Ajio — Auto cancelling Return requests

I have ordered some products from Ajio and wish to return them. I was trying to return them from September 29th, but the return requests were getting cancelled the next day with a message `Hi nikhil! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN[protected]. Do continue to shop with us." This happened six times so far in the past one month and the products are not yet picked up. I already contacted the customer service many times through phone and email but received no explanation or clarification as to why this is happening. Everytime they are just creating a return request that has been cancelled after 2 days .
