Ajio — Amount deducted from UPI but order not confirm

I have paid for my order but my payment got deducted from my account. I have paid Rs.488 from my bank account on 7 Dec 2020, at 2.30 pm. I got an email that they received the payment but my order is not confirmed, but Now I want an immediate refund regarding this

Did you got any response from AJIO. I also faced the same issue on Dec 9, 2020 and no one is responding from them.
