Recently I bought two samsung phones from there was offer of 5%cash back on above 15k product price . Croma was giving gift card it can be claim on 1st September but croma did not provide any gift card they said it will come on email later u can redeem it I called up customer care complaint about it and got a call from croma juhu branch but did solve my problem I'm not happy with the service...

I TOOK A LOAN FOR LG TV FROM CAPITAL FIRST IN MONTH OF OCTOBER I HAVE PAID FOR EMI CARD FEES AS WELL . THE GUY TOLD ME ( CAPITAL FIRST ) I'LL GET A CARD AT MAILING ADDRESS AFTER COMPLETING 3 MONTHS PAYMENT BUT ITS ALMOST 5 MONTHS I HAVEN'T GOT A CARD YET THEY ARE GIVING FAKE PROMISE TO CUSTOMERS NOT PROVIDING SERVICE ON TIME BAJAJ FINANCE IS GOOD ATLEAST THEY DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE...
