Respected sir,
Today, when my airtel 4g data received in my no.[protected] at 12.10 am at night. Then i start use of net in my gionee f103 4g set. After 30 mints. Suddenly net was not working. When i check my data balance shows you have used 1024mb today limts.
My question is that before this plan. I use rs-399 airtel plan but this type problem not happened with me. From the starting date of recharge rs.-484 plan i not able to use my net. For this problem i contact to customer care several time. They told that you have used data. I answer that if i use data in my what'sup application then for 30mints. How my 4g data balance was zero.
Why this is never happened in other network.
Therefore, i request you to kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible unless i am portable to other number.

    I am receiving calls from airtel to pay the bills for a number which i am not using from day one, i requested a prepaid sim but don't know how they gave me a postpaid and now asking to pay bill, every month i ask them to cancel it but they do not cancel it. I recently moved to hyderabad and in our company there were stall of airtel and i asked them for a airtel prepaid sim, they gave me a sim and activated it but i lost it on the same day after a month i received call to pay bill then only i come to know its a postpaid number.

      My airtel digitel tv account id [protected]. After conferming the costumer care they offered me to recharge with 1194 +15 rupees fine and a totel of 1209 and will get 6 month servives and 15 days extra including sports channel star sports 1, 2, first, and ten 1. Then i recharged they given for 4 month only. Then i complaint this to costumer care they told sports pack they cant give. So i told please refund the amount. They agreed. Now they stoped the service and not giving the amount return. They saying they cant give back. If they give they will take back my dish and set top box. What i will do

        Am vijay from chennai my number is [protected] i am using 364 plan and the internet is very bad and slow and i asked to the nearest airtel showroom they say it will get faster automatically but it did not get any faster its same slow i[censored] won't take any action then please close my sim just deactivate it or else tell me how to change the same number to other network, i[censored] don't speed up my internet i will surely change network and i will post the same complaint on facebook.

          What the hell is happening with airtel.
          Internet is not working properly from few days. Complained number of times but no response and no issue has been solved. I don't know why still they're running airtel. Just shutdown it and sell recharge cards. If your fail to give proper connection means what is the use o[censored]nlimited plans and all [censored]. Stop fighting with other networks and take care of your network. Already i complained in consumer complaints but no issue solved. From few days internet is working like hell. Not getting 4g signal in city also. But without unlimited packs getting proper signal and 4g network coverage everywhere. Problem is only with unlimited packs. They are providing unlimited packs and they making people not to use the services. By not giving signals. I[censored] can solve the issue means try to solve in 5 days otherwise we will choose other networks.

            In my area airtel is providing 3g network.. The download speed drastically reduces from 500-600kbps to under 30kbps at evening especially 6.00 pm to 10.00pm. Whenever i contact customer care they say it will be recovered as soon as possible or switch off your phone and reinsert your sim and on it back..in my area many having the same problem... The problem is around 1month only. Before it was well and good.. It seems airtel is purposely reducing speed because whole day you are giving high speed internet and in the evening it's like a 2g..

              Iam trying to port my cell# [protected]. From kerala to karnataka. I have submitted all my all my identification documents to airtel marthalli outlet bengaluru. Even after repeated attempts, i am not getting upc code for changing my sim card. Mine frequents calls to airtel customer care kerala/kerala could solve this issue.

                Hi.. I have complained about non activation of 4g services at my mobile number. I m repeatedly complaining about the same since last 7 days and no body is giving me proper answers.. I have found that airtel customer care support staff is one of the worst service providers.. I m sorry to say this but i have recently ported out from vodafone and i am waiting for 3 months to get over to again exiting from airtel in view of bad response from customer care..

                      Freez debited same with me airtel always do fraud...and yes previously i worked in airtel telecom process also and i know its fraud company thts y i left the job that time...its always do fraud with peoples my account also been freezed as now i cant able to transfer to bank whenever i try it says account freeze...airtel should be banned

                        Now the present status is outgoing calls can be made (Ok) sms send /recd is (Not ok) incomming calls also not recd. Calling party is getting response that
                        Number does not exsist
                        I am very disappointed... Even after porting request approved by vodafone.
                        If airtel not ready then why accept my porting request

                        Airtel technical team is not educated... they are just doing repairing work like soldering nut bolt tighten.

                          Each and every month i get wrong bill, after getting bill each and every time i need to call back to your customer care and ask for them to explain how that much bill came than they wavered the extra amount now, through my credit card with smart pay option but that to is wrong charge so i just need that much amount to be credited to my account back that is 902rs. I have tried to call you but my call was not getting connected. I am frustrated with your service now please refund my money back...

                            I have been trying to recharge my data on the airtel app and on paytm repeatedly but i am not able to recharge. When i make the payment i get message saying payment failed. My no. Is [protected]. I have a prepaid plan. I will consider deactivating this sim if this issue is not resolved. It is very irritating. Kindly do the needful.

                            Also sent a mail to the customer care team
                            Which had no response !

                              I ported my number from airtel to jio. As per the sms sent to me, on 25th jan, around 10 pm my phone went into 'no network mode'. So i took the old sim out and put the airtel sim card in. Now only outgoing call from my cell is possible. No incoming call will come through. Also i tried calling 59059 and 121 but the bot only parrots the services available. My alternative number was given at the time of porting.

                                outgoing calls barred in saudi arabia

                                I am in saudi arabia and i can receive all incoming calls but i am not able to make any outgoing calls. I have activated an international roaming pack of rs 3996 for 30 days. The pack includes a talk time of 500 minutes but i am unable to get any. Whenever i dial a number first a notification pops "airtel:outgoing calls barred" my mobile no. Is [protected]

                                Please help me as soon as possible...

                                  I have bought a new airtel postpaid sim, butbsince the time i have had this sim, i have signal strength at 1 bar, and i have never received 4g services ever, i am on a 499 plan and i do not even get 3g services, i always have 'e' denoted on, and even that has no receiving signal.

                                  I did numerous complaints to customer care, and even gallery. The person at the airtel gallery his name is amir, he told he that he cannot allow me to change to prepaid as my sim is brand new,. It needs to complete 90 days.

                                  While the person at the customer care told me i can change my sim to prepaid anytime, the 90 days is for sim porting.

                                  When i mentioned this to the person at the gallery, he told me and i quote "we at the gallery have no connections with the people at customer care, customer care is different and gallery is different, we don't function as per the customer care, but we function as per how we want at the gallery".

                                  I explained this guy at the airtel gallery amir, that i have no service since the time i have got the sim, there is no point in me continuing with postpaid services. He tells me, "let the 1st bill get generated, pay that bill and then only i can transfer to prepaid"

                                  This makes absolutely no sense, why would i pay for services i have never gotten whilst i was promised 4g and network.

                                  So basically airtel wants me to pay for no service just because i am a post paid customer.

                                  (I have attached pictures which show signal strength, speeds and no internet when wifi is off)

                                  Please help me.

                                  I have ported from Airtel postapid to BSNL prepaid and cleared all the dues of Airtel. However my number is barred even though the dues are cleared.

                                  I have confirmation sms and bill receipt from airtel for the paid dues.

                                    I couldnt assume that airtel is expert in stealing main balance even not connected to internet. I have contacted them, simply replied our database is showing like that. We cannot do anything.

                                    Though recharged 199 inr for couple of months still main balance deducted. See the attached.

                                    For a single sms 25 inr charged, can you believe this? See the attached screen shots.

                                    Finally decided to port all airtel sim to other network.

                                      श्रीमान, प्रार्थी के मोबाइल नंबर [protected] को आधार से वेरीफाई कराते समय मुझे बिना बताये एक बैंक खाता airtelबैंक में खोल दिया गया। जिसमें 18/12/2017 को मेरे इंडेन गैस कनेक्शन की एलपीजी सब्सिडी बिना मुझे सूचित किये मेरे बैंक bob के स्थान पर एयरटेल बैंक में भेज दी गयी। जिस पर मेरे द्वारा 24/12/2017, 03/01/2018, 15/01/2018 (कंप्लेन रेफरेंस नंबर 1379470), 17/01/2018 बादहू 25/01/2018 को आपके कस्टमर केअर से उपरोक्त अनाधिकृत रूप से जमा सब्सिडी 271 रु0 मेरे मूल बैंक bob में अविलंब वापस किये जाने तथा भविष्य में उपरोक्त एयरटेल बैंक के खाते में सब्सिडी बंद कर मेरे मूल बैंक bob में ही पुनः सब्सिडी प्रदान किये जाने का निवेदन किया किन्तु दुर्भाग्य से अब तक कोई सार्थक उत्तर नहीं मिला और न ही मेरी सब्सिडी धनराशि मेरे मूल बैंक को वापस की गयी।
                                      अतः पुनः आग्रह है कि अविलंब मेरी समस्या का निदान करते हुए सब्सिडी धनराशि मेरे मूल बैंक bob को वापस कराना तथा भविष्य में मेरी एलपीजी सब्सिडी मेरे मूल बैंक बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा में भेजा जाना सुनिश्चित करें। कृत कार्यवाही से प्रार्थी को अवगत करने का कष्ट करें।
