I am using Airtel Fastag for my car, it was black-listed for balance being 165/- only. So I rechared with 500/- and made total balance of 665/-. I recharged on 18th May, but still my card is not activated and I have been paying double payments whenever I cross Toll-gates and already lost 400/-. I need help in getting the issue escalated & addressed for faster resolution.
