Recently I bought two samsung phones from there was offer of 5%cash back on above 15k product price . Croma was giving gift card it can be claim on 1st September but croma did not provide any gift card they said it will come on email later u can redeem it I called up customer care complaint about it and got a call from croma juhu branch but did solve my problem I'm not happy with the service
