My account was blocked stating that there were multiple returns, however i have not used that account in more than 8months. Having said that I had to return the products due to issue with quality/size. For what is mentioned on your website/app is not really what is delivered to the customer.
The customer service team at Ajio is not fully trained and are a pro with robotic responses let that be via email/call. I have received a few calls from your team, and none of your team member seems to be knowledgeable enough. They are just telling me i returned stuff, but did anyone try to ask me why i had to return so much of stuff?
Can we take a moment to talk about the quality being delivered? In the first place, why would you offer returns if you would block the accounts that are returning?
I would really appreciate somebody from the top management to look into this concern, as i have been a loyal Ajio customer since the very beginning and this is really very disappointing.
