I have placed return request for few items in Ajio, which i returned and later it was misplaced Ajio's team.The return rejected on Ajio and i did not even received return rejected items.Later on my account got blocked and after that i received return rejected items. Now I am stuck with items which costs around 5k and i cannot placed the return request for that now.
This highly unethical that Ajio is blocking customer's account without prior intimation.
If they feel they could put charge for returns also but blocking the account is quite unacceptable. Was this information helpful? |
