I placed two orders comprises with 7 pulovers( 4 - Club York and 3 - Armisto) with Ajio on 11th December 2024 (Order IDs: FN[protected] and FN[protected]) worth approximately INR 6, 500. Upon receiving the products on 14th December 2024, I realised they were unsatisfactory, and some pullovers (especially the Club York brand) appeared used or second-hand with tags misleadingly attached to suggest they were new.
Unfortunately, I mistakenly applied a “No Return Coupon” for a minor discount of INR 400, not realizing it would forfeit my right to return. When I contacted Ajio’s customer care and grievance team multiple times, they consistently refused my return and refund requests despite the legitimate concerns raised.
This practice feels deceptive and unfair, as the products do not meet quality expectations, and it seems like Ajio is using such coupons to clear old or unsatisfactory stock.
I request Ajio to process a refund to my Ajio Wallet so I can purchase suitable items. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate further to the National Consumer Helpline and consider legal action. Was this information helpful? |
