I have been struggling to get a hold of Ajio for an unsuccessful transaction. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the transaction was unsuccessful. Spoke to the bank and they said it is with AJio to release back the fund. I have tried reaching out to AJIO guys via mail and call but there is no yield till now. The call center number is also dead and it is always go to wait for very longer duration and gets disconnect at the end.
