I ordered JBL 770NC headphones in blue color from Ajio (Order ID: FN[protected]), but they sent me the wrong color (black) instead. When I contacted Ajio for an exchange, they issued a refund instead of replacing the product. Later, on January 13, 2025, I reordered the same JBL 770NC blue color headphones, hoping to receive the correct product. However, on January 19, 2025, I again received the wrong color. When I contacted Ajio again, they refused to exchange it, claiming that it is a multicolor product and that the color may vary. This is Unfair 1. The product page never mentioned that the color may vary. I specifically ordered the blue color, and Ajio failed to deliver what was advertised. 2. If the product was non-returnable, why did Ajio issue a refund the first time instead of refusing the return? This clearly proves the product was returnable, but now they are refusing an exchange. 3. This is Ajio’s mistake, not mine. I paid for the blue color, but they sent me the wrong product twice. It is not fair that I have to suffer for their error. I do not want a refund because I will not get this product at the same price again. I demand an exchange for the correct product. If Ajio cannot provide the blue color, they should offer a replacement with a different model. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Ajio must take responsibility for their mistake and resolve this issue immediately.
I request ConsumerComplaints.in to take action against Ajio for false advertising and poor customer service.

I ordered JBL 770NC headphones in blue twice and received the wrong color both times. Ajio previously issued a refund for the same issue but now denies an exchange. This is unfair and misleading. I request urgent action from ConsumerComplaints.in to address this issue.
