I had already sent a massage as sim following backside code to activate 4g sim. After two days also i am unable to get the network in my 4g mobile. Please help me go resolve this issue. This sim was taken from o e of your outlet. And thy asked me to msg with the number to activate. After sending message i got confirmation as sim will get activated after 24 hours.. Already 48 hours completed.. Please help me resolve...

I am an airtel prepaid customer with mobile number [protected], and very unsatisfied due to recent plan activity. I have taken a plan of rs. 169 on 16th of january. The details of the plan are given in the attached photograph. As it is mentioning the validity for 28 days but its end on the 14 days. For this haphazard provide the half of amount as plan worked only for half the period.

I have made a transaction 2 months back with airtel for mobile recharge, transaction was not successful. However money has not been refunded till now even after repeated complaints and followups.

I am living in srikot ganganali garhwal uttarakhand. Here network 4g data speed is worst then 2g. I did a recharge for an orissa circle airtel number in airtel app, it was shown as 150 rs full talktime. However, the talktime received was 127 rs only as seen in the sms and balance (Attached). Please check and add the pending balance. Also let me know why did this happen. Is airtel misleading its customers?...

Have been staying overseas since january'17 and a customer of airtel since then. The inter national roaming service was active (Only for incoming sms and no voice calls or data plans). After an alert for abnormal amount, had to de activate the international roaming from november15th, while in uk. Had to re activate the services from dec.15th due to travel to usa.in the next four days got a message that charges for data utility is rs.2867/-...

Recently deposited an amount of rs 2000 in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed".

My number is [protected]. For the past few months i am experiencing that i have been charged for unwanted 54321 services. I have never subscribed any of the services. Whenever i stop any service, another services automatically gets activated. I have lost rs. 200 with this unknown reasne on deduction. I feel like cheated. Please stop all this. I was so disappointed with airtel service by deducted my money. This is not fair...

According to my data plan of 399 i am enjoying 1gb/day internet data service. But internet speed is very slow. Many a time it is 0.000k/s. As a customer i got offended because i tried complaining to airtel care executive. But he could not address the problem. They just promise bt do nothing. I request you that i be provided with optimum internet speed. Else i should complain against aitel in consumer forum.

I am using 4g sim with 4g smartphone. My home located in ambattur, chennai city. I always getting 4g internet speed below 30kbps in night time. Very worst network. But tv add shows airtel is indias no 1 fastest network provider. Veryvery cheating. Airtel upgrade your network signal strength or something technical upgrade. Otherwise dont show your chalange add. I am very disappointed....

This is inform you that I visited 3 times in your store at BOPAL. But Your customer service person not discontinue my numbers.
I am using that numbers only one month and after clear my all outstanding.I want to close it but your agent told that it is not close before 3 Months.

Im really feel shy to say im using airtel because of your staff misbehavior requested to then to do roaming connectivity they disconnected my sim and second day they clad they fixed that and old account having excess amount they told me to transfer and everything will be ok but now they saying different its happen its mistake but its from air tel side lets inform them do it asap because its not my mistake...

No polite in the customer service people in the airtel network in vanasthalipuram branch hyd, very bad communication

The question are answered in a irritation mode (By two people) not all the employees
