[Resolved]  Ajio — I am complaining about wrong delivery of product and now not refunding money

Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they had shipped the right product and I had received the same as well despite the fact that I had categorically confirmed that no replacement was done. I had submitted each and every detail of the product and pick up failure details etc. but to no advantage. I had chased them during the entire 15 days slot of return window but they are refusing the refund and now the return window is also closed. The order id was FN[protected], product ordered was KVS FAB floral skirt-suit set. Received product was a mustard colour long kurti with a skirt, very different from the original though the brand was same. In total 5 requests were placed for return pick up and refund issue all were denied on the pretext of operation inconvenience at their end.
I request instant refund in full that is Rs. 2130 at the earliest in my source account. Please save me from this fraud company.

Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they shipped the right product which I had not received ever. Infact no communication in this regard was given to me. I have submitted each and every detail of the product, return pick up failure proofs, etc but to no advantage. I had ordered KVF Fashion Floral Skirt -suit set bearing order id FN5416407849 but had received a mustard yellow colour completely different dress with the same brand. I had started requesting for return pick and refund from the next day of delivery but to no advantage. They had cancelled my 5 return request saying due to operational glitch they are cancelling the return pick up. And now the return window is over. I donot wish to suffer so please ask the company to issue my refund and pick up the product asap. I am attaching the photos of original product ordered, received product on unboxing, pick up failure msg, screenshot of the app saying return cancelled due to operation inconvenience at their end.
