My balance of rs99 automatically deducted for activation of international roaming rental dtd 14.01.2018, whereas i have not activated it my self. I have my international number and i use airtel only when i am in india. I never pick any in coming calls on airtel when abroad, so i don't need such product. I will stop recharging airtel balance if my balance is not restored back.

    Am venu [protected] one of the airtel post paid customer, without any mode of intimate airtel will stop the service for post paid customer am one of that. And completely pathetic service from customer care, they will promise in next few hours it will get resolved. Finally after doing the payment also customer should beg to activate network/service i[censored] are using only one sim. There is no value for premium customer who will pay the bill in thousands every month. Think twice before opting airtel post paid...

      Sir, I am experiencing poor connectivity and network quality issues in Ahmedabad . While on a call, the other person is not able to hear my voice properly. This happens almost everywhere in Ahmedabad. Secondly, the internet quality of 4g is poor as compared to other carriers like Jio and Vodafone.

      Kindly resolve the issue.

        Dear team, i, sanjay using airtel number [protected] had given a request to change my number from karnataka circle to kerala circle as i was transferred there. I went to the airtel store in cochin and the representative asked me to send a porting request and gave me a new sim. He told me the previous sim will get deactivated in 7 working days and i will have to continue with the new sim after that. The previous sim got deactivated on 11th jan 18 at 00:02 hrs but the new sim did not get activated. To get this resolved i visited the same store. They had no resolution and he told me he will escalate the issue and get it resolved. However it is still unresolved. I have been visiting airtel stores and calling the customer care everyday, only to be promised new timelines to resolve the issue.
        I have also emailed to the airtel appellate authority and many concerned repeatedly but i have not received any response from them. I am worried if this number which i am using since 11 years will get deactivated permanently. I feel i am being harassed without any resolution from anyone in airtel.
        My visit to the airtel store in cochin was so horrific that the supervisor mr anand threatened me to walk out of the store.

        Please help me in this regard

          I have converted my postpaid number to prepaid but now i am not able to recharge it via airtel app or any other recharge medium. I am able to receive calls and use internet but not able to recharge because of which i can't make any outgoing calls. I tried calling airtel customer care but it says don't have sufficient balance.
          Even i tried calling from different number but the call gets disconnected as soon as i give my airtel number.
          Pathetic service from airtel who claims to be india's largest mobile service provider.

          As per Airtel representative the postpaid to prepaid takes time because of which i was unable to recharge. The issue is resolved but this is not expected from Airtel.

            On 12 jan 2018, when i reached for mnp of my vodafone no. [protected] in airtel at - airtel store, shop no.-343, 1st floor, supertech (Shopprix mall), sector-61, noida.

            Airtel authorised partner representative/ owner refuse to switch my no.in airtel prepaid without any pack,

            They said that "there is no any procedure to switch without any plan, you have to buy a plan like 495,,, etc etc otherwise we dont port your no.

            I also attach photo of store owner/representative.

              Since i deposited my money to airtel payment bank they have debit freeze my account and by holding amount they are earning interest using our money.
              I called 3 time to customer care and they asked me adhaar card, pan card and bank statements to de-freeze my account. It's been more than 5 days i have sent the details on [protected]@airtelbank.com but no respond. I am still not able to make my transaction via world worse airtel bank payment. I would disclose my account number when you needes on the forum.

              What the hell. I can not use my money??? I have case number of the complain also.

                I own a airtel prepaid sim of lucknow circle but suddenly the sim got deactivated, i went to airtel store and they told me that the no has been discontinued, when i asked why tgey said the dont know the reason. Its is a very old no of mine and loosing it will hit me with big loss. I need to know why my no got deactivated how do i recover that. Presently im in delhi when ever i call the custoner service they say they cannot help... Kindly help

                  Airtel network. Once upon a time one of the fastest network in india. But now it is the only slowest 4g network even unable to cal and difficult to hear voice clearly. Complained so many times to customer care executive but no response. This is happening only with unlimited packs, if you use main balance means you will get good signal strength and everything. If they can't give proper service means what is the use o[censored]nlimited packs and #.. Stop fighting with jio and mind your business airtel please. Thank you.

                    Airtel we had made a payment of rs. 500/- via cash thwn our due ount is 45 rs. Towards airtel and after that airtel issue check fo 45rs. Cheque no. 288858, dated:28.11.2017 this chaque has been bounced and our account balance deducted from pnb account 118rs.
                    And i am calling to customer care of airtel and pnb not support me please help me [protected] but the same have not been debited in our account till now and a cheque bounce charges of rs. 118/- has also been... Added

                      We would like to update you all that our new problem bharti airtel is that you people still not resolved my issue pertaining to refund of rs.

                      We had mailed to several bharti airtel officials several times and also had telephonic discussion many times but no positive response and
                      No action is taken at all.
                      1. Are your people working on our issue in spite of mailing several times?
                      2. What is the problem you people are facing in returning our money?
                      3. Who is going to compensate us on loss of interest amount on those money which are still lying with bharti airtel limited.
                      4. Why your inefficient team is not able to resolve this issue and no manager from your team is ready to take accountability to fix it?
                      5. Is bharti airtel limited facing any scarcity of fund because of which it was/is not possible to return the money?

                        I've converted from airtel prepaid to airtel postpaid. I have submitted all required documents on[protected] but till now postpaid sim is not got activated and for verification am trying to call 59059 but not connecting. From last six hours i am not getting signals and every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                          I have made the payment however my outgoing is not work, i have not paid 350 hence my outgoing is barred very sad.

                          I think airtel need to work on tier network, its fast when they need to block the outgoing and they they have to give service is behind

                          I dont undersatnd why just for 350 rs my acccunt is blocked in spite of paying the same yesterday at 5pm today my account id blocked

                              Facing a problem since many months network is very poor. Speed is worst than even 2g. 4g network is behaves like 2g.
                              No improvement in performance since many months. Unlimited calls getting dropped after every 5min. It couldn't be finsihed as long as u want. Many times ppl facing problem o[censored]nreachable number and not receiving any single message of attempts calls. Why does the performance gone down?? Where the ucla report has gone?

                                I recently deposited an amount of rs 309 in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed".
                                Cc from airtel what does it mean. Quite frankly i care less about what it means. I want you people to kindly solve my problem because i got other things to do too, i have stuck here my data plans are about to end. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                  This company states me with saying that ur claim is rejected because my phone is having a vibration inbuilt in it and we don't cover anything if phone is slipped due to vibration i mean this company is fraud and will be soon taking a legal action because there employees don't no even a single thing what insurance means... I asked them give me the definition of insurance they are unable too and they r not giving anything in writing the only mail they have given is negligence... I mean grow up airtel that's y jio is much better than you because they only promises what they can able too do... I state this company is fraud nd will be surely meeting them in court...

                                    I am unable to send money through airtel money

                                    I have added 20000 rs in airtel money to send money to friend for need.

                                    But when i tried transfering it shows debit is not allowed fro this account.

                                    What does it mean. I have tried multiple times. Even i have submited adhaar number thorugh app. Please resolve the issue or return my money. I will not be using airtel money. Paytm is better.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am used of airtel sim post paid since four years of my mobile number. Vas service not being applied by me but getting message. Immediately asking to customer to stop but charges being asking for that vas charges of rs 125 and 75 another vas charges.

                                    Kindly ask the service provider why activating dnd without any information or which individual demand.

                                    Kindly confirm why i should pay for which vas nether i have used nor i have applied. Every day getting message to pay immediately.

                                      There's some issue with my airtel sim card. I wasn't getting any signals. So i went to an airtel store near my office to get a new sim. They issued a new sim and said that within 4 hours services will get activated. But it has been more than 24 hours still i'm not getting any signals. I did not expect this kind of service from india's largest mobile network. Details as below:
