For my airtel postpaid number international pack if 1199 is activated but when i landed in country where i am travelling i am not able to receive calls nor make calls. This kind of service is not accepted at all. I was told by customer care service representative that pack will be activated as soon as i land in sri lanka but nothing got activated. Either activate it or deactivate my plan. I am definitely not going to pay if its not working.

    Dear sir,
    We would like to inform you that i have opted from airtel secure against protection from damage of my handset. After rigorous follow up with airtel, airtel has rejected my claim on filmsy ground. It seems that airtel is just cheating to their customer by taking money and denying the services when claimed.
    Since this come under irda they are not informing me the number of nodal officer apointed where rejection of claim can be challlenged.
    I am finding helpless in this scenario.

      This incident took place on 24th jan 2018 at your store located at 25/26, a block, brigade majestic complex, kalidasa marg, gandhinagar, opp to girias, gandhi nagar, bengaluru, karnataka 560009. The time is approximately between 1pm to 2pm.
      I came here with my mother who is a senior citizen. We wanted to port her number to airtel. We took a token (E0xx - shailaja - 98xxxxxx48) and waited for our turn. When our turn came the guy said to wait at counter 2 and the person there would assist us. After about 30 min, we got our turn and sat at the counter no 2. Another customer came in between and the airtel guy decided to assist him instead. I politely told him that we have been waiting for half an hour and still you are serving customers who just came. He said just one minute and continued with the other fellow. I thought he would assist us after he finished. But he himself went away to assist another. I asked him what the matter was and he said he’ll be back. I told the other airtel guys too. They said he will assist. It was disrespectful behavior. And that too for a customer who has come for the first time. I can only imagine what hell i may had to go through if i had ported to airtel. Very unhappy with the experience. They do not have any respect for senior citizens. If you do not serve customers as per token, why do you have one? Even in fish market there is a system. You guys have none and no courtesy. If you continue treating customers like this, you will not go very far with your business. The person’s name is “balram” i understand that there may be work pressure, but that does not justify ill-treating a customer. Just say no. It is a valid answer. I wasted 45 min and my mother was not happy at all. I came here because my friends recommended me, but after sharing my experience, i am sure they will be more cautious in future. I probably am wasting my time writing about my horrible experience, but i believe change is only possible if i tell what happened and that the company should take this as a feedback to improve themselves. I was not expecting business class treatment. He should have honored the token and served the customer as per the system instead of displaying such lousy behavior.

      I am not able to call to anyone its cut down after just ringing. Incoming call and messages are ok, but not able to call to anyone instead of taking plan of roaming.

        My airtel broadband is not working for last 3 months. Regularly it stops working.
        It works for 2/3 days and after 2/3 days it stops working.
        I've complaint a lot of times but no permanent solution. Internet stops at-least once in a week. And to fix the connection i need to do 10's of calls need to talk some random customer care persons.
        Every time some technical person comes, wastes a lot of time does some calls and after making internet works moves.
        And again after 2/3 days the internet stops

          This is with reference to my airtel dongle connection no [protected], as per the below mail trail. I had already raised the request for disconnection of service due to non happy with the service, 2 times i have been called for retention of my conn. But i was already stick to my decision. As i have used your service a week only from the date of activation i have been assured by your representative o[censored]r retention team and they were sorry for the false commitments and informations been passed by your team while taking connection, further that no extra cost will be charged as i got my dongle on offer with tcs (Free of cost). I will have to return the dongle which i was ready and i will have to pay the 6 day usage bill though in pro-rata basis which will be raised on date of cycle due.

          But surprisingly after my mail dtd[protected] & conversation with your retention team post 2 days off my mail, i haven't received any e-bill till yet.

          Now today i have got a call from no [protected] 12:37 pm stating i am due with bill of rs2000/- i was literally shocked i was feeling like why i had opted your connection with such a false commitments and fill with miscomincations within the airte employees

          With strong words i will not be paying any extra charges except my monthly usage as per my earlier communications with your airtel employees commitment and representative confirmations

          I am sorry to say being a such a big brand your team is full with mis-commitments and less coordination. Being a corporate customer i will ensure if my issue will not get solved, i will escalate to next level and to my corporate services so that further we they will decide.

          Dear sir/madam,
          As I requested I want my Airtel call details for last 3 months incoming @outgoing calls for my business purpose please send me through my mail I’d (surya.[protected]@gmail.com[protected]Airtel number
          Trying to register my account in airtel digital tv for the past three days. everytime it is saying "Sorry! Your request could not be processed. Please try again later."
          I ported from Idea to Airtel. It took almost 15 days to activate and provide new sim. Now no incoming calls to my nunber [protected].
          After escalating muliple times also no response from them.
          Kindly expedite and resolve the issue.
          No sms receiving. Could not make frc or recharge.

            They have activated my account and allowed me to add money through the app. Later when tried to pay through their app they blocked transactions from account citing kyc requirements. When i called customer care they didn't give any information about where and which documents to submit and asked me to search it on their website. If at all they require kyc why not to ask for it before activating the app or before allowing customers to add money. My amount of rs 610/- may look a small however when i searched online, i found i am not the only. I want them to payback my money i don't want to transact through them.

              I m varun ([protected]) facing coverage issue in 2g/3g/4g network. I m using airtel network for more than 5 years. Even idea has better coverage in my home. My mobile number will be in no service mode often. But in open network its showing as data & voice quality will be excellent, i m facing this issue for more than 2 months, me and my sister we are facing this same issue. Please take re mediate action for it.

              How can i deactivate data pack? tried *121*12# no luck. Why does Airtel auto renew the pack? why was i not notified that pack will get auto renewed?

                    On jan 10th i had deposited cash of 7000 in my airtel account [through my payzapp wallet] airtel payment bank has debit freezed my account in the name of suspicious transaction. When i called customer care 1st they asked me to send my aadhar card, pan card and bank statement to the email [protected]@airtel money.com
                    I sent it immediately on the same day. After that they asked me to wait for 48hrs to activate it again. When i called (17th & 20th jan 2018) they said your request in process. Third time i called them on 23rd jan 18, at the time only they said reply mail was sent on 13th jan 18 and asked me to send the clear bank statement (Here-i transferred money from my payzapp wallet not from any bank account or cards, and payzaap only provide the transaction history no more statement is not available) and i replied them "i transferred money from wallet", then they said to write a mail to them.

                    Finally i wrote a mail and attached the statement & card details of payzaap. But still there is no reply.

                    Kindly help me to get out of this issue.

                      I am a customer of yours for the last 3 years. But this month suddenly i recieved a bill of rs1051.00 which is total fraud and miscommitment made from your side. On january i made a payment of rs 770 and have rs 140 outstanding. On the last call on january i also informed that since i do not want any internet connection, so you will be giving a discount of rs 100 on top of my monthly rental of 349.00. This facility i used to have from the very first day. Which means the total rental comes to 249.00+ gst. I was also informed that you will waive off 100 rs for late payment since i have made the late payment for nov 2017. And in this bill its showing again a late payment of 200 whereas the due date has not come.

                      If you want you have all the vox files with you and a message was also sent to me in regards to the discount. But now you customer care team is totally denying the option. So the only way left for me is to part ways on a friendly note and of course i will not be paying any further until and unless the total issue is resolved asap. This has been very disappointing like a reputed company airtel.in simple terms this is fraud.

                      So if you can consider it its good otherwise i have to look for some other options.

                        Sir, this is pratik. I registered with your company for online form filling. So for that i pay rs. 2149 for registration and rs.2500 for bond. Then want to close my work and ask for refund so they take rs.750+836+2150+999+1305=6040
                        Means total amount (2149+2500+6040=10689) and they are not going to pay... Please take proper action and plz refund it.

                          I have requested postpaid to prepaid conversion for my mobile number [protected] and i have paid all my bills with excess. I have given my adhar card as id and address proof. After i got a msg from airtel stating that tele verification is not completed so your request could not be processed. For tele verification i have provided my friend number, he didn't got a single call from airtel. Airtel is simply cheting the customers by providing fake information. And i have visted the store as well they are telling we don't know our job is already done. And surprisingly from the date i have given the request i'm not able to call customer care numbers. Super thank you for worst service. If you are not able to convert to prepaid, please close my existing connection and i will not pay a single rupee for you again if you are not closing my connection. I will move to other network.

                            I requested for porting of my number [protected] about 3 weeks before from vodafone postpaid to airtel postpaid but since i delayed to pay the vodafone bill, my initial request to cancelled and later i requested again for the same.
                            All the procedures were complete and my vodafone network got disconnected on saturday 2.00 am but till now airtel is not active for my service and this is the 5th day without my number not activated.
                            I directly went to airtel store @ hsr layout and told them my concern, they told it wil be active by 6.00 pm saturday but nothing changed till now.
                            Yesterday also i went to the store with the same issue, they were not having any update for me and telling i should wait for 7 days more.
                            I am not getting it.. Since from porting i should wait for 10 days without using my number or what?

                            Since no one is serious about your customer, i am no longer interested for airtel and it would be much favorable if my existing vodafone is restored.

                            Hoping for an asap response.

                            I have recharged with 448 4g recharge, but net speed is too slow, compared with jio its not even 50% of jio, very disappointed.i have 1gb data in airtel but i am unable to see videos, even i can not download image no point of recharge with 448 rupees, signal keeps on fluctuating. Like 2g speed.

                              I am a airtel prepaid customer for long. Getting satisfactory service. Very recent i am facing awkward situation. My account balance got deducted two times. First time i unsubscribe the vas active on my number. But it happened again and my ac balance is deducted by rs. 15. I dont know is it cheating or something else? Customer service has so many irritating options and does not help always. Please help.

                                Hello,

                                I reside at "raj roshan society, near saibaba mandir, louiswadi, thane west 400604".
                                Since i moved here (1 month back) i am facing huge problem with voice as well as data network
                                1. 2g/3g/4g no type of data works continuously, the situation is so bad that i cant even put up search in google and expect the results to show up.
                                2. Calls cant continue without disturbances every 1-2 minutes.

                                Above happens when is sit in my window/balcony, network doesn't work at all if i go n sit inside the house. Fyi, society isn't cramped up or anything, i am able to view the full sky from by windows/balcony.

                                Further, as i inquired in the society this same problem exists with every airtel sim holder.

                                    I need legal suggestion on how i go about this. I am seeing that the airtel is charging me a day pack of 649 rupees for 21st 22nd and 23rd december 2017. I do not see any sms details in my itemized bill when asked they have sent another bill which includes sms details which i think is fraudulent. How can i go about this and get them to court? I am in canada now, so need clarification how to do this.

                                      Respected sir i am ravinder singh and my aadhar no is[protected]. Airtel opened my airtel payment bank while i was linked my aadhar no to my airtel mobile no [protected] without my knowledge. When i acknowlegded, i closed my airtel payment bank no [protected]. I have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the npci status is still inactive. I have bank account in bank : sarva haryana gramin bank a/c no [protected] ifsc code : punb0hgb001 my aadhar no is[protected]. So please update my account in npci. Thank u sir.

                                        My plan had 1 gb daily data available to me instead of that i only got 10 mb data. It somehow showed i consumed 1 gb data which i haven't.
                                        Now when i complained to customer care. These illiterate people don't know a single thing and started blaming me that i have consumed my data.

                                        I don't know why airtel hires such stupid people in customer service department and my problem was not solved
                                        When india is moving toward jio
                                        Airtel have some loyal customer which they don't want to retain
