Dear service team,

Hi, this is mr. Subhash kr tiwari from new delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my mobile today hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

      Dear sir my mobile no is [protected]. I m complaining against this service of airtel rajasthan. Whenever i recharge they cut my balance every time. I tried to call them on customer care 198, 121, [protected] but they never talk. Yesterday 1 jan 17 i again recharged with 50 rupee but again they cut the amount. I tried to unsubscribe this via mobile app but they don't have the option... Plz help me my name is raees[protected], [protected]

        Your employee name ms priya, from whom i got a call at around 2p. M on 02/01/2018, called me from [protected] regarding porting a number into airtel. So i was on my way to airtel gallery for porting purpose and that time i received a call from ms priya who assured me that a executive will come at my door step to complete the formalities by 3.30 p. M as i have to leave for mumbai due to some urgent work, so i stopped their and went back to home. At 4p. M i called and asked what happen she said executives r not working properly so it will take time. Now i m leaving for mumbai couldn't get my work done due to this negligence. I will wait and won't port my number till 10th of jan and will port to airtel only i[censored] can show me a proof of action taken against your those authorities. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly updated me on my this email id. If i don't get any revert regarding actions taken against them, i won't port to airtel and also suggest all my friends and their friends about this airtel failure and put up this thing on social media

          Gamepind services is automatically activated on my number and inr 50 was deducted from the balance, kindly credit back the amount as soon as possible. The request to activate this particular service was never made from my end, requeat you to resolve this at the earliest and credit back the money deducted without any reason. Also deactivate the gamepind services on my mobile.in future don't activate any of the services automatically.in case i need any of the services i will do it my self. [try to resolve the issue as soon as possible ]

          Hey wtf! Why did u activate some gamepind service on my number while i never requested for it.. my account was debited with inr 30. Useless service. Credit my money back

            I have got add on plan of rs 799 on 23 december 2017. Since the day i am facing internet problem. Airtel company did provide any solution to me. I have did many complaintsuppliers at customer care but did not get satisfied reply
            On 31st dec company send me a message that you have consumed 50 gb data of your plan. So your internet could not be run. Sir please do the needful

              Hi sir/madam,

              I am using airtel postapoid connection with monthly rental of 399, but now 2 days before i had changed my plan from 399 to 299. My internet quota available is 30 gb which is showing in my myairtel app but i am unable to use it beacause i am receiving the intenet speed upto 2-3kb and i am using 4g connection, not even a single web page is opening.

                I have paid activation amount of rs. 500 on 30th dec. Transaction id [protected]. I have not the broadband connection yet. Raised refund request but no reply from airtel team.
                The sales team after getting the payment are not picking up the call. Totally, unprofessional services from airtel. Waiting for resolution till now with no reply from the airtel or any airtel person

                  Mera airtel mob no [protected] hai. Jo ki mene 5/11/2017 ko bsf camp meru ke gate par ek dukan se liya thaa.
                  Dukan wale ne rs. 448 ka sim diya jisme hamse kaha gaya ki rs. 448 me 84 day ki vadhta melegi. Fir sim active hone par kaha gaya ki 70 day ki vedhta hai. Lekin sim 56 day ke bad date-30/12/2017 ko band ho gaya. Customer care me bat karne se pata chala ki mobile me rs 399 ka recharge huwa hai.
                  Aapse anurodh hai ki en dukan wale es tarah ki dhokh dhari aapke grahko se na kare. Es bat se airtel company ko nuksan hai.
                  Jaldi se mera no-[protected] ko recharge kare 14 day ki vedhta ke sath

                    I've recharge 399 rupees on dec-18 this offer provide airtel services. This is mnp offer. Before recharge i contact airtel customer care they tell me this offer 70 days only then after recharge validity shows 56 days only take an action on this issue and kindly inform me

                      After making paymnets i am ubnale to make outgoing.. I was chagred my last bill rs 2400 approx for that i called customer care.. They said you got cgarged extra 880 rs.. Will wave off the same amount within 72 hrs.. Later i paid rs 1500 as my bill amount.. Then also issue not resolved..
                      And i have given complaint with my network issue on 14 sept.. But till date same complaint on hold.. Resuliting extra charges on my postpaid bill.

                        There is a 4g connectivity issues in the area i stay and even after approaching your staff in the area and also to regional and zonal area, the response has been very poor. The area i stay, there is approximately more than 2000 connection of your company. There is also a problem of call drop which has become a major problem. The response of your staff would force many of the customers to switch the connection to other subscriber.
                        Secondly, your local staff is the worst i
                        Have ever seen as they many reasons for not doing the work and not a single reason to complete the work for the ease of the customers.
                        I must tell you that your staff at the lower level is quite poor.

                          I had an airtel postpaid connection that was disconnected without any notice today. When i called twice, both customer service representatives told me my visa had expired, but that is completely false - my visa never expired (Someone must have entered my visa details incorrectly). They told me to go into a store location and that they would be able to reconnect my phone there, but that also turned out untrue as the employee at the store did not reconnect my phone but instead sent a note to the "backend guys." i still do not have phone service and i've heard nothing from airtel. At this point, i'm considering giving up on airtel and moving to another provider like jio.

                            I recharged my account with 509 which said unlimited calls and messages for 84days. But now i am charged for toll free number and customer care number.
                            When i call up the customer care the supervisor says it is understandable that service numbers don't come under regular calls.
                            There is no such information present while recharging in the portal. This is pure cheating of the customer. The complete plan details are not conveyed correctly. I would like refund for all the deductions made.
                            Most of the time signal will be h + even if i have 4g sim with 4g plan. Worst network.

                              Hi, this is sabita roychowdhury. As you can see i newly joined your network. On 22 dec my main balance was rs 22 approx.
                              Suddenly you guys activated a vas with my consent and deducted the entire balance. Then i recharged with rs 30 top up which gives approx rs 22 talktime. But again my main balance became rs 0.
                              Atlast today on 1st jan i have recharged with rs 20 top up. Till now my main balance is rs 16 but may it will be reduced to zero again.

                              Check my account thoroughly since 22 dec, refund the money deducted by you.
                              Otherwise i will have to port out.

                                I don’t get proper signals nor proper internet. The pack says we get 4g. Yes we get for like 10 seconds? I have keep putting it in airplane mode and take it off to get signals and net. It is very problematic. It would be better if such networks are banned. People are facing so much issues with the airtel especially in pune. I’m not sure about the other cities. Kindly look into the issue.

                                Airtel in Pune is very bad. I never get even good 3G on my mobile. The moment I switch to 3G I get just one bar of network. The network keeps falling to 2G or if I force it to 3G then eventually I don't get any network at all.

                                Despite of having state of the art phone I am forced to operate only on 2G in Pune. Idea is somewhat relatively better I think. Try switching (porting) to Idea. I am also likely to do the same.

                                Even those calling me from other centers of our office out of Maharashtra get frustrated while talking to me when I am even on 3G network because the call drops or there are blanks in between.

                                  I hold a dongle connection and it's not been working properly (Signal problem) for a long time. Repeated requests to airtel and 198 have yielded negative results. Their answer is always "we are looking into the problem".
                                  No one from the organisation is bothered, right from answering the phone call to giving instructions on how to go about it.

                                  Sometimes it looks as if they are doing us a favour after charging us for every rupee

                                  On top of it, they are sending me the bills...

                                    Now the problem is i decided to port my vodafone no-[protected] to your india's no.1 network airtel.
                                    But its really worst network in india and worst services also because i ported my above said number on 29/12/2017 at midnight 1am but still now i didn't get your network... Whats this.. I have only one number itself i didn't have any alternate number also so please understand my situation...
                                    These is the service you given to your customers.. Ah i tried to call customer care and airtel let out also but they told some technical issue in the airtel itself so please wait some hours its solved.. But how many hours gone already 2 days gone.. But still now i didn't get network...
                                    My suggestion to your esteemed airtel why you play like these with customers if you have any technical issue why you take the porting request..
                                    Please don't do these type anyone.
                                    I think its my mistake to chose your airtel connection sorry and hope an action will be taken on it.

                                      I was recharge the special offers 399rs for 84days. But now your company saying this offer is 70days. But i have an message and i am also using the my airtel app where the all thing are already in return is your pack is valid for 84 days. I don't think airtel is still having a good plans and good services. Please check my all details carefully and please restart my pack as quickly. They wasted my 1 week services but still they did not give me a perfect ans they just only call me every day and say we need only 24hrs but still my ans is 0.
