Ajio — Ajio: Money got debited from account via BHIM UPI but order not placed

I placed an order on 19/10/2020 for Rs. 3754 and paid via BHIM UPI. Amount got adebited from my account but order not placed.
Also received payment confirmation email from ajio. Please confirm my order and initiate refund asap.
