I got received the above order today and I was terrified to see an old watch was packed inside the box. I ordered for G Shock watch GM S2110-3ADR. I requested for a cancellation and also called the customer care for reporting this issue they said I selected a wrong option as I need to give the return option as wrong item delivered which I couldn’t find it in the options given at the time I placed the return request.

Ry attempts and repeatedly calling and disturbing me unnecessarily. His tone and behaviour over the phone were rude and unacceptable.

Despite being available at the delivery location, I was notified with fake “customer unavailable” updates. This has caused inconvenience and delay in receiving my package.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action against the delivery person....

Ajio seized ₹13.3k in my ajio waller and denying to refund

I am owed a refund of ₹1, 390.08, which was credited to my AJIO Wallet. However, despite multiple clarifications, your customer service team continues to insist this is a promotional amount, which is incorrect. I have made it clear several times that this is not promotional credit, but a legitimate refund from a previous transaction.

Hello, I placed an order for an item from Ajio which was supposed to be delivered by July 6, 2025, through their delivery partner Shadowfox, but it keeps getting delayed every day. I bought a TUMI Duffel bag of Rs 15, 000. When i opened the parcel, it was empty. The outside package was NOT tampered but the ajio luxe box was open. Obviously it is the fault of the company and not the courier delivery.

Few days back I was having issues with my Ajio Account as whenever I tried adding items my card was not visible and a message "Sorry you can't place a new order appeared"

I placed an order from ajio and because of fit/size issue, I returned the order, I got the refund amount in my ajio wallet, but I am not able to use that amount as they blocked my account. I am also not able to transfer the amount.

I tried reaching Ajio support so many times, but they are neither unblocking the account nor transferring the amount....
