I have placed my order# FN[protected] for 2gm - 24k gold coin from AJIO on March 26th, 2022 by spending Rs.9401 as UPI payment, 1000+116 as my cashback points = Total = Rs. 10, 517/-. Then it was reached to my nearest logistics hub and held for for more than 6days without calling me. But i have reached in between 2times for logistics to deliver my product and also raised complaint with AJIO[protected] Press 1 for English and Then 2 option and then 9 to talk to agent). At last i found logistics hub address and reached there and got to know due to lack of delivery boys it was not delivered. By that time its late AJIO RTO locked it and asked logistics partner to return it back on 6th Apr, 2022. Finally my return was approved on 11th April again 1week delay. Till date i didn't receive my refund after calling Ajio customer care team they say my order return pickup was on hold today (18/04/22) It's almost 22days they didn't even deliver my product or my refund was issued.
Also i would like to mentioned AJIO customer care complaint dept people has no minimum ethics to deal with customers they us as if we are working for them. Very pathetic service.
I need my refund immediately, please help me with this issue.
