I placed an order on 1st july 2019, order# fl[protected] (4 items).
I didn't receive my order, yet i received an sms stating that it has been delivered. Then i contacted ajio customer care and they raised a complaint and said the problem would be resolved within 2 days. Its been 3 months and i still haven't received any information or response regarding the complaint.
I did not get the product in hand and the delivery message was fake. Ajio team informed that they could not find the solution and also wants to close the issue because they say they are not responsible. I just want my money back.
You have been bringing a shame on your business and i hope it should not go down due to your # customer service. I have been meaning to post all your "scams" in all the available "forums" from now on and i have attached a sample for you guys. Make sure to take a note of it.
Thanks for wasting my time and energy and loosing a privileged customer.in case your team has any shame left then make sure to work on the refund status and revert asap.
