I have ordered two products from AJIO app on 25th november. One of the product received on 1st december and on the same day other product cancelled automatically.
Its now 17 days and I have not received the refund yet.
I have called customer care many times but issue not resolved yet.. I also mailed to the customer care on 11th december. They replied me that your issue will be resolved till 15th december but till now no response from their side and also I have not received the refund yet.
Its very frsutrating as the customer service is very poor. They receive call in half an hour and don't take any instant action to solve the issue.
