Ajio — Ajio Prepaid Orders Delayed, No Delivery, No Updates, and Refusing Cancellation/Refund

Product 1 Expected Delivery Date: July 12, 2025 (silently changed to July 15)
Product 2 (Shoes) Expected Delivery Date: July 14, 2025 (still showing 14th, no update or delivery)

I placed a prepaid order with Ajio, consisting of multiple items. So far, neither item has been delivered, and I have received no meaningful updates, resolution, or option to cancel.



🔴 Product 1 (Main item - a gift):
• Originally promised delivery by July 12.
• Without my consent, Ajio updated the delivery date to July 15 — no explanation, no notification.
• When I contacted customer service, I was told it’s already been “shipped, ” so it cannot be cancelled — yet the resolution date they gave me is July 21.
• I called multiple times (see attached screenshot), and every single time I was told:
“It will be delivered by 9 PM today, Ma’am… on or before.”
• This is just a standard line repeated with no intent to act.
• One executive even admitted on call that the order was due on July 12 — I have this call recording.
• The item was meant to be a gift, and now I have no use for it. I feel cheated and helpless.



🔴 Product 2 (Shoes):
• This item was supposed to be delivered by July 14, as per the app.
• It is still showing July 14 as the delivery date, but it’s past 9 PM and there’s been no delivery or update.
• Again, no SMS, no tracking movement, and no accountability.



🚨 The Common Issues:
• Ajio has held my prepaid money without delivering the items.
• No cancellations allowed, despite overdue delivery.
• No accurate tracking or updates.
• Customer support is rude, robotic, and unwilling to help.
• Both items are now useless, as one was a time-sensitive gift and the other is still in limbo.



⚖️ I’m requesting the forum’s help to:
1. Get a full refund for both items.
2. Hold Ajio accountable for delayed delivery and refusal to cancel or update.
3. Investigate the company’s service lapses that have now left me financially and emotionally frustrated.
