Ajio — AJIO - Account Blocked and Money got stuck around 20,000

I had raised a complaint "COM[protected]" to AJIO customer care as I was unable to login to my account. Later, I got to know that my account has been blocked due to higher returns without any notification. Furthermore, complaint has been closed without confirming with me.

I have been a regular customer to other shopping apps like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart but haven't seen them blocking me for higher returns.

I was able to place orders and was suddenly blocked from AJIO without any notification on my registered email id, notifying via phone. If you have the user blocking mechanism, you should be transparent with user by complying below points :

1) Give a counter to the user while he is raising returns telling that you are left with N numbers of returns for this month.

2) There should be a limit to placing orders as well when you have limit user from returning the belongings. As you are basically blocking the user from returning the order he placed.

3) You can charge the handling/shipping cost to user instead of blocking him as that account has my personal information such as Card details, home address.

4) There should be some intimation to user via email, sms, call telling that your user is going to block so that he can take the actions accordingly.

As per clause #4.6. "If the User is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from AJIO, " I should be allowed to return the below order id's which I do not wish to keep it anymore with me. As these orders were placed before blocking my user, I should be allowed to return them.

I request you to raise a return & refund my amount which is around 20, 000 rs which is very valuable to me. Due to this huge financial loss, I am going through mental agony and I am feeling depressed nowadays and unable to focus on my daily activities.

There were a few more articles which I ordered and those were cancelled without providing any valid reason.

Also, please take the necessary action against the customer care agent who has abruptly closed my complaint without confirming with me.

I have all the call recordings available with me for the conversations I had with AJIO customer care. Let me know if you want them as a proof.
