Ajio — 2 of my issues pending since 4 months and I am not getting any resolution

My order had been cancelled by Ajio and amount had not been refunded, i have registered complaints for same multipole times on their customer care number and every time they provide me ew date of resolution that by this date your issue will be resolved and you will get your amount back.
