On jan 31 (11 58 pm) i had placed and order worth 1416 paid order amount advancely(phonepe) after paying the amount in ajio app (feb 1 12 01 am) its showed a messge "HANG ON WE ARE EXPERIENCING HEAVY TRAFFIC TRY AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME"
so i checked after some time there are no traces that my order has placed or not but my amount debited from bank. I raised a request to customer care but no response saying we are trying our level best but still not solved.
Ajio team kindly solve my issue as soon as possible
STOP SAYING THAT OUR TEAM IS TRYING TO SOLVE YOUR ISSUE.
