One month back i ordered two products from Ajio, once I canceled 2 days after placing the order. One item was delivered to me after a week. After i received the product I saw that it is a cheap quality product and I wanted to return it, to my surprise I was logged out of my ajio account and when I tried to login it did not work.
Then, I sent a mail to their customer support, they replied the next day saying that due to high returns we have blocked your account. After that, I request them to unblock my account over call and email. Upon calling customer care, they would say that we will unblock your account, just mail to customer support, but that did not help. After wasting so much time on follow-ups, they replied saying that we can no longer serve this account.
How can they block our account just like that? I have wallet balance left in my account that I can no longer use. I have to keep this bad-quality product I spent my hard earned money on. I requested them to atleast return my wallet amount and refund my money for this last order if they can't unblock my account. But they did not do anything.
When I searched on Google I got to know about such instances of account blocking. This is highly unethical and unacceptable.
Since they do not have any customer reviews, we have to decide if the product is good only after we actually receive it. And in case it is not good, we return the item. When your allowing return then customer will obviously return. In case of more return you can inform customer or impose some other things by way of penalty but straight way your blocking the account. And worst part is that our money and credit get with you. This is pure theft. How could you do this to your customers? Was this information helpful? |
