    I am really fedup with airtel now... Very pathetic network issues everywhere... And u claim to be ths fastest network company... Whole wrong things you commit... Plz change your service issues and tele executives which are of no use to help us while called.

      Sir, I was recharged my prepaid airtel No [protected] on 16 Jan 17 through my airtel app with an amount of Rs 448. The recharge was not success & nor refund my amount to my airtel app or my credit card. I have already registered a complaint in customer care vide complaint reference No CONRC[protected]. During complaint, your anchor was assured that the amount will be refunded within 24 hours however, the same was yet not credited. pl do needful. an early action is requested please.

        My name is Venkata Sateesh Kumar M. as i have lost my airtel sim card, i have taken duplicate sim for the same number ([protected]) on[protected]. but sim card not yet activated as it is showing "No Service" even after 24 hrs.
        I have submitted my aadhar details in the airtel store. i have consulted with the customer care also, they asked me to set the network manually in my handset. i tried that too, but nothing seems to work. please help me out asap. thank you.

          I want to port out my mobile number from airtel. But they are not generating the unique port id after sending port request.
          The customer care executive given so many suggestions. But there is no use.
          Even i got a replacement sim also. And tried in basic mobile also. There is no use. I rised a complaint against this. There is no progress from company side.

            For the past two weeks I was constantly receiving calls from AIRTEL representatives regarding a porting request on my phone no [protected] . My service provider was VODAFONE . After constantly confusing to the aforementioned airtel calls, I received a call from a person intimating as a Vodafone employee and he offered to clear the mix up and cancel any request made to AIRTEL. He said that a new request need to be generated and I need to provide him with the porting request number. The call came from [protected]. This incident happened on Jan 6 2018 . On the 11th Jan I found that my number had been ported out to AIRTEL under the name of some one called Paramjeet Rati.
            Please take strong action regarding this matter as the number may further be used in various cyber crime.

              Dear sir,
              I want to attract your kind attention to my complaints against my airtel number through which i am getting so many unknown calls and fake calls from other states as well as my own state i. E. Mp/ c. G. Please make sure that my number will be secured. It won't make me disturb in any way.
              This is happening only after porting my sim to 4g sim.

              Please stop unknown number calls to my airtel number.
              Most of my messages are not delivered promptly by Airtel Service provider. This poses a serious threat when i am doing online transactions which need mobile verification.

              तो मेरे एस problem का निराकरण किया जाये.

                This is regarding wrong transaction happened on 31st dec 2017 at 8.02pm of inr 11974 while doing payment on airtel no [protected].
                This is wrong payment of inr 11974 is done from my account.
                I already registered complain in airtel office on 1st january 2018.
                Srh 82408528 they said amount will be refunded in my account its almost 15days now when will get my refund. Please provide my refund.

                  Sir, my post paid airte4g hotspot no is-[protected] and prepaid 4g mobile no is [protected].in both the above connections the network speed is very less. Speed of net connection is very less even less than 2g net speed. Please improve the network speed in both the connection. I will be highly oblige to you. Thanking you.                   My Airtel bank account statement shows debit of Rs. 123/- against the bill payment of my airtel number [protected]. But after 24 hours yet the bill for that number is pending. Complaint done for same in airtel customer care as well as in airtel bank customer care. But no reply yet after 24 hours of complaint.
                  They keep on calling me daily to tell me to recharge the Airtel DTH even after warning them not to. this is very pestering

                      I have still got the bill for the past 2 months and no call back from the store so far. I believe that this is soon going to elicit a need for an escalated complaint.

                      Please cancel my bill. I have not used the dongle for 2 months. Please understand.

                      When I have connected my Airtel hotspot it was displayed in the screen that a new update is available I have clicked on update button it started update download was completely done then wifi was switched off by itself and then all four lights on my router is study on it is still on after 1 day continously
                      I have updated the router then it is not working all 4 lights are stedy on and nothing is happening

                        My self harminder singh and i want to put forward complaint regarding my mobile

                        I am the owner of this number and using this number continuously and even i had recharged my number with top up of inr 20 on 3rd of january 2018 (Proof of the same attached below) but suddenly my network is lost and my contacts who are calling me were start getting that incoming on this number is barred and when i consulted the same issue by calling the customer care from my another airtel number then they are saying that my number is deactivated because i haven't used it so, i don't know is this a non-sense? Because i have proof that i was using this number and even the number was registered on my id then how your company can deactivate my number without any notification or without any reason? Is this a joke for airtel? I am currently running my business on that number and i have registered with that number on lot of places, my complete customer base is on that number and i want that number activated as soon as possible otherwise i'll file a case against this nonsense activity of your company and will stop using all other numbers of your company registered on my id or my family member' ids.

                        Hope you'll give me a right solution for the same.

                            I am unable to send and receive messages through my airtel sim.

                            When i try to send i observe the message "can't send message with airtel, error 50".

                            Other functions like calling, call receiving, internet browsing is also bad. This issue facing last 10 days. But customer care/executive, airtel gallery not to support. All r same reply just wait 24/48/72 hr.

                            Poor service i'm unhappy with airtel.

                              1. I have been harassed when before i could raise the request for changing from postpaid to prepaid. After going 4 times (Everyday giving different reasons not to raise the porting request), the request got raised.
                              2. I had paid an additional money as bill apart from my current bill for the period which it would take for porting.
                              3. After that repeated calls and follow ups were made to the customer care. Everytime they said it was in process and generated bill for the next 3 cycles!
                              4. Bill was generated because of their negligence, why should i pay?

                              Now they are giving me follow up calls everyday for bill payment and not addressing the real issue which is migration from postpaid to prepaid. They offered to give me a waive off of 200 rs on my bill which was not the issue atall!
                              I need to get out of there postpaid service.

                                I tried to recharge but it dint but money got cut. I had 361 than 38 i transfer from bank account but all money cut. Earlier it was showing total balance 361, suddenly after completing all that without getting recharge, simply all money deducted and now it is showing rs 0 rupees. It's pathetic that all money cut at a time without successful recharge. Please resolve this issue. Thank you

                                  I have recently changed my circle from chennai to pune.

                                  And paid amount 491 for the last bill generated (Transaction id :[protected]
                                  The bill generated was 780 but it was waived off and the amount i paid was 491 as i was charged for data where as i had data balance.

                                  This month (10 dec to 10 jan) the bill generated is 707 rupees where as my post paid plan rental is 399. I want to know why i am being charged this much amount??

                                  I have been reaching out to customer care from last week who is unable to provide me any solution and is bluntly providing me a time line of 24 hrs and 72 hrs even after which the issue is not resolved.

                                    The net speed o[censored]r network is too poorI have call ur ppl for 2 3 times in last 4 to 5 days ...they always say in nxt 24 hours we solve ur problem but it didnt work the downloading and uploading in ookla is very good like u said in ads but neither i download any thing or uploading ...sir if the speed o[censored]r network is slow so i hve to port in vodafone or any other network

                                      Earlier iam using my number[protected] for incoming msgs for last 5 years, recently i have changed to karnataka airtel and iam using the sim as usally for otp and incoming call i observered from last three days back my sim is de-activated, same thing i have spoke with custmore care, still i didnt get proper response, if the sim is in poweroff state they can deactivate the sim, but they have deactivate the current running sim which i used for incoming calls and msgs with my intimation, really felt very bad of airtel.

                                      Request you to take my complaint and do the needful, very very very very worst experience by airtel network
