Ajio — Account Blocked without prior intimation

Hello Team,
On 29th June I got automated call from Ajio that your account is blocked due to high return.
My concern is how can anyone block my account without prior intimation.
Now my 3 orders were already placed worth ₹`17k apprx and now in between Ajio blocked my account.

Connecting to telephonic customer care they told that as the account is blocked we cannot access it. Kindly email us, they will review and fix the issue.
I was ensured by Ajio customer care executive that the return will be accepted by the email team.
My friend's account was also blocked but her product was returned by telephonic customer care itself. I dont how they are not able to return my product.
It is not that I have returned almost all the products, I have kept many of them too.
I am really disappointed by their service. My return recently got increased due to bad delivery service from your company because of which I have to return/cancel my order. We can review it by history.
The products which are delivered to me are of no use to me (no proper fit/not looking good) what will I do with such a product?
I just used Ajio service. There was no prior intimation from their end that if I return any more products, my account will be blocked. If that would have happen I would have been cautious.
They are putting me in a very bad situation by doing this. First, Ajio customer care executive ensured that if I mail it, your product will be returned. And now Email Team are only saying that we cannot accept your return.
If Ajio just wanted to block my account, why did you accept my order then?
This is clearly cheating on the customer.

Kindly accept my request to return all my products for the following ID:

i. Adilette Lite Logo Print Sliders (Reason: Not comfortable)
ii. Brand Print Open-Toe Slides (Reason: Not comfortable)
iii. Perforated Clogs with Slingback (Reason: Size is big)

2. Order ID FN[protected]
i. Textured Round-Neck T-shirt (Reason: Size is Big)
ii. Logo Print Crew-Neck T-shirt (Colour: Olive) (Reason: It is duplicate)
iii. Logo Print Crew-Neck T-shirt (Colour: Red) (Reason: It is duplicate)
iv. Mid-Rise Panelled Joggers (Reason: Not comfortable)
v. Club Crew-Neck Sweatshirt (Reason: Not comfortable)

3. Order ID FN[protected]
i. Zoom Winflo 8 Lace-Up Shoes (Reason: Not comfortable)

I wanted to keep some of the products and I wanted to exchange of few products for perfect fitting. But due to all these issues, I am seriously afraid that my money will be stuck.
The total amount of all the products comes to around 17k and I can't let it go. I was just using your service, if there have been any alert, I would have been cautious.

I request Ajio kindly accept my request of returning the products.
