Airtel Fastag — Airtel FASTag not working and they are not resolving issue | |||
As per Airtel Thanks App, my FASTag is "Inactive" state and AirtelBank customer care suggested me to apply for disable existing one and raise request for new one as it was not used for last one year.I didn't travel last one year due ot covid issues. As they their suggestion, I raised the complaint and sent them required documents.
