Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this post requesting to you please reset mpin and send me, as my airtel payment account has been blocked. I even don't remember the setting up the mpin. I even tried calling up customer care (400) but even then i had to enter mpin again which could not resolve the problem and it was an automated call which was useless.
I have sent a mail at [protected]@airtelbank.com 8 days before posting it here but there is no damn response yet. This is such an irresponsible behaviour towards your customer.
