I forgot mpin for my airtel bank account and it doesn't let me reset new one with aadhaar detail, it says your aadhaar detail doesn't match our records how can it be? I'm using my aadhaar card to fill details. The customer care number, all of them show invalid at the time the computer voice connects to an officer, i'm not able to talk to any airtel customer care officer. I'm getting frustrated and regret adding money in this account. Plz help

    On 23 November 2017 I tried to recharge of 448 using my airtel app amount of 448 is deducted from my bank account but on airtel app it's show transaction failed due to decline by bank and still amount is not refund in my bank account.       I want to complaint about the behaviour of customer service center of airtel, i have contacted them thrice for adhar link first time they responded like machine not working, second time also same third time when i asked about it they didn't respond me anything they told ok wait i waited for sometime then a gyu came in they are attending them first ok no problem then 1 service gyu left from there and new gyu came in when we asked him he told like sorry the person is on leave who is going to work for for adhaar link and when i told this u can tell before also he didn't reply, please be kind and improve your service.

        Please refer case # 1204149, 1210121 and 1215387. Ref # 57380184, provided by [protected]@airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com and [protected]@airtelbank.com... I had corresponded so many times with regards to subject matter through my email id - adusumalli. [protected]@gmail.com. As per goi and uidai instructions, mobile services, are supposed to link aadhhar with mobile sim only. Whereas, while linking my aadhaar with airtel mobile # [protected] at airtel outlet, i was not aware that, airtel payments bank limited, without my consent... It has come to my notice, that, aadhaar has been de-linked my sbi a/c automatically and lpg subsidy has been credited in airtel payments bank ltd. I therefore, request airtel company to look into my complaint seriously and close the issue at the earliest by deactivation of aadhaar from airtel payments bank and re-link with my previous bank...           On[protected] i got a duplicate sim for mobile no [protected] due to the loss of original sim at airtel office, mandaveli, chennai.

          I paid rs 25/ as the cost of the sim.

          I had given the adhaar xerox copy and fingerprint.

          The staff gave the sim with due process and said that the will be activated within 4 hours.

          But the sim was not activated even after 24 hours now.

          The customer care no 198 is not responding.

          Kindly do the needful to activate the sim ([protected]) immediately.

            I am saroj having airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) replace to 4g sim for using 4g network. Now i am realize worlds worst 4g netwok is airtel. Also i had made a complain on this but no solution. I had never thought that "airtel" is giving this type of service. Regretfully saying that i am going for portable for another network for better service or network.

              I booked broadband connection on 11 dec 2017 and payment made on 12 dec 2017. Even after 12 days i didn't get any connection and proper response from airtel. Called many times and they themselves don't have proper details and one will say it cancelled due to some technical issue and other say it is in process and connection will be given within 3 days. I filed request for refund and never going to airtel for any service. And migrating my number to other network as well.

              Unfortunately airtel team doesn't have any coordination among them and no escalation matrix followed so far. I wasted my time and money and frustrated a lot

                My father had got a new sim card yesterday (Dec 22nd) 2 pm and the agent had informed that the sim will be activated today. However, when i visited the airtel office (Indiranagar) today the agent in the office was very rude and i have never experience agents being rude to customers.'

                If these things continue you will loose many customers. He has told me that the sim will be activated by eod. If it is not activated i have to visit the office again on monday which is ridiculous. To get the sim activated we have to wait for 4 days?? And he doesnt have courtesy to explain on why it is getting delayed?? Such a nonsense i have seen ever.

                I will port to a better option once it is activated. Thank you so much. Training has to be given to that agent on priority basis and teach him how to behave with people.

                    I have been using my mobile number [[protected]] for past 7-8 years. I recently was out of station and changed my location. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive. I came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 7-8 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put me at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number.

                      As per the supreme court ordered, i linked my airtel number with aadhar, at the time of linkage airtel payment bank account has been opened without my knowledge and my aadhar number has been linked with it. That linked creates a problem to link my sbi account with aadhar.
                      Therefore, i request to close my airtel payment bank account which opened without my permission, otherwise i am facing a problem in my real bank account.

                        I have called multiple times in airtel from last 5 days.

                        And none of your worst customer care executives are able to resolve my query.

                        I just called to cancel my second subscription and change my plan on my 3rd connection.

                        But i dont know what ur executive has done and now my all connections are not working.

                        Also i have raised multiple complains to change the plan but none of your executives are able to change it.
                        I have asked for supervisor and they informed no supervisor is available will arrange a callback after 2 hours but no callback received. This instance has been done twice. Spoke with rajesh, and many executives and one of them even disconnected the call in b/w.

                        I simply need to change my plan as it was previously and this simple issue airtel is not able to resolve.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          Sub: non closed complaint number 78696638 for airtel number of [protected].
                          Ref : i took the airtel sim on 24th july 2017, starting onwards signals are week. I complained several times (6 times) to the customer care of airtel (If you search & hear the conversation with airtel customer voice call you will come to know that complaint), one example of complaint number is 78696638, even though i paid money for non used service. But after 3 month onwards i fed up with airtel service & shifted to the jio. When i raise the complaint no one reacted about airtel brand & service provide to the customer, but now you people are keeping sending invoice copy for non use service. It’s seriously not accepting thing.
                          My question to the airtel manger: will you pay the money to the customer for free.
                          @ advocate: we will give very important note to the advocate team, please ask the airtel people don’t use name of advocate for small & wrong things of non use service.
                          I hope you got the clarity why i’m not using your service.

                            I have taken my first airtel connection after one of my friends recommended air tel. I have been using this no exclusively for internet and i have not made a single call from it. The internet works intermittently and since it was affecting my work i was forced to take an alternative connection with reliance.
                            The defect in the internet connection was brought to the notice of the dealer once he gave excuses and shrugged off the issue. Please refer to the usage on my sim i am hardly able to use it. I understand that there could be technical problems however what is very bad it the attitude and conduct of the dealer who gave the sim card. He behaves like a # and is least bothered about giving an ear to the customers grievance of the customers. The way he speaks to the customers it looks like airtel is doing charity to the customers. This will be my first and last association with airtel. Please appoint human beings to deal with your customers. Good riddance to bad rubbish

                                I have registered lots of complaint to customer care of airtel 4g, but they are not taking this seriously and collecting only bill for which services are not received. I told to their customer care executives to disconnect the connection & i will not pay bill. They are requesting this is temporary problem & will get resolved but his took more than 3 months and the issue didnt get solved.

                                  I have ported from reliance to airtel last month. I had been using airtel in chennai for last 6 years with good experience so i thought airtel will not disappoint me.

                                  Little did i realise that the company is totally corrupt. I have raised numerous complaints regarding the issue. That claim to give 3g connection, but i can say that the speed is worse than reliance 2g connection at the cash end of their life. I have called them atleast 20 times. Each time some gibberish solution. Not at all professional service.

                                  I recommend bharti airtel to close down their shutters and live honestly by begging.

                                  I may soon switch to vodafone if this pathetic run continues.

                                    Hi.. I am airtel customer from last 10 years, recently relocated to new address, which is ashoknagar (Bhel) hyderabad. Very near to mumbai highway main road. Its very good city location. Its not a remote area. But never got airtel signals (Calls, data). Very typical to attempt calls at home. Everyone facing same issue in my apartment. Other networks (Jio, tata, voda) working fine.

                                    I have raised issue to airtel team (Nov25), they simply said they are working on it. But never ever any technical team reached us for location and signals checking. Not sure really they are working? Or not?. If they really working at least some one from technical team should reach us and ask for details. Nothing happen from last one month. We are seriously facing issue.

                                    I would like to requesting airtel management, please take our issue seriously and try to provide solution. If your unable to fix the issue, please lets us know, we will shift to other network. I have been using airtel from past few year, so still trusting your network.

                                      I would like to inform that i was user of bsnl number user since last 7 years

                                      Unfortunatilly i got convenced by one of your retail shop dealer m/s sri nidhi telecom, new town market, yelhanka, bangalore and given my sim for migration from bsnl to airtel.

                                      It is almost 10days over but number not yet migrated to airtel.

                                      Now i am visiting the distributor every day he is not behaving properly.

                                      She don't want to attend me and avoiding with the rude words. She is telling you go and talk to airtel office.

                                      I am staying alone in my house and this was only mode of communication number i have with my family & relatives during day time.

                                      Request to please help and ensure my number remain live in bsnl network only.

                                      I don't want to migrate to airtel network.

                                      I am a simple house wife and just for followup with the distributor i had already visited 6 times with the distributor and spent approx 1500 rs in conveyance charges only.

                                      Expected a speedy action.

                                        I have recharged for my new sim which i bought from airtel showroom, peelamedu, coimbatore.

                                        They bought 520 rupees from me.
                                        495 (For recharge)+25 (Sim cost).

                                        They told me sim will be activated within half an hour. But it was not (Activated after 3 hours)

                                        Again
                                        Recharge is not yet done. I am unable to call anyone.

                                        When i reached them directly, they are not at all allowing inside of the airtel showroom. They are not treating customer as customers.

                                        Then why do you have customer care executives?

                                        I am still unable to use the airtel sim.
