I placed an order of (T-shirts and boxers) 1708.14-ruppe 0n Dec 2021 morning around 6:28 am
The payment was successful(through Mobiwik UPI) but when i was again redirected to the Ajio app for order confirmation there was no confirmation of the order, the order is not even showing under received order/pending payment/refund/processing .
And i was submitting my query through mail toAJIO customer support team and they asked Trasncation I'd, PG id nad bank statement too. However I was provided all details as per there requested .even though asking same things as above mentioned multiple times and they said we not found such Trasncation and now asking bout charge pay for particular Trasncation. So I approached to bank for the same they said not not heard such kind of that. Please help me to refund my amount and attcahed screenshot for reference
