Means ki 1000 ke 10 times milna chahiye tabhi asli saja hogi

Agar aap 300 msg karenge to aap ko 30000 milenge aur is tarah se logo ko bewkuf banaya jata hain agar real main aisa hota to abhi tak vacency full q nahi hui???

Requested for international roaming for on 3rd Feb for 10 days and confirmation recd on mob also .But since I am in Singapore I could not connect till date on my I phone.
This is not acceptable by any customer .
Need explanation with regard to this subject please

    Dear sir,

    It has been more than 2 months to til date, my debit credit issue has not been resolved.

    Even after submitting all documents for verification they asked for bank statement which i have made transition on airtel money account, that bank statement i have submitted which doesn't make any sense that i should submit my bank statement for verification.

    After all, i am tired now to call customer care executive and senior supervisors and listen their excuses, i don't understand what is issue that it takes a month of time to activate the account. Hope u can understand i have transferred amount to airtel money do pay my utilities and bills which are due from from that time to till now.

    Every alternate day i am calling to customer support and they are taking 48 hrs of time. Last time i had conversation with senior executive, they promised me within 48 hrs team will resolve the issue, but again their statement remains unchanged.

    I want to say one more thing till the time, not even a single time any executive had tried to contact and update that what is the status of my case.

    Requesting a feedback call back from your side on my registered mobile no - [[protected]].

    And a humble request to resolve the issue asap on priority basis.

    The 4G service of Airtel seems to be big scam. The speeds are worst and do not call it even 4G. They are less than 3G speeds

    I don't know why are you cheating millions of customers and eating their money. If you could resolve the same do it, else I will be porting to other network soon.

    There is no network around D55, T 3 in IGI airport. We staff of Jet airways engineering are facing big problem for last one month. Our admin could did a little on this issue. Please help us .

      Court suspended the wallet facility of airtel but company countinously sending message that recharge with airtel wallet and get cash back but didn't inform there customer about wallet is suspended. L also use the wallet and they freeze my money. And they are not give my money back. I had send multiple mail but they are not interested in my problem.

      My airtel prepaid no is [protected] .. i recharged with 448 for 84 days for unlimited call in any no still by balance was deduct and customer care also didnt satisfied me and still i am facing problem kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
      Sir please consider my sim card damaged and yesterday replacement but its not working plzzz solve this problem my no [protected]
      There is no network range for airtel inside our home..Every time it shows no signal..I cant able to call anyone and use internet..so please solve this network coverage problem immediately..otherwise we will port our airtel sims into other networks..Thank u..

        I can not use money from my my airtel app's wallet because i forgot my mpin.
        I had made the account 4 years ago now i do not even remember the registration details. I have forgotten the date of birth of the registration date. I've put 400 rupees in my airtel app, which is no longer being used because of the mpin
        Now what do i, do to help me please

          I have registered DND for my mobile number [protected] however Airtel continues to send me promotional messages. ( DND registration number: A[protected])

          This is being a real trouble to me and after highlighting the same to Airtel's attention vide its DND complaint portal, there was no change in terms of such promotional messages being send by Airtel. Please look into matter.

            Hi,

            I had tried purchasing international roaming pack for us (Rs 649) last week for the below number. After paying amount website displayed error message. Also booster pack didn’t add up to my airtel number. I tried two times but still booster didn’t add to my number. Amount got deducted two times (1300) from my account. Kindly help in refunding the amount. Awaiting your prompt response. Thanks in advance.

            DND complaint submit button not working When we try to report DND defaulters, from Our mobile browsers like safari, chrome. It looks to be purposely Airtel disabled 'Submit' button action to register DND defaulters at Airtel website.
            I subscribed to airtel bank account and i recharge my wallet with 1, 000. When I was trying to use it, it says account freeze. It does not happen to paytm. Seriously annoying.

              On 12/02/2018 at 6.30 am rs. 70 was deducted from my talk time account without my concern for gossipbird service which i never asked for and unable to access the customer care for further enquiry. They sent sms to stop the service and i stopped too. What about the deducted amount. This is a technical theft. This type of practice should be stopped immediately. The deducted amount to be refunded.

                My airtel mobile no. [protected] is o[censored]. P. West circle but now i'm residing in maharashtra (Mumbai malad west). I have a serious call drop issue. People's are complaining about that they called me more than 20 times but they could not reach me. And even when i call someone then also there is a serious issue i'm also not being able to call anyone. Yesterday only i recharged with 399 rs pack but it seems i won't be able to use that data. Please fix this problem or else i will go to consumer forum because i beared a huge loss because of this call drop.

                  I've been in mathura since 2016. We are facing terrible network problem in aurangabad area specifically in mathura refinery township where we reside has got so much problem that we lose the full signal when we move from one room to another in the same house. This is what i am mentioning about calls and about data please don't ask me!! It is more irritating than the prior one....

                  Since last 4 years i am using an airtel number and this number is in continuous use. On 6th feb 2018 morning they terminated the connection to my number.
                  I communicated with airtel customer care from my friend's number and following are the responses from the different persons
                  1. Because of no use this have been disconnected
                  2. This number is not visible to us
                  3. You may have not submitted the document
                  4. Don't waste your valuable time, nothing can be done
                  5. Even one person told that he can see that i have recharged 448 on 25th of
                  Jan 2018 but i have not used my number
                  Here i am not sure how information associated with single number varies person to person in customer care.

                  Secondly i visited one airtel store. They told me as i have used the special recharge balance (448) to call and i should have used my main balance in betweeen so its disconnected. But they don't know how can i use my main balance if everything (Call/internet/sms) will cost from 448 recharge.
                  And they have given a sim to activate it with existing number from their main airtel store after getting a call in few hours. But for 3 to 4 days i did not received any call even i visited the store again and no help.

                  So i visited the airtel main store and they repeated the same thing that i have used only the special recharge 448 and i should have kept 50 to 60 rupees in main balance always, i don't know why?.

                  So they told me if you want this number in your name again following are the conditions

                  1. This can only be availed in postpaid connection
                  2. Onetime payment of 300 rupees

                  As this is the number connected with my different official and personal accounts. I am forced to get it in postpaid though it was in prepaid and wanted to be in prepaid.

                  I think its a cheating as
                  1. From 25th jan to 06th feb 2018 they have taken 448 rupees.
                  2. Without any information disconnected my number
                  3. Have not left any other option but forced me to be in postpaid if want the number even if its costlier based on my usage.

                  Please help on this.

                    Its more than a month that airtel is holding my money and connection is also not provided mentioning technical issues.
                    I spoke to dozen of representatives and their managers but till date no date provided for returning the money collected.
                    When airtel knew in advance that they cant provide new connection why are they collecting bigger amount (In thousands) and avoid customer reaching them... Is airtel running their business with such cheap tricks?

                    Now that i waited enough, planning to file a consumer complaint asap.

                      1) recharged rs. 600.00 on 29.01.18 vide transaction order no.[protected] and[protected]Rs.300.00 +rs. 300.00), through a airtel dealer and a/c balance was shown via sms as rs.583.80 against my id no. [protected].
                      2) but now recharge amount shown in the account rs. 300.00 only. On inquiry in the customer care it is told rs. 300.00 has been refunded to the dealer, which was not informed to me at all.
                      3) i have paid the amount to the dealer after getting the sms from airtel, why the rs. 300.00 has been refunded without informing me and this is the duty of airtel to credit my money in my account immediately and action should be taken against their dealer.

                        I was airtel postpaid customer from last 2 year now i am switch my number to airtel to airtel prepaid
                        I submitted all my valid documents and on 9th february 3 o’clock my postpaid number was deactivated so i inserted prepaid number card was inactive so i called to customer care they told me it’s take 24 hour time
                        On 9th feb they told file fir me 24 hours
                        After 24 hour card was not active every day i call customer care they ask me same time now today on 12th feb at time of 9:00 o’clock pm they ask me again 24 hours now what can i do
                        Give me suggestions or can i file fir for heresment

                          I have got new connection yesterday 11 feb 2018 and i been told i will get all hd and sd channels for free for first month. And the installation team told digital service will get activate after 2 hours.

                          I don't see all the hd channels, from yesterday night i am calling to customer-care for getting this resolved each person saying it will get fixed by 4 hours max,

                          But still nothing happen, today i am getting new answer saying my i will not get all hd.

                          Please stop cheating like this to customer...

                          I want all hd and sd to be enable without any further delay, else take the digital unit back and refund my money...

                          Airtel executive say one plan on phone, and airtel backed team activate some other plan which is totally different what was confirmed before booking the new connection

                          Team it's 4 day's now my reported issue not fixed, you said with in 24 my problem will be fixed now it's more then 48 hours.

                          Kindly correct the issue asap...

                          I have got new connection yesterday 11 feb 2018 and i been told i will get all hd and sd channels for free for first month. And the installation team told digital service will get activate after 2 hours.

                          I don''t see all the hd channels, from yesterday night i am calling to customer-care for getting this resolved each person saying it will get fixed by 4 hours max,

                          But still nothing happen, today i am getting new answer saying my i will not get all hd.

                          Please stop cheating like this to customer...

                          I want all hd and sd to be enable without any further delay, else take the digital unit back and refund my money...

                          Airtel has deducted my balance of rs 150/- without any information or services massage.
                          Amt not credited after recharge of mobile nos last wk. Recharge was done by cash. Have been inconvenienced thus causing me a lot of anxiety.Kindly take action at the earliest as I am expecting important calls on these nos.Thanking Airtel for having registered my complaint. Hope to hear from you soon.

                            In our Area airtel network coverage is Very and i log a complet last year August but no result still now and call receiving also very bad..
                            We are more then 500 airtel connection in our layout have and in every nmbr face this problem..
                            One tech person come in my location last year October and he say next 3 months problem will going to resolved. but not yet resolved.

                            I called Airtel customer care but no update.

                            I'm really unhappy with Airtel support...:(

                              In our location airtel network coverage best.. But call receving very bad.. Mean than enybuddy call me than say "not a velid nmbr..". Before 10 days... Till today..
                              No buddy solve no buddy care for this.
                              We 6..7.. Have friends have airtel nmbr. And in every nmbr face this problem..
                              One men come in my location and send location and say solve in 1 hour..
                              But no..
                              Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              My airtel deposit is not return but you're airtel store is refund but not details given
                              There is absolutely no network since the past 2 days on my 4G sim card while travelling throughout pune, please look into it as a matter o[censored]rgency
                              This is to info to the Airtel that I didn't activate the namkeen pack services but automatically it got activated and my 35RS went from my main account
                              I am not satisfied with your service.
                              I am unable to make cal .
                              It says either unable to reach or unable to contact
                              Please rectify the concern as soon as possible or else I have to change my network.

                                I have recharge 198 in my mobile no [protected].but your internet service is too embarassing and its too irritating . There are no internet speed for 3g service .so ican feel it now that i waste my money and also andhaar link with your sim card . If you dont take a necessary step either i have to port in other service .

                                  Balance debited from my payment bank account but balance not credited to my uco bank account of rupees 2950.71rs. (UPI transaction). They told transaction successful. Bank Account No [protected]. When i trying to connect with customer care they talk to me very badly, they have no manner how to talk with a customer, and they cut the connection.

                                    I'm using a plan of Airtel broadband of Rs.1249/- plan. Inspite of paying the bills before due date regularly, Airtel is charging me with late payment charges ie. a bill amount of Rs. 1591/- which is irrelavant. Every time i'll get a call form these people saying your amount is due and everytime the amount will be more than Rs.3000/-. This month they called me and saying my total amount due is Rs. 3718/-, I dont know what is happening about the payments done. They are not keeping a proper track of the payments done by me. Some time when the bill was payed in Bangalore one and the amount was not at all updated in my account for months togeather and after months they will ask for the receipt. These people are cheating and harrasing me to pay above normal charges each and every time and that too double the thing what I have opted for.

                                      Besides the above, would like to complain about this whole mess. Please check the last three bills issued on 9th dec.2017, 9th jan 2018 and 9th feb 2018.

                                      In both bills of dec and jan, extra internet charges were charged indiscriminately and even on complaining, no reviused bill was issued or any clarification given. Only a given amount is said to be waived off without any clarification. Please note that extra taxes charged also need to be reimburdsed.

                                      I need clarified and revised bills for bills dated 9th december 2017 and 9th jan 2018

                                      Even in bill dated 9th feb 2018, extra internet charges of rs 500 have been charged when i joined my family plan on 10th january 2018. I am told that rs 500 will be adjusted in the parent bill of my akshay jain-[protected].

                                      I am not satisfied with the accounting here and need revised bills of the given months.

                                      How easily you can dupe your customers of 500/-every month.. Many customers simply pay postpaid bills without checking bills in good faith. Everytime i complained, i was told that i will get a call back and a revised bill would be sent. Recieve no calls and no revised bills and top of that, the same mistake is repeated again and again.

                                      A copy of this letter is being posted as a blog too.

                                      Need a redressal of this harrasment immediately.
                                      Otherwise too-sordid airtel service-no call is completed without making 3 to 4 calls. Call goes silent, very poor data connection. Have complained a number on times for the same too but no solution to the above.
