My Ajio account was blocked due to too many returns. It is obvious that I will return the product if the fit or size is not good.
Myntra never did this. I have many complaints :
1) Wrong sizes delivered.
2) Exchange product not delivered.
3) One product was missing from the parcel and customer care sating that its my fault.
4) My account got blocked.
5) Hanging up my call after minutes of waiting.
There is no mention in there terms and conditions that the account maybe be blocked due to too many returns. If I knew that before, I would never have used Ajio.
Why a fashion brand needs to steal money from there customers and not even provide good service. Ajio is the worst shopping experience in my life.
