Airtel company just foolishing all the customers stating that 'airtel rs. 399 prepaid pack now offers 1gb data per day for 84 days to take on jio rs. 398 plan'..
But this is not true. Jio is doing as they announced i appreciate jio company.
At the same time i'm very much confused why airtel is doing this silly stupid things.
Still airtel is using their old plan i. E., 399 for 70 days validity. Not the new plan.

As promised by airtel they must have to give 399 plan for 84 days validity for all the customers.. If you are not able to manage this offer, then announce it publicly that you are still not capable of or manage of new plan due to lack of money in your pocket.
Thats the reason airtel is still lacking behind jio.
Jio is still number 1.
Airtel will never ever attain that place.

I have recharged Rs 148 pack which says providing unlimited Airtel to Airtel calls. But this is not working. No call is going through.
I agree with the above reviews. I have lodged a complaint of my own on 31/01/2018 about how I was misled into buying the Rs 349, 2.5 GB/day pack because of the options given in which the validity period has been camouflaged by overwriting.

      I have been facing issues on getting my personal details available to people which included my call details as well as my location irrespective of repetitive complains no action taken when i wanted to disconnect the line they called me multiple times and asked me to stay. They share all information to anyone and everyone no privacy is maintained and when reported they don't take it seriously.
      Now on data having a 4g connectivity on data card hardly i get 4g speed everytime when i complain they send a person they checks and say there is an issue and it will get resolved, today since morning instead of having 15g of data left the connection is very low. After calling up the call centre they started saying they are unable to check then check if sim is inserted all sorts of timepass question when i was bit harsh they said they will give a call back. Worse organization not sure how they are promoting fastest network they should say worse network and worse customer satisfaction

      I have added 900 rupees to airtel wallet now i am trying to transfer this money to other wallet through net banking options where Airtell Payment Bank is available but the transaction failed every time. Please resolve this issue or refund my money.

      Y volte feature is only for some specific device from airtel y not other brands like motorola they are also 4g volte supported devices but y airtel is not providing volte for motorola device.plz airtel provide this volte services for every smartphones.

          I added 400 rupees to my payment bank wallet to perform transaction for the combo pack of 399 rupees. But when I tried to do the process it is not able to perform saying debit for this account is not allowed.
          What kind of service is being offer to me by this corrupted company..I want to refund my money back

            My name is madhusudhanan from mahindra finance cochin, i have been using the airtel data card last 1 year. Last week your local officials are announced a special scheme for us. As per the scheme they offered rs.599/ for 67gb and i took a connection. My sim card was activated on 21st jan evening and last 2 days i used only 3 hours for official mail accessing (Below 1mb datas), today (23rd after noon) i received an sms regarding i used 5.2gb out of the scheme 10gb.
            I tried to contact your local people, but they are not giving any proper reply

            Today I have user airtel prepaid recharge service online and selected the 399 amount option . After entering the required credit card details the recharge was unsuccessful but the amount got deducted.
            Can you please resolve this and credit the amount back

            I changed from airtel postpaid to prepaid five days back. Still my sim is not activated. I have been to airtel store too, they gave yet any other sim still it’s not activated.
            Service activated without consent. Charged 30 per week for the past few months.

              Outgoing call problem in #airtel during #NATIONALROAMING, call drop suddenly, when receiver take the call to answer, sudden call drop/disconnected? This create lots of tension because whom we call, He thinks we are annoying him. Full network Coverage 4G, Indoor and Outdoor both.
              Roaming on my mobile please stop it otherwise
              Iys going to 1 week, i brought a new airtel sim, on 1st day i used internet but after that i am unable to use internet services even a bit, i tried 121, 198 also but no any service is for internet problem.

              And airtel has activated two value added services without my concent

                Facing network issue for the past 5 days. Absolutely no network coverage at times inside the house. Other times too the signal strength is too weak. Couldnt make calls and no data coverage too. Called customer care. They said the issue will be resolved. But its still the same. Outside the residence signal strength is quite better. But nill inside. Kindly resolve it ASAP. Else we may need to switch network. Hope that doesnt happen.

                  i have visited your Gandhi Nagar Branch, Bangalore 15 days back then again on last Thursday to bring 3 number under Family Plan.
                  i have four numbers

                  i informed them to have a family plan of three first numbers under Rs. 1199. and last number ([protected]) as Rs.199/- prepaid.
                  But in my mobile app, it was appearing that my number and [protected] are appearing as Family Plan and [protected] and [protected] are appearing as Rs. 299 Postpaid Plan.
                  Again i visited on Thursday afternoon and informed them about the problem.
                  But they shown me in their laptop that.. things are properly registered but it was not appearing in my mobile app. There is no answer from Gandhi Nagar branch.
                  Again i paid Rs. 1700/- for :
                  Prepaid plan for [protected] and
                  including in the Family Plan for the number [protected]
                  The laptop of the Gandhi Nagar branch is showing 3 numbers in my Family Plan and one number as prepaid. but in my mobile app first two numbers are shown as family plan, when i tried to add another number. Error message is appearing.
                  On Friday evening, when my son borrowed 15 gb, thought that, it will be taken from the Family Plan since his name already included on Thrursday at Gandhi Nagar Branch. But yesterday, i received a message that, i have to pay rs. 937 for 15gb data of [protected] number.
                  whats going on about the service you are providing, i am confused.
                  Yesterday evening i called your customer Care number (Mr.Naveen) When i informed him to check the status of my Family Plan. He said that, only two numbers are appearing ir [protected] and [protected]. i told him to lodge a complain but he refused saying that, third number ( [protected]) is not appearing in my family plan.

                  You tell me now.. what should i do ?

                  Yesterday ie 24 January 2018, Airtel team was contacted me and telling me the same old story of 'only two names are appearing'. and requesting me to send the screen shot of my account information from the mobile. Then i informed them that, first pl check the data of Airtel Office, Gandhinagar Branch, Bangalore then come to me. Till now no change in my account of mobile also no contact. when i tried their number. It says 'switched off'.

                    Worst payment service app as made a payment of rs 1600 in reference to my airtel broadband connection payment status is not confirmed as called up the airtel bank customer care on 400 they say my money has been blocked when asked for the reason no one is in the mood to help me just shamefully telling me to wait worst service shame on to airtel and it's team my airtel bank account number is [protected]
                    Its better to use paytm or freecharge as they refund the failed transcation in 4 hrs shame on airtel will never ever suggest any one to use

                      Today morning i received a message on my number that namkeen pack has been activated on my number. This happened without my permission & balance of rs-25/- has been deducted from my account.

                      I have never subscribed for this service, why airtel has activated this??

                      Want to file a complaint for such unnecessary deductions made by airtel. Such instances have happened in the past as well. They activate certain services and charge us any amount as a subscription fee.

                            I have converted my airtel number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid on 10th jan 2018. When i try to recharge error msg is showing. I cannot recharge through online as well as offline.

                            I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I tried to log a complaint at airtel store, but they could not give a proper solution. I have been using the same number from past many years. From past 13 days, i cannot call to anyone.

                            Really pathetic!!!

                              I am residing in delhi and user of airtel ([protected]) for a long time. I used this network in 4g but my 4g network in my resident is not working properly in the last 15 days and outside my resident 4g speed work. I have already complaint via customer care no but no such facility has provided for upgrade my speed. I am very not satisfied and unresponsive with this kind of situation with the airtel.

                                What happening in airtel company, i do not understand? I have opted "airtel 149 plan - ap", but, your people are charging 100 rupees more every month in my month bill, so, many times reminded to your local office, even though, every month charged rs.100/- as 249 plan, why this happend in your company, are you cheating your customers? I need your clarficaton and revert back the money whatever you have charged against my account for the same.

                                I hope this query will resolved on top priority & pl check the bills for latest 18 months bills and update my account accordingly.

                                  I applied to port my number from docomo to airtel. The airtel number got activated on 4th january but there were no network signals for more than10-12 days. I went to the service centre on 17th january. People there swapped my sim but when the new sim got activated, i received a number other than my own number (Which belongs to someone whose phone was stolen & now he's disturbing me with his calls & threatening me). I went to the service centre several times but all in vain. They again swapped my sim but no use. I am not able to get my number back & this is creating a whole lot of mess for me. I want airtel to please look into this case & provide me a solution asap.

                                    I'm unable to send to text msgs to any number except 121 from my mobile no. [protected]. Registered complaint many times to you, every time they say that everything is good from their side.
                                    Even been to Airtel Store, changed SIM last month for same number, Checked MSG centre number, changed handset etc. I did everything I could but problem is still same.
