[Resolved]  Ajio — Amount debited but order not placed

Today @4:45pm I ordered three kurtis and two leggings for ₹1929.42 ..I paid the amount via gpay...the amount debited from my account but order not placed..please resolve asap

I just tried customer care continuously..after a long wait they picked up and enquired them about refund status... .they said it will be refunded within 6-7 working days and told that they had initiated on the day the order was cancelled.. After fifteen minutes my money refunded to my account.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Yesterday it shows no order placed in ajio app but today it shows item cancelled in customer care option..worst app I ever seen.
Worst service and no response from customer care..
I want my money back..
