I have made my payments of last month through online payment of my 2 postpaid numbers one of them got paid and the other one the amount got deducted, but it shows that the bill is not paid and they have levied the fine amount of last month and excess usage of this month which i i have not used, so please kindly look into my problem (Num d bill didn't gt paid was [protected]) it was made on 7/12/17 for the amount of 470

    Update is this. Got a call from airtel saying that cannot give anything from icici bank and I said then I have an sbi a/c then also this process didn't go thru and he said cheating.

    New sim [protected] not activated till now.. every time when i call 59059, they told to call after 4 hrs since details are not updated in database. I went to airtel store near abt 10 times..
    Since 1 month i am trying to change my postpaid network from Bangalore to Hyderabad, still it is not resolved, they are not doing there work properly.i want complete information why it delaying.

      Firstly airtel company msg me tht airtel 4g is now available in ur area bt aftr when i activate my 4g plan services r very poor nd the senior executive responded tht there is no 4g network available in ur area. Airtel company misguided me. I have subscribed for 509 plan, the response of senior executive mr. Gagan deep singh is very bad. So plz i want tht u wail take legal action against airtel coto misguided me. Plz

      My airtel 4G sim is not getting activated after being ported from Madhya pradesh region to Maharashtra region.
      I created a Wallet account no. [protected] today and I loaded RS.1000 into it.I wanted to send that money to another account but not able to send and the message displayed is debit is not possible in your account.Im very much affected by this as i wanted to send amount to my friend immediately.Please resolve this as soon as possible.
      I've got a 4g sim from our airtel store. when i am trying to send the 20 digit number from my old sim to customercare number 121, it was not sending. please give solution.
      When i am calling somebody my call conect after long time and after conecting voice breaking that time . So i cant listen clear voice the caller plz sove mu problem.
      My landline connection is ded from 22-12-17. complain noted to ratlam(MP) branch. but they are no response to my complain & doing missbehievior to me on phone. broad band connected to my landline.

        As per government norms and conditions adhar linking is mandatory and it's free service there are no charges for linking your number to adhar but in nanded district maharashtra your representative airtel gallerys are asking 10 rupees charges per number its totally wrong these people are taking this money from poor people aswell. Whats this, should i go to consumer foram for the please do the needful and take appropriate action regarding same.

        Airtel gallery address : opposite to collector office, near mhatma gandhi statue, behind jio office nanded.

          I have submitted postpaid to prepaid migration form on 25. Dec.2016 with all required details and proofs @ bangalore white filed airtel office.
          My post paid got disconnected on 29. Dec.2017. But unfortunately prepaid not activated. I have called customer care center 10 times every time they were telling @ bangalore white filed airtel office is not provided required docs.
          I am really need of phone connection. Please help me.

            I am using airtel prepaid number:

            Right now i am in saudi arabia, whenever i am recharging my prepaid number automatically deducting amount then balance become zero. This was done without my permission and reduced my balance to zero, causing considerable inconvenience. Yesterday i recharged rs.130/- through net banking (02.01.2018), but now the balance is rs.1/-. I thought to keep balance on my number before entering to my home country, but airtel not allowing to keep any balance in my account.

            Please refund the money and i request in the strongest terms to not do this again. I request you to tell me how to prevent this from happening. This is unacceptable,

              This is regarding the service of airtel secure my handset got damaged on 22nd dec 2017 and i was not in a state to raise any request regarding the same at that point of time, i have raised the request on 28th dec 2017 but they are denying to help in this regard, however i have already mentioned that i was not able to raise any request at that point of time because of the personal issues but still they are denying to provide any resolution for this.

                This is in reference to account associated with phone no. 971100*. I made a payment of rs. 940 to myntra, which got struck in the gateway, and refunded back. Now i am not able to transfer the refund amount back to my account, it says there is a debit freeze on my account. I have already emailed as requested by airtel the details of my pan card and aadhar card 6 days back but didn't get any update /response further from it's customer care team

                  I had applied for porting of my reliance gsm sim (Prepaid) card to airtel (Prepaid) on 19th of nov. 2017 from local retailer and porting request code number is rv114658. On following it up continuously with the local retailer, they say that proper follow is not not done from the tm and still my request is pending. I have to take out time from my daily work and visit the retailer daily which is really a harassment for me. It has been a month and two weeks and still i have not been provide the service. I guess i have paid rs. 150 for porting of my sim by the expense of visiting daily has gone limitless.

                    Airtel has declared that all the incoming calls are free on their local or roaming network but they are still charging for the incoming calls. Why is such a telecom giant like airtel is lying to its customers. They have deducted 14rs. On my last call and more on previous calls. I want to get my amount refunded from airtel since they are traping people by a lie.
                    Ps: you are not helping your customers, you are forcing them to move to jio network.

                      I am facing signal problem since last 5 days. Despite having 4g sim and handset getting e/h at max since last 2 months. After raising complaint i was told that next update date is after 3days.
                      I am unable to make calls or receive calls and i have to wait for 3days to get an update. What kind of service is this?
                      Does it mean i have to keep a buffer sim to attend/make calls because airtel can't resolve the problem before 3days. Such a shame for so called india's best network.

                      After 3days next update from the customer care representative was, we'll escalate your issue and will update in next 72hrs.
                      I have raised this complaint 5 days ago and only getting further dates for resolution. Network is getting disappeared, have to restart phone to get data. What kind of service is being provided. Really pathetic. No proper channel for escalation from customer end.

                        This has reference to my airtel prepaid mobile number: [protected].

                        I had linked my aadhaar number with my aforesaid airtel prepaid number as per goi directives. However, later i came to know that a payment bank account was unauthorizedly opened using my aaddhaar details by airtel without even taking my consent.

                        Over and above that, my gas subsidy was routed through this payment bank account and it stopped getting credited to my bank of baroda account after that.

                        Upon reaching airtel customer care office, i was advised that the payment account will be closed within 48 hours but that has never happened. As on date, the gas subsidy amount is neither getting credited to my old bank account nor to airtel payment bank account.

                        Even after their email confirmation, they have not closed payment bank account.

                        Needless to mention, i am a senior citizen who is being troubled by airtel customer care outlets and also being forced to visit and revisit these airtel outlets and gas agency several times.

                            I have been having innumerble instances with airtel network:

                            1) calls get dropped quite often though both parties "confirm" good network signal.

                            2) either party is not able to hear the other though both parties "confirm" good network signal.

                            3) a single call that usually can be completed in say "1 minute" now most of the times take 5 to 6 calls, all because of this frustrating airtel network issues which keeps dropping calls midway. This in effect has a negative side to it, as we end up being charged for the 5 - 6 calls instead of 1 call.

                            4) static on calls - instances have been quite frequent.

                            5) most of the airtel customer service agents (121) though polite, are not aware of issues, and also are not adequately trained to address issues.

                            6) the common "excuse" that is provided on a call to airtel customer service agents 121 is that their applications are down.

                            7) it is very hard to get a supervisor or a manager on line to speak to. The common excuse that is provided is that they are not available in that shift?

                            8) when i make a call to any number, somtimes i keep hearing a ring tone and the call never gets picked up, but the other party reports picking up the call but unable to hear anything on the other side, and we invariably end up getting billed for these calls too.

                            9) there are many instances of cross connections midway during a call, and we have to end up disconnecting the call and make another call again.

                            10) there is no support number that we as a customer can call to have these "network issues" addressed. There should be a number for customers to call the network/technical team.

                            11) the list goes on & on, and the only relief (If we can call it that), is that if we as a customer are aware of our rights and dispute these "invalid" changes, airtel ends up "providing" discounts and free talk time. But the point is, we ask & subscribe for a service, expecting good service as well as good customer satisfaction, but all we get is a run around time and time again.

                            12) the excuse they have given me many a time is that my mobile must be fauly and suggested i try the connection with a new one, though i did tell the agents that the issue is not with the hand set, but with airtel network, as has been proved time and time aagain by various other customers who are with airtel. I did change my handset to a new model, and i am still facing the same issue, i even changed my number and then my sim, but to no effect.

                            13) airtel understands that they have a network issue (What they call a global issue), and it has been 5 or so months now, and the issue still remains. How long we as customers can "bear/tolerate" this kind oa pathetic service.

                              Hello, there my number is [protected] i have been using it more than 9 years but on 31st dec 2017, my number got disconnected without any notice. My alternate contact number is [protected] and also i have visited airtel center today at margao goa

                              But no use they said i need to unlock biometric of adhar card to get duplicate sim as my biometric is locked. But to unlock my adhar biometric i need otp but that's the number which is disabled. It's a trap.

                              I can't do bank transactions as well. Everything is linked to this number. Due to bank online transaction hold (Required otp), i am unable to run my business smoothly... I am not sure how long and serious, airtel will be to fix long-term loyal airtel subscriber.

                                I have bought a new airtel hotspot connection on 13 dec 2017 till today (As on 02 jan 18) the connection is not activated.
                                I have paid 3500+ rupees, they are not ready to repay nor getting resolve the issue.
                                Very poor customer service, sales guys and technical guys are not trained well, poor management.
                                Pls don't buy airtel products, very poor customer service no one takes initiative to resolve the issue. I choose airtel because it is indian product now i regret for buying airtel.

                                  I have sms recharge done by mistake in [protected] of stranger of ₹ 5/- by mobikwick app.
                                  Please stop this recharge and refund of my amount argent.
                                  Sorry for this mistake its a first mistake which is done by this new app.
                                  I don't know which person take benefit of this recharge so please stop this recharge and refund to my mobikwick wallet account.

                                    Could not able to use the data and calls not able to receive for my child number, everything was ok, until have changed the plan from 1199 to 299, followed up for the past 3 months no proper response from airtel, hold connection for past 12 years... Need solution for the same... As on date data balance is 73 gb and network problem and always it says mobile not reachable...

                                      I am being with airtel from almost 5 years always facing network issue due which i converted my postpaid connection to prepaid to unnecessary paying off.
                                      But after converting i am unable to make any recharge and due which unable to make any outgoing call.
                                      Airtel should change their slogan "india's fastest network" making fool to entire world.

                                      Customer care executive unable to find correct solution as per their end number is functioning smoothly.

                                        I have called so many times to airtel customer service no 121 and also tried activation for conference call activation from airtel application but they are not able to activate conference call service on my phone number [protected].in my office it's a important requirement but due to airtel customer service is not activating it on my mobile i am facing issues in my work...
