I want to return the shoes due to size issue but as the status has not been updated to delivered order...I am unable to return them.

I had placed an order for crocs heels and the size wasn't right so had to request for exchange, been 13 days, return hasn't been picked up and nothing is shown in the app. No dates nothing. I have written many mails and called many time but no response whatsoever.
I need them to take the return and refund the amount.

Hi, I recently tried to place an order on the app & made a payment of INR 1004 through Paytm app. The amount has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed. Need help to figure this out.

I placed an order from ajio for 2 sandals (sneak a peak heels and uniquest toe ring black flats) for ₹1084. My money from ICICI account got deducted and i did not see any orders placed. What it this, either place my order or refund my money back. I also used coupon code G12-XELP-0MG4-IOVI (₹300 off) which is valid until 15 aug. I want to use it again if you refund me my money. Please look into it.

Ajio order payment complete but order not showing in app

I have received a message that money has been deducted but the order haven't been placed.

Return Id # RT42409403 A t-shirt has been returned to this ID and that t-shirt has been picked up on 4th August but money has not been refunded to my account yet. Why? I made a mistake to buy from this company called Ajio and I will never buy from this company and I will buy from all my friends and I will buy from a company. Flipkart or Amazon companies are so good that they refund the money to the bank account as soon as they return the item.

I returned a t-shirt that was picked up yesterday but now the pickup is not showing complete and if the pickup is not complete I will not get a refund. So please if you see the subject is good.

I had placed my order on 14th August 2021 and amount was debited from my bank account but did not receive confirmation of my order. And I also checked Ajio application in order section but it shows no order is placed. I also tried reaching out to customer care via Email but no response received. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

it was exchange order of shoes and i was not even asked bank details to return money and it was returned in ajio wallet . i contacted them through email, customer care, instagram no reply at all.
money is lying in ajio wallet and i cant transfer it to my bank

I have recieved the product on August 3rd but the product qas completely damaged and i raised a return reqst and my package was also picked in the same day but there is no information in the ajio app also like its picked and refund details vut my package is picked up on aug 3 itself . And now in ajio app its showing as my return is cancelled and i didnot receive the money either i have the product .

This is to inform you that on 10th july 2021 I orderes Puma shoes from ajio with order ID #FL[protected] . As the product was different so we requested for return. We received the shoes which were red in colour so we requested for return. Then after few days I received the mail from ajio that the product we have returned is a non ajio product and will be delivered back to you. So the product was delivered back to us when this time the product was not even the same which we had received wrongly last time. It was the another product which we have neven seen. Also this time in addition to the ajio packaging we also received the packaging of shadowfax. I will share the images. Then I again requested for return and the delivery boy came to our place told us that the middlemen has changed your product before reaching your product the the ajio's warehouse. So it is my humble request to ajio to kindly look into the matter beacuse the courier company with whome you have tied us is exchanging the product in between, that's why your company says that it's a non ajio product. Kindly get us to resolve this issue and help us to get our money back as the company you have trusted i.e. shadowfax is doing scam with your ajio customers and ultimately the goodwill of ajio is going down. I am attaching the photoes of the product I received this time and the packaging of shadowfax.

I had ordered a kurthi today, the bank had sent sms that money got deducted but I didn't get any confirmation that order has been placed... I checked in my orders in profile too...there isn't placed there too, but the order was not placed ...please kindly consider my complaint and do the needful at the earliest
