Ajio — Amount deducted but order not placed

Address:5th Main Sameerapura, Chamarajpete

I made transaction RS 1545.13 but order not placed when I asked merchant they said amount will be refunded with in 48 hours but its already more than 2 days but I haven't received refund amount. So please help me to get my amount which I paid
