Order Delivered on June 2nd, 2018.
I placed an order for 6 AJIO Branded Shirts, from "www.ajio.com"
I received delivery in a completely damaged Cardboard Box. As soon as I received this damaged and partially opened box, I contacted AJIO Customer Care and raised a complaint stating that I have received a completely damaged box and it's partially opened. And also I said that I am not accepting the delivery as I fear if any items from the box is missing. I could see that External Tapes were used on the Box other than AJIO Branded Tapes. It was visible that the Box had been opened during the Transit.
The Female Executive I spoke to confirmed to me that "I can accept the delivery and if any items missing from the box, they will surely refund me or send it again to me"
After delivery when I opened the box, there were only 4 Shirts out of 6 Shirts ordered, as expected.
2 Shirts were missing in the Box. I registered a complaint with Ajio with Complaint number COM02311242.
Finally, after calling and following up with AJIO Customer care for more than a month, they finally send me Email, stating that "ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN INTACT CONDITION". I was shocked to see this e-mail and contacted customer care again. They say that they are helpless and transfer the call to Supervisor. Later the supervisor also says that they are helpless and transfer the complaint to the Grievance Team. In the End, the Grievance Team also confirms that "ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN INTACT CONDITION".
Ajio Customer Care team makes us feel Helpless, as they are very aware that I as a consumer is not able to do anything or not able to prove my side. They say they have proof that "ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN INTACT CONDITION", but I repeatedly told them that I received damaged BOX, but they do not accept and Hang up the Line
Kindly help to get my refund.
