Ajio — Amount deducted from bank account but Ajio app showing transactions failed

12 April 2021 I ordered a jeans and a t shirt from the Ajio app to which i made a payment and the amount was deducted from my back account as well but the app showed failed transaction . May i know if my order is placed or not ..and if not please may i have my total amount back at the earliest.
