I'm facing a serious issue with respect to my Ajio cash transfer of Rs - 3093.18/- as the system has set a default and random email ID which is not set by me. I have raised this complaint more than 3 weeks back on 12th August from my original email ID, customer care call and through Ajio app to change my email ID. So that I can initiate the bank transfer. But the process has not yet done. Neither the customer care team has contacted me to give me the update of my complain. The call is getting disconnected every alternate day. I'm only getting auto generate mail of waiting 48 hrs. This is really frustrating now. This is a simple technical support which Ajio can do without any delay.
I have provided my bank details too as per their suggestion. So that if Ajio can do the transfer that to my bank account. But they haven't replied on that too. Every mail communication I have done from my real email Id only as the system generated email ID is not a valid email ID. I have shared all the relevant screenshots with the Ajio customer care team.
I have also informed this to AJIO Grievance Officer (Complain# COM[protected]). But again there is no possible positive solution come from their side except 48Hrs fake promise. Kindly let me know how much time I need to wait just to get my money back. Without changing my email ID I can't transfer the money. Was this information helpful? |
