[Resolved] Ajio — Amount debited but payment shown as unsuccessful | ||
I placed an order on 4th September 2020 in ajio app, the payment was shown as unsuccessful after the amount was debited from my account. I thought that it would be refunded after 48 hrs. But it has not refunded. I tried many times to customer care service but it is impossible to reach out them. I dropped so many mails but it is not responding. I want my money back as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | ||
Sep 24, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved 23rd September I got my refund.
I wrote mails to [email protected]
They raised a complaint on 16th September, within a week my problem has been resolved.

I placed my order 18 September 2020, I did online payment, but order is history showing cash on delivery...and my money also get deducted through online payment...I thought it would be refunded after 48 hrs but there is no response .I did mail to ajio and razorpay but they are talking some technical issues and it will refund within 48 hr and refund initiated this kind of response I m getting..so plz refund my money as early as possible, already u people I had taken 1week to refund my money...it is very bad experience for me with ur brand

Ajio online shopping is worst service I have never seen before.
