I have purchased a 448 plan for my prepaid number on Nov26th. The transaction said it was not successful. so I did the recharge again the next day and it went through. When I checked my bank account...it deducted for both unsuccessful and successful transaction.

I called customer care immediately and they said that they cannot reverse the amount to my bank but they can give me a credit in my account for me to use once the 448 package validaity is over. Validity expired on Feb 5th and now I called to recharge using the credit and they said there is no credit and it doesnt show that I talked to the lady manager and no details. The floor manager in spendid towers, begumpet was so rude that he refused to connect to his manager and refused to look int othis issue. He continuosly said the same statement "i understand your issue and nothing can be done and no one can do anything". I really need this resolved as it is merely a mistake on airtel's part.

    Dear Airtel,

    I am Sreenivasarao VV from Hyderabad.I am using the Airtel number 9xxxxxx180.I observed it in my area the Airtel network is not good.We are unable to browse the data.We checked data speed using TRAI, Network Velocity App.The data Speed is to bad in my area.We are getting 0.1Kbps speed at any time.The published Airtel is the best network in India.But in the real-time Airtel is not the good network.In the Metro city Hyderabad the network is not good.198 and 121 are helpless.They are not responding to customer issues.They have used 198 Toll-free services for marketing.I never choose the Airtel and never suggest to anybody to use the Airtel Network.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

      I have issue is regarding my billing amount for subjected 4G Wifi Router.
      I have paid initial amount of 4500 including router & 3 or 4 months advance.

      In spite of raising 4 complaints[protected], 77292404 and so on...all these request were closed without anyone visiting to my house), issue regarding network in my house area was not resolved.
      I am getting 0.2 mbps whereas promised was 20-24 Mbps.
      This was also shown to one of your representative from Technical team who gave false promise to resolve this issue within 24 hrs.This was in period of July to Sept 2017.

      There was also wrong billing amount sent to me which I got corrected with Complaint number # 79436006 on[protected] .
      I also requested to disconnect my account due to "Pathetic service " by Airtel.
      BUT It was "once again" assured me that all changers which are unnecessary forced on me will be waived off and my issues regarding network will be resolved in 24 Hrs.
      It was also assured me guy from technical team will Visit to me. BUT as usual no one turn to my house to check the issue.

      Once of your senior Representative ( Palak & Kalpesh floor superviser ) assured me all this.

      I was asked to pay 359.10 Rs & rest were waived off ...I paid this amount in sept 2017 only.

      I was surprised that the package they told me was not same which was told to me by Sales-person from Airtel(Uddav: [protected])

      Now funniest thing is, I received bill of 2, 168.62 for below period.
      Bill period: 08-Oct-2017 to 07-Nov-2017
      Due amount*: 2, 168.62
      "I was told that this is 3 months +1 advance "'
      I was told that service will improve with new tower installation in my area.
      Hence I paid 3+1 advance.

      This does not stop here. I got one more bill of 2776.48/- next month.
      Now Airtel appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com is saying that "Therefore for the bill dated[protected] and[protected] you charged month rental of Rs.1995/-."

      My understanding is my Basic Package( refer screenshot attached), I have to pay 1500 Rs for 3 months( + Service charge, this is what was told to me), then how come "one" month charges can be 2168.62 Rs, when I am not using it at all.

      Now, I raised to disconnection request even after paying advance rental .Airtel is asking me payment for duration after closure request is raised.
      As I have already made payment 2, 168.62 ( Nov 17 -Payment done for 3 months advance) .Hence Airtel should refund me my money which I paid as advance rental for Jan 2018.

      My issues with Airtel are;
      1.False promises.
      2.False commitments.
      HYPERLINK "http://3.IT"3.IT department is Useless .
      4.Network is pathetic ( why you call yourself India's best Network !)
      5. False bill amounts without any clarity.
      6.Biggest problem is your sales person's provide wrong information & hide lot of thing while selling devices.

      I am surprise how can such a biggest network can "consistently perform such a Pathetic way " !
      Do you guys really review the call center & IT guys calls, DO you really crosscheck the bills that you sent to customer without checking the package.

        My mobile number - [protected] in the name of kundan kumar, on dated 31.01.2018 i had lost my number and i had taken new sim card of the same number metioned earlier by submitting them police complaint copy in our local airtel store dated 03.02.2018. But the insurance provider needs sim barring form duly singed & stamp by the service provider but the service provider is not helping in any manner for the same. For the above issue my insurance provider is not approving my claim. Please help me in this regard.

          It is not enough that you send me, and permit others to send to me many advertisements that i do not want. You have also installed programs and services onto my phone that i do not want. Now you have started billing me on my cell phone for namkeenpack for two months and automatically deducting your charge from what i pre-pay to you. I have not ordered that service. I do not know what it is. Stop whatever service to me that namkeeppack is and refund to me the money you have extorted.

            I bought a new postpaid sim yesterday for some official purpose. I was told by he executive that my sim will be activated by the end of the day. But nothing has been done yet. I called the customer support several times complaining about the same but nobody really helped also one of them disconnected my call. Sad to say but pathetic service. The verification agent says everything was done from his end and asked me to contact the person who sold me the sim. Again that person also has no idea what the current status is. I am damn pissed now. And regret on choosing airtel. As i have already paid the amount, either get the my money refunded or get the sim activated asap as i am suffering huge losses.

              Dear sir/maam,
              I want say that my landline no. Is [protected], also using broadband with this no. I had complained yesterday for network issue they told me that problem will get resolved till 6 pm, but when i called for same at then they told me that it will be resolved at 11pm. But till now it has been not resolved. They are disappointing us. Now i had called again then they told me again that it will be resolved by 6 pm. Whats going on kindly check it and resolve the problem in 2 hr urjently otherwise i had to take strict action.

                I'm using airtel sim for more than 6 years and never faced bad internet speed or call drop's, but from last 1 month the internet speed has gone from bad to worse and their frequent call drops. I did complaint and too more than 5 times, but i get the same response that they are trying to resolve. But i didn't find any change's. Their is no option left for me rather than to port the sim. My complaint no. Cgpsc[protected].

                  I have been an airtel postpaid customer for over 13 years. A couple of billing cycles ago, i was charged around rs1200 extra. When i contacted customer care n jan 13th - 2018, i was assured the matter will be resolved within 7 days. It did not get resolved, i called up again only to hear that the adjustment has been approved, but till date the issue has not been resolved even after repeated calls to customer care. Now the outgoing calls on my mobile has been barred.

                    I just spoken with bluddy airtel's customer contact center neither their services are good nor customer care center executive i had my no. Port from aircel to airtel i heard airtel has good services and networks too comparison than other but really i bogged after converting my sim really i have complaint lots of time in airtel customer care as well as in social sites even their technician also visited at my place to checking my network coverage he checked and told me that "there is poor fluctuation in out door and in door as well pls give us 2-3 working day now 1 month going to be finished but yet no improvement in network... Even its ivr procedure is too lengthily if any uneducated customer wants to contact to airtel customer care they do not have any direct way to reach at executive always customer will need to follow their 15 minutes of ivr procedure to talk to c. Executive after follow the ivr some times irv auto responded that you did not choose any option pls press any key however constantly pressed after 2 times of ivr caution call gets auto disconnect.. Many times i had tried to contact with gopal who is ceo of airtel right now but god knows where he is and what he thinks about customer satisfaction... I seems it does't matter that if any customer suffering anyhow since porting my no. I am looking forward to completing 90 days to switching operator finally just 2 day are left... One more surprise that i get today from airtel i called in airtel customer care to deactivation my bro's number because someone teared his phone... I really surprised when i heard executive deactivated my services rather than my bro's no. Now we can assume how pathetic airtel is neither they sits attentively nor they knows how to talk to the customer they always become casual while talking some times rude too but it is our"bite the bullet" that we used to it just because to get solution... If it never changes one day all the user will be realized that somewhere airtel making us fool... Please find attached few pictures of about airtel exploit whereas data connection is oped but still the internet did not work network frequency also too weak... Its usually

                    Finally would say if any a common man has rights to take action against such kind of organization i requesting to consumer helpline please notice them kindly change such bullying

                        I am an honest airtel user since a decade, but i feel sorry to say that india's largest network is changing to india's worst network. No customer service is provided when the customer needs it the most when compared to 3-4 daily calls to get a new plan, new connection etc etc.
                        I took 2 postpaid connections which were used by my cousins in 2016 apart from the current no. That i am using and both the nos. Were closed after clearance and every bill was paid without any delay except one last bill for one of the no. As the respective person was planning to close the no.. Both nos. Were closed and we cleared all the bills.
                        Now after 1 odd year airtel comes back to me saying "please pay a bill of inr 3700/- for one of those nos. To continue services on your current no. And has stopped all outgoing calls on my personal no. Which was used as an alternate no. At the time of registration.
                        I am seriously facing a hell lot of issues due to my no. Not working as i only have one connection for my personal use. Also for this no. All the bills are paid before the due date every month,
                        After complaining almost 10 times on the customer care no. I still haven't got any solution to this issue.
                        I hope these people are well aware of the fact that it's damn hard to function without a working number these days and my calls, internet are barred since friday.
                        I am seriously loosing my calm now so request the people sitting at airtel to please look at it at the earliest or i would go legal on this.

                          I was not recharging my airtel dth tv id no- [protected] for about six months, then airtel dth people started calling me, and gave me offer that if i recharge with Rs 996, i will get 1 year of validity, including all the channels which were in my pack. Therefore i recharged with 996 rs. My tv started with all channels which were there in pack, but just after one week all the movie channels disappeared, some news channels disappeared, and even some basic channels disappeared, there is nothing left worth watching in the tv. when i called the customer care and asked them for changing my pack, to the pack which i was promised, they said that it cannot happen now (" how can we show you 230 rs per month pack in just 996 per year"). Then i asked them to change my pack to rs 230 per month and deduct the money from my account which has 996 rs, but they refused to do that also.
                          Then i asked them to DEACTIVATE my account and REFUND my money, but they refused to do that also, saying that once you recharge your account your money could not be refunded, they said even if you recharge with large amount like 20000 rupees by mistake also, we will even not REFUND that as the money is safe with us in your account.
                          I am feeling frustrated by the behavior of the airtel people as they have done fraud with me and making fun of my problem.
                          I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY PACK TO BE CHANGED TO WHAT IT WAS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE I WILL FILE A CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST AIRTEL DIGITAL TV.
                          I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

                            This is to inform you that i personally visited one of your airtel store in malda district on 01.02.2018 for updating my 3g sim to 4g sim & on same date they provide me a new sim and assure me after 3 hrs it updated to 4g connection but till now the process still pending.
                            On 06.02.2018 i second time again visit the store for updating my 3g sim to 4g sim but till now the process pending.
                            Kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis.

                                This is Manish Sankar Misra, I have applied for a broadband connection (Kelambakkam, Chennai, Pin -799250) on 02-Feb-2018 . Payment was done and the proofs were submitted on the same date . My payment transaction ID :[protected] and my generated CAF No: 4561157. I was told that I will be getting the connection in 48 hours .

                                Saraswati was the first person who contacted me (Her Mob No[protected] ) and called me on regular intervals until I did my payment and submitted the documents . I have been Messaging from lasr 2 days and I didnot get single response.

                                One installation person called me this morning and asked me that He will be coming today at 5:00PM for giving the connection . Later he called again and said that its been cancelled and I need to call and inform airtel to get some other installation guy (Installation guy's no: [protected]).

                                I have done multiple follow-ups, called the customer service but there was no progress . I am very much disappointed by the service I am getting .

                                When it came to your business I received more than 5 calls in an hour . Even I was contacted by 2 of your executives, fighting within that who will process my connection . and once the payment is done nobody even cares.
                                I am sure, this is not the way you want to treat your ciustomers!!

                                  Earlier I had an old model airtel4g sim(with no adapters-standard size) which I wanted to swap with a new one(with adapters for micro and nano slot), since my phone demanded that. So I went to this retailer and bought the sim for 50 rupees. I was instructed to send an SMS stating "SIM sim number" to 121 through my earlier sim.I got a message which read "reply with 1 to confirm".I did the same and got a reply message stating that the sim card would be activated within 24 hours. I waited for the time being and my earlier SIM was out of network, so I swapped the new sim but it received no signal. I contacted the customer care and they informed that I will have to wait another 4 hours for activation. Again I waited for the time being and after another 20 hours my new sim was out of signal. This time the Customer care instructed me to visit a nearby Airtel store. I did the same. The guy there asked me to show the request message I sent to 121.After seeing the message the guy said that I have messaged the wrong sim no. I messaged the number on the cover in which the sim would come. The guy at the Airtel store obviously didn't believe it, but however he carried out some standard procedures which includes getting my Aadhar number and thumb print and said that the new sim would be activated in 4 hours. He charged 25 rupees for this. Shortly I received a message through the new sim stating "your number is xxxxxxxxxx.Please restart your device". I received a configuration message which I saved. My happiness was short-lived. Suddenly after I chose to save the network settings my new sim was out of signal. It has been 20 hours since then no signal reception yet.I have restarted my phone several times but in vain. Now I know why the newcomers excel in the industry it's because of their service. Worst customer service. All my contacts know only this number which has no signal. I regret buying the new sim. Better not buy thus sim again.

                                    Last three days ( 30.1.18 to 1.2.18) our telephone line and broad band connection s not working. already we are registered the complaint. till phone is not working. please check our connection and do the needful.
                                    I am not able to use my money which is in the wallet of my airtel app as it is showing debit from this account is not allowed.
                                    Neither i am able to contact the customer care of airtel bank.
                                    Why is it so i cannot use this amount anyway neither for recharge nor i can transfer this amount.

                                    But, still Plan isn't actually activated

                                      Dear fellow indians,

                                      Please dont open your account with airtel payment bank because it is a complete scam. Here i am telling you why it is a scam.

                                      Couple of days ago i deposited my funds near about 3500rs to pay to a merchant but when i am trying to pay him i always got an error transaction failed. Then i tried to reverse my amount back to where it was debited again i got the same issue i. E. I can't transfer those fund to anywhere.

                                      Then i tried to call customer support but now you cant call to them as well because they have removed their no. From everywhere.

                                      Remember guys i already updated my e-kyc on airtel app but when i reached to airtel store the executive was saying your e-kyc is not approved and as of now we cannot approve your kyc by my end as well, then i asked why they have no answer for that and he continuously forcing me to go some-other airtel store, i wandered why he is pushing me to go somewhere else when he himself cant help me out. He was saying me to use these funds for dth, mobile reacharge else my money will remain in the wallet their is no way to take that money out from airtel wallet.

                                      So guys dont get into this trap. Airtel payment bank is complete a scam, no support, no call back, no issue resolution. Once you put your hard earned money in airtel's wallet you forget to take it back. I lost my money but i dont want you people to lost your money.

                                      These people are looting common man's hard earned money.

                                        We just had a new connection installed at our place of airtel vfiber. Internet speed is below the desired speed and connectivity is very poor. The connection cracks at times. It's a new vfiber connection and it doesn't provide the desired speed. The company claims to provide 20mbps speed but it hardly provides 300kbps speed. Experiencing the worst internet speed.
