Ajio — Ajio amount debited but order not placed

i have placed order on march 5th at 11:18pm with amount of 1013Rs transaction was successful (Transaction ID- t2103052318129259687076) and amount got debited but i cannot see in order. could you please help me in getting my refund amount.
