    I am an airtel user and unable to use internet and there is no range/network to speak. What is happening with airtel. Monthly some problem. This is issue is happening for past 1 week and nobody is ready to take care of it. Its not about giving 1gb per day, but make sure that the consumers are using it in their wish. Please don't make people so upset.

      Hi Team,

      My name is sharan holding airtel prepaid no [protected].
      I am currently in mexico for the next 30days so i recharged with 3998 pack but im unable to make any calls because my out going call barring is activated. I m not sure how it got activated. Im unable to deactivate it as it is asking for 4 digit password. I tried with 1234, 0000, my last 4 digit phone no. None has worked.

      I even talked to customer care executive twice, they said everything is fine on your phone and we would not give you passcode and i even contacted samsung operator(Im using S7 edge) they said your service provider will give you the passcode.

      My current network is TELCEL provided by Airtel

      Request your help in getting passcode to deactivate call barring.

        In my airtel bill also for the period: 05-dec-2017 to 04-january 2018 bill no:[protected], it was showing that i have sent an international sms to the number: [protected]. Details as per below:
        07/dec 2017 22:17:03 [protected]

        But i haven't sent any sms to that number and no idea about that number. I was charged rs. 5

        It is a cheating by company with its own customer.

          I am applying to airtel for porting my number to airtel. Each time the airtel store gives me sim saying the number will be ported within 10-15 days.

          I have received messages that validation of documents have been completed. Airtel activation update requested no.[protected]. Nothing done, received no update till date.

          It is ridiculous that a customer is visiting airtel store time & again and spending time and money and the staff is giving only some words that the porting will be done. I have given porting code to airtel :

          I) ad648887/ expiry 6-8-2017
          2) id798166/ valid[protected]
          3) id568117 valid[protected]
          4) id675471 valid[protected]
          5) id829134 valid 5-1-2018

          I request you to inform if airtel is not capable of porting the number so i will switch to some other service provider like voda, aircel.

                I cannot withdraw or do payment or transfer my airtel balance to bank.
                Can you please check my account right now, casuse it is very argent and i cannot transfer/withdraw to anyone/bank.

                  Hi,

                  I have called up the customer care for slow network as it is taking too long time.. Much slower than 2g. Your executive couldn't resolve the issue as i am still facing the issue of slower net speed. I switched to airtel recently but i guess jio was working much much better than this. I guess i did blunder mistake for recharging airtel.

                  Better to rectify it at the earliest

                  Bakwas Internet speed, I have recently taken a new sim card instead of jio. But the Internet speed is not good better than JIO, I am very sad after taking taking airtel no. As I am going to port this airtel number to JIO. Better than nothing :(

                    Hi,

                    By mistake i did an online recharge through paytm on the wrong number for the amount of 500.
                    Correct number is [protected]. Instead i got the recharge done on [protected].
                    Could you please help me redirecting the recharge to the correct number.

                    I called airtel customer care and could not get much help and the executives were rude as well. Please help me resolving this issue at the earliest.

                      Sir, on 10.1.2018 at 2155ist i took train at tiruvallur towards central local train.
                      At about 2240ist the train stopped at ambattur rly stn. Suddenly a thief snatched my mobile jumpedout to rly track. By this time train moved towards central. I was listening songs while sitting inside the train. I shouted. People came. Immediately when the train stopped to pattaravakkam rly stn, i given complaint to onduty police office n 1st class lady compartment. Then i came to my residence korattur.

                        A debit cannot be processed without aadhar linking to airtel payments bank, but how come credit to the same account is processed without an error?

                        They call themselves as airtel payments bank, but they cannot process the reversal of the cr transaction?

                        The complaint cell 198, the most educated, responsible and respective
                        Representative and his manager both cannot explain
                        • why their organization or app informs customer that aadhar is mandatory while registering?
                        • they cannot provide customer complaint call reference number for future reference and
                        • they cannot take complaint from customer and provide ticket number.
                        • and they are trying to convince the customer that their system does not provide ticket or sr number

                        You better update your useless my airtel app, to not to perform cr and db operations if a customer doesn’t link their aadhar.

                        Why are you so greedy for people’s money and arrogant to reversal their money?

                        Why you need customers aadhar electronic copy by email?

                        Please explain

                          I have added amount in airtel wallet but unable to use it for any transactions and it is showing as debit for these account in not valid, please advise how can i use those amount and why is it showing as not valid for debit. These is totally unfair with customers suffering such cases. Everyone should take serious action on such service provider. Please reply back

                            Receiving many call by this no [protected] and nobody speaking when i attended. Also, unable to callback.

                            This call is being initiated by airtel right after i registered for single or data card.

                            Also, i received a call from one of the airtel representative for address cross verification and then nothing happened except useless and stressful call from [protected]. Kindly, stop these calls asap.

                              Hai, recently i bought new airtel sim (As my previous airtel sim was deactivated) from manipal and i am unable to receive any calls from my friends and family. It always says that i have forwarded the call when i haven't and i have also tried to contact the customer service but to vain it doesn't connect. I hope you'll resolve the issue asap.

                                Recently it has come to my notice that Airtel has misused my Aadhar data which I submitted for SIM verification of my Airtel Prepaid number.
                                On noticing this I sent number of emails to [protected]@airtelmoney.com but they are demanding me to upload my Aadhar and bank account details as there is a balance in the account. I mailed them that as it is solely there fault I am not going to provide any data and they can sent the balance amount by money order or DD to the address mentioned as in my Aadhar which they were not doing.
                                After a long struggle on 8th Jan 2018 I could speak to there customer executive and on his advise I went to the nearest Airtel money centre to withdraw the balance. Out of Rs107.57 they have paid me Rs 100 and said withdrawal only possible in multiples of Rs 10. I again contacted Airtel customer care but they say account cannot be closed as there is Balance.
                                I suspect this is a way of cheating which caused me ample of tension, suffering, time and financial loss.
                                so I humbly request you to get the balance amount and get a confirmation from Airtel that the unauthorised account they opened on my name is terminated.

                                I have already made complaint to Airtel through email and my complaint no is CASE 1204633 but they were demanding to upload my Aadhar and Bank pass book details. I replayed them since they have opened the account without any documents and request from me, I am not liable to submit any documents for terminating such illegal activity done by them. Further I spoke to there consumer care executive and as per his advice I went to nearest Airtel money outlet and tried to withdraw the balance amount. Out of 108.57 rupees I could withdraw only Rs 100 as they said transaction is possible for multiples of ten only. I have informed the same to consumer care and asked them to terminate the illegal airtel money account opened by them in my name. As there was no proper replay from them I have lodged complaint with you on 10.01.2018.

                                So far no action is being initiated in this issue.

                                  My number is [protected]. I'm not able to recharge my number thru any internet platform or mobile wallet. I also tried with airtel payment wallet, but can not do that too.

                                  In other platforms it says "airtel declined the order" & in airtel payment wallet it says "translation failed"

                                  However, when i went to airtel retailer, the sales person can recharge my number normally (Without internet)

                                  I request airtel authority to look into this matter & solve it on the earliest.

                                    I went yesterday to thakurpukur airtel store for my airtel prepaid number to postpaid conversion. The number is [protected].
                                    For that reason they had taken my alternate contact number. But they wrote my alternate contact number wrongly, the number is [protected] but they wrote it [protected]. That's why my verification not completed. The conversion process get delayed.
                                    I want the process to be completed as soon as possible.

                                      Hi,
                                      This is manikandan. K writing from 6, street, yashwanth nagar, madambakkam, chennai, east tambaram. Recently airtel persons installed a pillar in front of my house which is used for their optic fiber connections. Even though as a house owner i objected, they did the installation.

                                      So many times i called the person in charge for the installation he refused to
                                      Accept my call and used abusive words when attend my calls.

                                      Since the post is obstacles to my construction work, i request the concern person or authorities to remove it.in case if failed to remove the pillar, i need to take a legal action.

                                        Airtel is offering to pay lic policy premium through airtel payments bank account without any charges. So i have loaded 5000+ into my airtel money account. Now i am unable to pay my premium using airtel money. I have logged into licindia website and choose the airtel money as payment wallet. After submitting the otp i was always getting "transaction failed" i have been facing this issue for the past one week. Raised a complaint but so far no use. My case id [case:1319412].

                                        Is this the way of asking customer load the huge amount into airtel money account and not allowing them to use later? Another scam from airtel after illegal way of creating wallet account without informing cutomer???

                                        Every we have to write a new mail with all the history.
                                        I have raised my complaint on 01/04/2018, already 7 days gone. Today I got a mail saying it will take 2 more days to get response for my case [case:1319412]. Wtf is wrong with airtel.
                                        Please stop the Model mania service which appears every week on my cellphone. I do not wish to have these services and for no reasons money is deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful.
                                        Since last one year i am facing network problems inside house, date card and sim - 2G, 3G, 4G & Network not working ... i requested many time to Aitel customer care, but not yet solved .
