as unable to generated upc code at present due to system issue.

                      I called customer care for more than 10 times and they will say we will resolve your issue within 24 hours and after putting down the call no response.

                      They have already charged me money for porting with the previous port code to convert to postpaid which is expired in between this process.

                      Now iam unable to generate new upc.

                      Thought to lodge a complaint and not providing me service.

                      Such a pathetic service airtel provides really

                      Customer care is useless no technical knowledge for there executives all foolish people

                        Airtel collection person call at my wife number and talk very misbehave i told him please call me to my another number and talk to me he was talking very cheaply.

                        I had call to 100 number and complaint him.

                        Is this the right way to call any customer?

                            port request cancelled

                            I applied for porting request on my current operator which is airtel postpaid.
                            I wanted to port it with vodafone prepaid service. As per the process, i sent port requesting message as 'port ' to 1900. Then, port code is generated.
                            And, further procedure followed for the application of new operator.

                            Few days later, i got message from vodafone saying that 'your porting request has been rejected by your current operator...

                            I am a subscriber of airtel postpaid mobile service. The company had launched an airtel secure service for its customers to insure their handsets against liquid / accidental damage on payment of a regular premium everymonth. I had subscribed to this offer and was paying my premiums regularly. On the 05 of feb 2018, i accidentally dropped my phone in a drain and it was damaged. The phone was an expensive one plus five make costing 38000 rupees. So i approached airtel for covering it under the insurance clause. I was harassed by the customer care executives for last five days asking me to submit various details. Some embarrassing questions were asked as to how did i drop the phone? What was i thinking when the phone was dropped? Etc. My adhar details were taken now all this was neither asked not sought at the time of selling me the insurance. However the moment a claim was raised all sorts of proofs became important. Finally today on the 10th february o have been informed that the claim has been rejected as it does not fall either under accidental or liquid damage. Ian aghast at this justification of theirs because my phone was dropped accidentally and was damaged for to a liquid. I think that airtel is running a scam by charging it's customers for insurance. I think that they need to be investigated and the customers like me should be protected by such

                              This is regarding several communication i had with airtel representatives relating to the no portability since last 20-25 days i have been received calls from airtel from different people and different no.. They told me that i have submit a request for no portability from my vodafone no. [protected] to airtel but actually i didn't and they call me for the same on regular basis.

                              I will take strict action for that

                                My airtel no : [protected] in the name of juthika poddar.
                                From the last 2-3 months i am observing that unsuddenly my balance position becoming nil.
                                This month also i recharged it on january 8th with rs.50/-.
                                From that time i made very very less calls. Because most of my calls are made through my husbands phone.
                                2-3 days ago also i found there was more than rs 30/- balance.
                                Suddenly from last day 08.02.18 at the time of dialling yours system informed " yours balance is not sufficient for making outward phone calls. Please recharge etc etc.
                                I dont know where my balances are going on???/
                                Please explain and take necessary steps to recover my balance.
                                For your information i am a housewife of 60 years - neither i do facebook, nor internet from my phone. So0 how it has been deducted.

                                  I am currently facing connectivity issue with my airtel broadband dongle for post paid and my repeated calls to the airtel customer care number (198) and
                                  [protected] yielded no response from the airtel showroom.
                                  Because of the above, i am unable to do my regular office activities even after getting the dongle device. Kindly fix it at the earliest and if not, i have no other way except to escalate this to the ministry of telecommunication.
