Worst customer support
I hold an airtel number, which converted from postpaid to prepaid on 30th jan 2018and thereafter, i am not able to make any recharge, hence no outgoing and no internet.
Its been 10 days now. I have tried all possible options but of no use.
The airtel gallery guys are good for nothing, they do not know anything about their daily work.
I contacted customer care on 121 and 198. After big argument with junior executives, i then spoke to some seniors like ankit pandey and shrikant nepali.
They all gave me false commitment of 48hrs thrice (48 * 3 = 6 days).
Then as a last resort, i emailed to nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com.
From there again three different people spoke to me (Ashwini k, macherla akhila, akhil shaganti) and all are still giving me false commitment of another 48hrs.
I am really very frustrated with this behaviour. I cannot make any outgoing calls nor use internet. It is affecting my business.
My one question to airtel - does it take 10+ days to resolve one issue? Is your technical team so weak? Do you have any sla for service request?
Also, i checked on consumer forum websites and many customers who converted post to prepaid got this issue, and still airtel has no answer to this.
Really worst service by such a old company.

Complaint marked as Resolved This issue got resolved after talking to Nodal Team.
Resolution: They reconfigured my account in their database.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This the speed test of 4g connection provide by airtel. They have charged but unable to provide speed. Please initiate action for cheating customer.
They don't even care after complaint. Please take strict action
