I placed an order of item bearing the order ID FL[protected]. I was satisfied with one of the product but unfortunately, the Chrome & Coral(A line dress with button details) this dress quality is not good.
I immediately initiated a return option for the specific product. Ajio then notified me it will be picked up by the (RETURN ID #RT[protected]. However, I received a text message saying "unable to pick up your order." We were home the entire day and no one had come to pick it up. Ever since that instance every alternate day I get the same message saying unable to pick up your order. I have been home for the past several weeks yet no one had actually come to pick up the product. I have sent ajio many mails and send complaints via the app but there's no reply yet. Also there's no way of talking to a customer service executive.
This is unacceptable and one of the worst experience I had as a customer. Highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Customers should never be treated this way. Was this information helpful? |
