I have submitted requests for prepaid to postpaid transfer twice and have been charged twice, but till now the transfer is not completed.
The sim which i am trying to migrate to postpaid, is not on my name, but the sim is with me for past 6 years. The airtel office said that if i give them my aadhaar card copy, my company id proof they can migrate the sim in my name and then change that to postpaid and charged rs.400 for the process, but its been more than 6 months and nothing has happened till now, neither the sim is on my name and neither the sim has been migrated to postpaid.
Please help.

This the speed test of 4g connection provide by airtel. They have charged but unable to provide speed. Please initiate action for cheating customer.
They don't even care after complaint. Please take strict action
